I go here all the time. Staff is super nice. Love being able to make custom drinks with their many different flavor shots.

The gentlemen running the store were exceptionally nice! Forgot to pack water for my infants daughters bottle and they gave me some hot water, no questions asked. I bought a cold bottle to mix and support the store.Thanks again, guys. Made my life way easier today!

Favorite place for coffee. I prefer it over starbucks, I do sincerely wish we had more locations than just the mall. Its not convenient enough but boy when Im at the mall this is a treat! Staff are friendly, prices are fair, and the coffee is exceptional!

I arranged ahead to have them decorate a cup of coffee for my friend who was having a birthday and they were so sweet. They made her smile and I love them for that! Whoever did the balloons on the cup and her name did a wonderful job!!!

Gloria Jeans has the BEST coffee drinks! OF course just like Starbucks they are loaded with fat BUT, They are much more worth it then SB. The taste is AMAZING! and the service is great and NOT overwhelmingly FAKE like SB. Will ALWAYS choose GJ.

Cashier ignored me when I attempted to order. She only acknowledged when my girlfriend said “you forgot him.” Sunday 9-17-17 was my first time in this place and also my last. I’m going to stick with Starbucks from now on.

Im always impressed with the product and service at Gloria Jeans at University Park Mall in Mishawaka. Today I tried one of their new Holiday drinks, Sleigh Ride, and it was delicious!
