Genuinely the best customer service I’ve spoken with. My car originally got towed and I was very angry through the course of this but the person on the phone, mike, was very calm and respectful and really made sure that everything went smoothly and didn’t try to bs me on anything. This is a wonderful place to go if you’re looking to sell your vehicle because they’ll 100% take care of you.

We have now sold 2 of our cars to Cash for Cars. They were amazing both times. SO HELPFUL and SO HONEST. They took care of everything for us, and it was such a burden off of our shoulders. I want to give a big shout out to Mike!! He was GREAT and so accommodating and informed! As well as Jason & the whole team! They came to pick up the next day and had absolutely everything in order! They were able to cut a check right on the spot and handled all of the paperwork/ communicating with the DMV. Especially in this business, its easy to find people who are less than honest.
