One of the guys w roamed around my daughters house instead of asking if he could use the facilities and the one that sets up everything needs to be clearer on the price & what that involves. Was quoted one price paid a different price. Other than that the other 2 gentlemen were excellent answered any questions I had.

My wife and I were moving across town. I called my movers to help us move some bulky items. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I scheduled a time on saturdy at 10:00 a.m.. The 3 man crew arrived literally at 10:00 a.m..All 3 gentlemen were very courteous And extremely careful with my items. They moved multiple big heavy items and never put a scratch or mark anywhere. Even down A flight of stairs. Another company Quoted almost double the price.I would highly recommend them!!!Thanks

The crew showed up on time, did an amazing job, was able to move more items than we had anticipated and finished earlier than anticipated. the overall price was less than 1/2 of what we were quoted by other moving companies. After a moving company fell through last minute, I scrambled to find movers for our 3 bedroom house. My Movers was recommended by my realtor. I spoke with Rachel at the Mishawaka office and scheduled for loading labor only. She was quick to respond and stated over the phone that My Movers was not liable for damages in transport as it was not their truck. She mentioned they were liable for items if damaged by workers moving the items into the truck. Moving day arrived, the crew was on- time, respectful, friendly, and fast moving. After the job was complete and the men left, we looked in the UHaul truck only to find a wheelbarrow on top of our expensive road bikes, a loveseat on top of a small bistro table, and paint transfer from a white book shelf to the wood trim of that sofa. We spent several hours unpacking items and then moving them to a more secure spot. When we called the company, an older gentleman refused to discuss any refund and said they were not liable, period. I also called and spoke to Rachel. She stated that My Movers was not liable on how items were stacked as the men may not have had their own packing materials. This doesn’t make sense. We hired them to use their expertise to pack our items and had plenty of packing materials (recommended by Rachel over the phone). I certainly wouldn’t recommended My Movers for loading/ unloading jobs as they aren’t liable for this service at all. In fact, the company probably shouldn’t offer this type of service given the quality I saw. I cannot comment on their level of care / expertise when loading items into their own trucks.

Four movers carried a huge safe up the stairs. They were professional and protected our stairs and walls perfectly. We were completely impressed!

Never again will I use them everrrrrr! They showed up 30 mins late & I was still charged for 2hrs when clearly it was not 2hrs. Just think they are scammers for the money. & they charged me like that because the daughter of this company was very rude to me. Been warned not to use them & I shouldnt have! This is a life lesson on my end. Never again 🚫🚫🚫🚫 they will lie to your face.

I read the positive reviews on here and decided to give them a try...and it was perfect! Besides the fact that the move took much less time than I expected and was low cost, these guys were very friendly with good senses of humor. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Worst moving company ever. We booked them out and were ready to move. They mischeduled us and told us we had too much stuff and they needed more time. We asked them to just move as much as they can. They refused to move anything at all and left us high and dry. I was forced to pay other movers more money for weekend rate. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My Movers Inc. provided us excellent service for a local move in South Bend. The 3 men (Rick and his team) were very professional, arrived on time and took utmost care of all stuff while loading and unloading to placing and fixing things in the new place without wasting a single minute. Excellent company! Very helpful receptionist, dollies/pads/etc are all included. The guys showed up on time, were very hard-working/efficient/fun, and EVERYTHING made it to my new home in one piece! I didnt use this company for a move yet, but I have to tell you 2 of their employees stopped today and helped me with a blown out tire. Im 70 and had my 2 granddaughters with me - they saw me and the condition of my tire and were so kind, professional and did a great job changing my tire! I definitely recommend this company if these are the kind of employees they have.

We used My Movers twice. (Once locally and once to Indianapolis)The movers were personable, professional, fast and very respectful of property. We moved a one-bedroom apt. from South Bend to Ann Arbor. They were late for half an hour but they called in advance (one worker was sick and they had to call in another worker) and its not a big problem for us. The two movers, Clinton and Andrew, are very helpful, and fast. They drove very safely and on time. We didnt find any scratch on our furniture after the move. We started moving at 9 am and everything was placed in our new apartment at 2:30 pm, which is fast! Including the return trip, they billed me for 8 hours which is very very reasonable. (I got an estimate of over $2000 from another moving company.)I would recommend to communicate with them in email. They are very responsive. A problem I had is that I called a few weeks in advance to change my moving date (they said they would change, and I thought we were going to move on the new moving date), but long story short, I think they forgot to actually change my moving date, and we moved on the original date. If I emailed them, we probably wouldnt have that problem.

