Nick and Noah were in tonight when I went in. I didn’t have a clue of what I wanted and they were so helpful, pulled everything down I wanted to see, I had my son and they acknowledge him too. I got my first MK item, the patience and generosity was claiming for me. I’ll definitely be making the trip there to see and buy from them again.

It started out kinda rocky. I entered the store there were five customers. There was a group of three and then 2 other people. The group of three turned out to be waiting for a pick up for one person in the group. The other 2 customers were standing in line to check out . I was looking At watches while I stood there no one said hi or ask if I needed help. One more person came in and they were greeted quickly they look like they belong there in that store. After 5 minutes a lady came to me finally and asked if I needed help. She was friendly she helped me pick out a gift and we completed the purchase. I guess I would just like to say stop grouping people you dont know who has money doesnt. And before you readers say well what do you look like or how were you dress. I had on my work clothes I work for Mercedes, so I was very clean. Stop judging the book before you read it. But nice store they carry a lot.

We selected one handbag which was for 318$ . And while we was process the payment then he remove a keychain from the bag without informing us.. somhow my wife notice bcoz other coustmer got with keychain n why u remove from our bag? Both replies its extra.! Cmon.. if was extra you guys should mentioned the time we was selecting .. that was rude.. might they wana keep for theirself..Ok agree if is extra he or she should let us know before selecting.. which make us feel bad..will never go back.We went to Michigan MK outlet 3 times awesome staff.. buyed every visit... learn from..you guys...
