Service is usually pretty good here. But please update your hours on the internet. Got there at 9:50 pm on a Sunday evening, (supposedly ten minutes before closing time), only to find out youd been closed since 6pm. Wanted to use my $2 extra bucks coupon which was up for expiration, after only one week. Somebody needs to tell corporate, that in this regard, customer loyalty doesnt mean a whole lot.

Since we moved to the area about a year ago, my experiences have been mainly pleasant at this CVS location. The store is clean and organized and the staff is professional and friendly in my opinion. My pharmacy experiences have have been agreeable as well. I use the CVS app and text notifications to know when my prescriptions are ready, which has been a time saver! I have yet to have a negative experience when picking up my prescription either. Sometimes I have to wait in line, but the amount of time has been reasonable. Overall, my experiences have been positive at this location!

Monopolies are the breeding ground for lousy customer service and this CVS is no exception. There are some very nice and very helpful pharmacy techs! Always smiling.

Wouldn’t fill an opoid prescription after having my wisdom teeth out, despite filling other prescriptions from the dentist at the same time. Love being in pain all day bc this place decided I shouldn’t have the medicine my dentist prescribed. Won’t go back.

I cant believe anyone get prescriptions filled here. This isthe WORST pharmacy ever. Went there asked them to call another pharmacy cause they didnt take my insurance. She first told me it we would be 24 hrs to transfer a script. I said Im in pain I cant wait that long. So she said she would have them call soon for me. Said I would be back. 2hrs later went back after calling 3 times on hold for 15 mins each time and no one answered. Went back they hadnt even called to get the script transferred. When I got there, their was no one waiting and they couldnt even answer the phone. Sad they just dont care about anyone. Better get pharmacists that care about your customers. I will never shop at cvs ever.

I have never had problems with CVS. Sometimes certain drugs have to be ordered or restocked. Id call in ahead of time for refills. Plus they cannot get RXs filled faster if not delivered. And take winter weather into consideration. They try their best to assist everyone.

Apparently you have to have insurance to get your medication filled or have some sort of discount card for them to even FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION??? SERIOUSLY?? My medication was not filled for TWO DAYS because insurance wasnt going to cover it... and the guy on the phone was a class act. Ill pay a premium and take my business somewhere else. The guy on the phone was COMPLETELY rude and uncaring. No compassion or communication until AFTER I inquired why my script wasnt filled. Unbelievable!

GO anywhere but here. Lied and said they had the meds needed not once, but three times to three different people. When trying to pick up the med, said cant get it for five days. Genuinely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Horrible pharmacy service. Took in a prescription for a dose pack of antibiotics, was told an hour. Ok, I get theres people before me, but then 24 hrs later and I call to find out that it was never filled, thats ridiculous.

I’ve never had a problem the staff is great and has what I’m looking for I love the pharmacy they are very helpful I do not like any of the other pharmacies in the area

Pharmacy usually has my meds ready b4 I get there from my doc visit but they tend to say my meds r early when in fact their NOT an there are two technicians that r very freaking rude even my best friend had to go up there an have words with them cause they both kept hanging up in her! Its crazy

The pharmacy is horrible! Each time Ive had a prescription called in, I get there hours later and its not done. I have had to wait for it. That is, if they can even find it in the system. They just dont seem to care. I dont have a problem with the rest of this CVS, but the pharmacy is in need of a major overhaul.

Do not go to this pharmacy, period. After filling my prescription incorrectly two days in a row, my physician called it in, yet again, on day three as a rush. It was called in as a rush at 10:00 a.m., and again as a rush at 2:00 p.m. since they had still not begun processing it. When I arrived at 5:30 p.m. they STILL had not begun processing. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was told, we dont have what you need with a shrug. These people do. Not. Care. I should add, each of the three times I was waiting for my prescription, there was at least one person complaining of a prescription that should have been done, but wasnt.

My daughter went to the pharmacy and asked for a non drowsey allergy medication. The pharmacist told they do not have that and it wasn’t a “thing”. Went online and cvs does have it and it is a “thing”????? Thanks get your facts straight .

Very slow drive through, but hey could be worse. Hard to get in and out, but very well kept store.

Shopping here is the same experience as shopping at speedway, dont get me wrong the people are polite but the service is very slow and there seems to always be a discrepancy and no one is in a hurry to make things right.

Save your time a pick a different pharmacy.

Whoever the female pharmacist was on 1/11/2016 around 6pm was one of the most rude encounters Ive had with CVS. When I worked there as a pharmacy technician last year, that would not have been an acceptable way to communicate with a customer and I doubt that expectations of customer service have changed. Hopefully she dose not continue her profession with that kind of behavior and did not treat other customers with the negative attitude.

Doctor called in my meds at 830 and 4 hours later they still weren’t ready

Excuse for not filling my prescription, lack of staffing... Wait was 20 minutes in line and 25 more for the prescription to be filled.

Pharmacy staff is friendly but filling and picking up prescriptions takes a while.

Only three stars, because you ALWAYS have to wait forever to checkout.
