7/29/2021 the old fat white lady asked to see my ID after scanning my birthday coupon as if I was lying about my birthday.10/15/21 I knew not to come back here. The lady was rushing and kept slamming the window on me every time I needed something. I asked her to scan my phone and it didn’t go through. She ignores it and gives me a hot chocolate that is just plain MILK and one drop of chocolate syrup. I could’ve made a better one at home. I will never be back

Went to Krispy Kreme (Mishawaka) yesterday. Our addiction is Bavarian Creme donuts. Did a comparison of them to Rise & Rolls Bavarian donut. KK weighed 88g while RR wighed 145g. Circumference of KK = 10.5 and RR = 12.5. Diameter of KK = 3.75 and 4.5 for RR. The chocolate glaze on the KK donut = 10g while RR was 23g. The filling (best part) was 12g for KK and 37g for RR. Even the box shows more quality with RR. RR box for 6 count = 85g while KK is only 58g for a 6 count box. The cost at KK for the half-dozen was $8.54 while RR = $8.99. That comes to $ .46 p/oz at KK and $.30 p/oz at RR.

Always have excellent choices. I called about a few new fall choices and they arent making till mid November. I cant wait.

DONT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH if you don’t want your car splashed with Gross water from the roof as you wait forever in line to get 3 donuts and then only given 2 of them. It hadn’t Even rained??? What a dump!! Hey a simple pipe from the roof to the ground isn’t hard to fix the waterfall. At least you can keep your car clean while you wait forever for your wrong order.

We drove 45 minutes to get Krispy Kreme this morning because my daughter loves all things unicorns and I knew she would love the unicorn donut they have for a limited time for St.Patrick’s Day. For some reason the lady put the donut in a bag and It was completely smashed. You couldn’t even tell it was a unicorn. We were really disappointed.

Great customer service and the donuts are fresh! I went through the drive thru and didn’t notice until I got home that I was given the wrong donuts. I called back and they apologized and put my name down so that when I came back in, I not only got the correct donuts but they refunded my money. I only saw a few employees, but you could tell they were all moving fast to keep up with orders.

Placed order online. Went in to pick up and was not greeted and after the lady did wait on me she just walked away. Not a thank you or have a good day. I get your short handed, but if customers are polite and courteous you should be also.

Very long drive thru as they are not letting people enter the store so prepare for a long wait but always good doughnuts and made fresh.

Everything was good but the order was wrong but wasnt going to complain because I get that its hard to find help at establishments these days. Ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee received a small one caramel iced latte was right but the donut was the wrong flavor but whatevs

The lady working the counter was very helpful & nice when we threw a bunch of orders at her. we didnt catch her name though but she made our short experience enjoyable :) she kept a smile on her face the whole time which not many customer service employees can do !

Even though we arrived close to closing time, when I ordered the original donut, they grabbed a FRESH, just glazed seconds ago donut! It was delicious obviously, and it was still warm! 🤤 it was so fluffy & perfect!

Hello, If you have a sweet tooth, and specifically if you love Donuts, that is definitely the place for you, everything is super good and super fresh .The stuff is very nice and really helpful.Its really nice to sit in the place and if you have kids, you get free paper hats, so fun .Its definitely a place to come with the family.Have fun !!!

Excellent place for donuts and coffee. The donuts are made fresh on site. Mine was still warm when I ate it. There are several blends of coffee from which to choose. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is convenient for those traveling on Main Street in Mishawaka. Get vaccinated and ask for a free donut throughout 2021!

Love Krispy Creme. The older woman that served me she was really nice. She filled my order that was large I ordered the mini donuts, a me myself and I and a lot of donut holes with 4 apple juice. The place clean and the workers are nice.

The team working today at Krispy Kreme had a lot of guests to help and they did a great job! I am sure it was especially for my large order but the fireman that received them were delighted. Thank you Mishawaka Krispy Kreme! You rocked.

The Manager there treats her staff unfairly and has Mold in the Employee bathroom and the break room its filthy in there ants every where very unsafe for the staff workers! Tremise is very rude when I ask for the corporate number to Make an complaint . Worst Krispy Kreme manager I have met the drive thru lady patty was very nice.

Lady in drive thru, Patty was very rude, and talked to me like I was the dumbest person alive because I misspoke. And it is not the first time that she has spoken to me like this, even if the order is fine. Not sure how she still had a job there. Very rude and undelightful experience and I don’t think I will be coming back.

We had a hotel right across the street. Thought we would grab some doughnuts for the road. Only got 6 that was our mistake! My daughter is obsessed with sprinkles so she was happy. I tried a lemon filled, raspberry filled, and a custard. All of them were excellent. Definately recomend. We didnt stay and eat, but seating area looked very clean.

Donuts were good. They didnt have any original though. The staff member helping me seemed to be in a really bad mood, not sure why.

We came on mothers. They had a lot of pick up orders, and we had to wait for 10 mins before we were helped, but staff was friendly and quick.

I purchased a half dozen chocolate frosted creme filled doughnuts at my local Walmart. I was very disappointed when I went to eat them, they were all CUSTARD filled. I contacted the company and they sent me a coupon for a free assorted dozen doughnuts that can only be used in an actual Krispy Kreme store, which means that I would have to drive almost 2 hours to get to the closest location.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great donuts.. service could have been better. I couldve been the rush they had.. 1 couple at the register and my wife and I... Nobody even welcomed us until the girl at the register did, about 6 people in the donut package area, not one of them even said HI or anything else.. Employees rude, even counter girl who could have told us 2 more doughnuts wouldve a better value (we bought 4 in stead of 6) acted like she was to busy to answer our questions (another rush I guess)... Again, doughnuts GREAT, service not so much..

