From start to finish they have been absolutely amazing! Debby the office manager or who I have spoken with the most has always been a pleasure very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are taken care of. The facility is clean well-managed and maintained. If I’m ever in the need for a storage facility I will definitely use extra space storage again!

They take real good care of you at 707 East McKinley and theyre there when you need themlsomebody .Your crazy if you go anywhere else.

My interaction with this storage facility was as a winner of a storage auction for a delinquent unit. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It was very secure, with a modern gate and copious cameras everywhere. The managers Justin and Debie were friendly and greatly helpful. Thanks!

Extra Space Storage was what we needed at the time we needed it. We did find their pricing just a little higher than some others, but their outside access unit was clean and waiting for me just like they told me it would be.They also make it very easy to close account with them when I no longer need the space.Thanks Debbie!

I had to get a unit suddenly when Uhaul messed up my storage unit reservation and I had a truck full of belongings. They were wonderful about getting me into a unit immediately and even though there was only one woman working, she was handling everything as quickly as she could!

When I went in I was on the road moving from AZ to IN, I had called a few places and when I called here I spoke to a woman named Debbie. Having drove 28 hours she was the most pleasant person I had spoke with. She invited me in and actually got me all set up same day. She had a wonderful and pleasant personality and was so helpful to an extremely tired customer. Will definitely recommend this facility!

Rates continued to double. Each time I was on the property, the management decided to hang around us until we left, magically finding things to do around our particular unit, felt very invasive and like there was no trust in the contract we had signed with them. At one point, they were standing 1 unit away sweeping up a few leaves listening to our conversation. No access to recycling our boxes or other miscellaneous small trash items.

The office was very clean. The staff members that were there were very kind and accommodating. The storage unit was clean and ready for me to move my items in with a welcome tag and a new lock waiting for me.

Easy to complete the rental process from out of town for my college student. Debbie was great to work with! Thanks so much!

Price keeps going up. Ive had three increases in less than a year. My rate is close to double from when I first started renting from here. Otherwise nice place.

The customer service is awesome, Justin helped me and was super nice. However I signed up for a drive up unit only to find that I was assigned to a unit that was a larger unit turned into several smaller units, making it so I have to enter a hallway before I could access my unit, something I’m not a fan of. But I get it that they wanted to better utilize the space, I just wish it was explained better! But my experience is mostly positive!

I’m a current student at Notre Dame, and the team over at Extra Space Storage made my storage experience absolutely seamless! When I moved all of my stuff in, the unit was very clean and the facility was easy to navigate, which is always a plus! I had a 10-week break this winter, and Debby made it really easy to set up my move-out schedule and pro-rate my rent for those last two weeks that I still needed my storage unit. 10/10 recommend!

Storage rates were raised continuous: 30% every few months. Property Staff invasive - hung around our unit while we were cleaning or organizing our things, listening in on conversations, and overall bad experience.

Very nice clean Storaging

We were here for a solar panel installation at the extra space storage facility in Mishawaka. Justin who is the facilities manager was a very gracious and professional host who was super accommodating and great to work with. he provided us with a storage unit for all of our job material and supplies while we were on site getting the project completed which was a huge help! The facility was clean and well-maintained and very safe. Kudos all around to extra storage space!

It was super friendly staff and the facility is clean. I made a reservation online, and when I came in I asked to have a different size, and the staff was super friendly in helping me in that experience and it took no extra time at all. Definitely recommend.

The customer service is outstanding! The staff there loves what they do, its evident in their ability to connect & make you feel like family. Theyre both thorough as well. Getting setup is extremely easy & the rates are very competitive. The facility is clean & well maintained. Im really glad I found this establishment.

The only down fall is if you remove your things early there is no refund.