We moved on 3.20.20 in Granger, IN and the 3 men from MyMovers were punctual, friendly, FAST, professional and very careful with our belongings. Their pricing beats Two Men and a Truck hands down! No hesitation in hiring them again or offering a glowing recommendation. Thank you guys!!!!

I hired My Movers in Fort Wayne on Feb 9th 2019, I hired a three man team for a full two bedroom apartment move to a home. The guys were on time and beyond efficient.I have an entertainment center that was was originally put together wrong and I was pretty sure it would fall apart during the move, they moved it WITH NO PROBLEMS! It was so amazing that I did not have to replace anything.I did prep for the move by packing but otherwise did not move a thing. They also placed everything where it was supposed to go in the new house.My quote was SPOT ON, which is even nicer!Thanks again for everything guys!

I used My Movers when relocating out of the Michiana area. I contacted them shortly before my move and they were extremely accommodating. It was easy to book, I was quoted a fair price, and everything went without a glitch thanks to these guys’ hard work.I would definitely call them again!

This was a great experience. Bryan and Christian arrived on time, were very professional and they were clearly trying to move as quickly as possible which saved me money. Only cons are that I did not receive a call to confirm the date so I had to call myself to check. Also when I made the arrangements, I asked for three workers instead of two. However this ended up working out for the best though bc tet guys worked out perfectly and was cheaper. So luckily was a happy mistake. Im very grateful for how smoothly my move went-thank you.

We had Christian, Lonzo and Bryan (?) move us from Mishawaka to Osceola. They were quick, professional, and actually hilarious to work with. They were super careful with our items. No damage on our furnitures and things. Definitely worth tipping these guys because they’re that awesome.

NO STARS---STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY--IT USED TO OFFER QUALITY SERVICE BUT IS NOW AN ABJECT FAILURE IN THAT REGARD.Im writing this more than a month after our move and Im still spitting mad about how inept the movers were and about the careless response from the owner to my complaints.I had worked with this company twice before and was impressed, not so this time. The two men they sent didnt give a s**t as to how they loaded the truck. For instance, had I been more forceful in demanding, instead of suggesting, they take the legs off of the dining room table before loading it, it would have survived the move. Because I didnt see how they loaded it on the truck I didnt see that they had stacked too much weight on it which meant, of course, we unloaded a shattered mess in Florida.I did discover, however, toward the end of the loading of the truck that they had loaded all the picture boxes and the flat panel t.v. box on their sides, which were all clearly marked with arrows and words about the vertical direction in which they were to be loaded. When I pointed this out, the lead loader said, Oh, theyll be o.k., Id load them that way if they were mine. At this point I paid them just to be rid of them, knowing that I was going to have to correct those boxes myself.As I corrected that loading error, I then noticed that our coffee table was standing vertically against the tie down railings along the wall of the truck. Upon further inspection it was strapped against those tie downs with only the top quarter of the finished surface covered with a moving blanket. Had I driven it that way to Florida the finish would have been marred beyond easy repair as it bounced and scraped against those tie down railings for 1500 miles.So I repacked and re-tied down the back third of the truck which took more time than loading it properly the first time would have ever taken. My mistake was not unloading the whole thing and doing it right because at the front of the truck was the dining room table mentioned above.So along with the mis-spent $600 I paid to My-Horrible-Movers, Im out the time I spent reloading and the $900 to replace the dining room table.To add insult to injury, the owner, after not returning any of my phone calls and leaving it too the scheduler to apologize for their screw up, makes a cavalier and condescending reply to my e-mail, which I have included below (There werent enough characters in this rating available to include my e-mail to him). I specifically stated in my e-mail to him that I only reloaded the back third of the truck, so I love the part about reloading the truck myself, he obviously didnt pay attention to what Id written. Oh, and Tom, thanks for the insurance tip, I have a $1000 deductible. And then to end with, Good luck, Sorry for the loss, Wow, just wow---your level of cluelessness about quality customer service and tactful, professional communication is astounding. Good luck to you Tom if this is how youre going to run your business.Hi MichaelI’m very sorry for your loss, but we do not offer any liability for loading rentals. Also you stated you reloaded the truck yourself. I’m sorry, but I can’t help you.If you have homeowners insurance policy from old house, they do cover your furniture even when being moved. Worst company ive ever dealt with.....when I called the sales pitch was that of a con artist, he said other companies charge more .... now i agree, these guys were 5 hours late and extremely lazy, i moved more stuff than they did!