I hadnt been to this business since maybe a few months after it opened many moons ago (it was up to the person who was with me) and only did I return December 2020 after a few coworkers were raving about it. Christmas was just a week away and thought to get a regular dozen for the family get together as an option to hold them over before the feast was complete. Before going I had taken the liberty to check out the online menu of what theyre *supposed* to have and the one thing for me was a skinny (sugar-free) drink so off I went while in the area running errands. Thats where the good/neutrality ends.Did the place shrink? Couldve sworn the place was bigger... and certainly the menu, although were talking possibly over a decade has passed. No sugar-free drink for me and oddly no cups of doughnut holes until after New Years, so said the nice lass behind the counter. What the... why? A doughnut shop doesnt sell holes and certainly no variety so if youre in the mood for some blueberry ones then forget about it. Then again I barely read the (miniscule) menu board.Before placing an order for an original dozen, I was gratuitously reprimanded by the five-foot-nothing manager in charge who sounded like she smokes a carton of cigarettes on the daily. Evidently she wasnt happy my facial diaper wasnt pulled up to my eyelids so she stared until her demand was fulfilled. Only assuming she was in charge as only managers in retail tend to do the minimum work (or standing around) for maximum pay but I digress. It does, however, make me commend the *actual* workers who have to keep up with the demand. Good thing upper management gave the go-ahead on in-dining option.Critical analysis of original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts: Sugar has been all but eliminated from my daily life so biting into one these things and feeling weird was expected. What I didnt expect was how messy one small pastry could be. It was still warm and the glaze had naturally solidified so it shattered like glass and my lap caught it all. Humorous, actually, but a mess to brush off. These things are oddly small for what they cost so Im satiated to have not paid full price for this box. But hey, since everywhere else sells for a buck a piece (from who knows where) its a steal at 50¢ apiece. The best part is the sweetness level. Its not overwhelming at all, so for me being on almost a sugar free lifestyle it was juuuust right. Whatever the mixture is, dont change it.If the world doesnt come to an end in 9 years and/or the business is still running then another visit may be in order... though if seeking something specific then maybe not. The menu needs expansion... as does the need for selling cups of holes all year long. Variety is the spice of life.

This was the coupon showed by me at the counter . The so called assistant general manger was very argumentative and not ready to accept it . I feel that she could have done her job with utmost care, just saying sir doesn’t not make you professional. Their is always benefit of doubt . I don’t think so the way she justified her point was legitimate at all . It is not about money it is about the service that is delivered to the guest . I know that they don’t care for one such customer like me . I don’t need any free donuts or my money back . I would really appreciate if the customer are handled well and paid little more care to the service.

Waited for 20 minutes in the line and was told that the flavors were sold out; the staff were not even familiar with the flavors they had, were not able to pick up the correct donut. And the cashier messed up the order twice. Such a waste of time! Never ever had a bad service experience like this. Plus, some customers didn’t even wear masks or pull off their masks when ordering. Bad and Irresponsible.

This is the third and final time well ever go here. The staff was rude, half the doughnuts were stale, they didnt have the online offers or specials any of the times weve been, and if youre lucky enough to get filling in your filled ones theres about 2 tablespoons max. Ive had grocery store doughnuts that were better than this place.

What happened? Use to be awesome. Definitely lost something in the taste when they automated the donut making process.

Great experience. My girlfriend and I went a little out of the way on our road trip to make our first trip to a Krispy Kreme store and it was 100% worth the extra miles. The employee who helped us pulled a couple fresh glazed donuts right off the conveyer belt for us. Great service great donuts.

I have great memories of great donuts, however there is nothing quite like a fresh Krispy Kreme. The Lord has blessed the human race with these rings of goodness. I would recommend a degreasing and cleaning of the window to watch the donut cooking process but the product is 11/10. Thanks for maintaining a retail store here in Indiana.

Ordered 6 donuts at drive thru. Had to repeat order multiple times because they kept getting it wrong. Waited in line for 15 min & at window was told they didnt have all the donuts we ordered and wanted to know what other donut wed like to substitute. We didnt want anything other than what we ordered so waited in line for nothing. Not sure why we werent told they were out of what we ordered at the speaker instead of making us wait for 15 min before telling us. What a waste of time & poor communication skills in their part. Left without donuts.

Great service. Server was pleasant. I wouldve given a 5, but they dont use any alternatives for milk, such as soy or almond. I wanted a latte, so I used the skim milk. The flavor was different, and not something that I would purchase again. I wish that they would offer soy or almond milk.

I went in for my free birthday donut and coffee and a couple other donuts. It was a mess and I ended up using all my accumulated points because they couldnt figure it out. It should have been a easy visit but they seemed more interested in boxing donuts for sale then helping customers. The donuts were good, the coffee was good.

Nice stream of people on a Saturday morning without being crowded. Good selection of donuts available for a busy day, too. Kids had a great time. I did notice far more people on the production line than helping customers, which showed - there was a bit of a scramble to take my order for two donuts and a bottle of milk, and the tables hadnt been wiped down in a bit. The viewing window onto the production line - a fun feature! - was also pretty grubby, which is not appetizing. None of these things will keep me from happily returning, though, and this is a nice way to spend some time on a weekend.

By far very professional and engaging employees and of course the donuts are great, also try any of their frozen beverages they are delicious !
