Please stay away from this leasing company. They are horrible with communication. They do not keep you updated on the process of your vehicle weather it is building or not. I asked for a refund since the vehicle that I put down a deposit for is not in production at the moment, I was told wait 5-7 business days for the transaction to post back into my account. So far it’s going on 11 days and I still have not received my refund nor heard back from Mr. Montague regarding this matter. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!

Stay away from this company unless youre looking for a headache!! Their communication is the WORST. They left me without a vehicle for over a month. Now, I cannot drive the vehicle because the tag cant be registered. Come to find out, they never completed the title work for the car in over 45 days! And once again...... you guessed it- crickets from this poor excuse for a company.Save yourself the hassle and go through a more reputable broker.

I leased BMW 540i 2019 from, DSR in June 2019 Overall it was a great experience, I just have to make 2-3 phone calls and BMW was at my place, no hard negotiations. Very transparent deal. No suprises, They also guide how you can get additional miles at 15 cents/mile rather than 25 cents/mile and so on. I worked with Anthony and he was straight forward great guy to work with.

DSR Leasing, especially Johnathan, is the real deal! Ive purchased and leased cars many times before and I am very confident in my negotiating skills at the dealerships. However, when I was having a hard time locating the exact color and the trim level that I was looking for, I was referred to Jonathan by one of my friends. I am so glad that I found Jonathan! He got me the car in my exact spec at a price that I could only dream of. And the best part was that the whole process was so easy! He even delivered my new car to my house! Top notch service from a top notch guy. I will be using DSR Leasing for all of my future car purchases.

Jonathan Shin put me in a new Audi Q5 for the same price as my old Audi Q5, but he got the fees waived, the mileage increased, and the lease term shortened, all because he knows the information necessary to negotiate the best deal. Dont try to negotiate your own car lease -- go with professionals and get a better deal for less money, even accounting for what you pay them. Try it and see -- DSR Leasing is the best.

Wanted to lease a Lexus GS 350 F Sport before the year ended, but dealerships were not giving me the deals I saw advertised on the Lexus websites. I contacted DSR and worked with Ben Kim. I bought the platinum package since I tend to go over mileage and wanted the additional warranty. He then helped me get the GS at a price better than any Lexus dealership. I picked my new car up at Newport Beach Lexus and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.If you need a car contact this company! They made everything so simple, transparent, and easy.

Great group of people and awesome company! These guys are salt of the earth type of folks. Not many dealers are willing to help their competition, but when I asked them for help, they treated me as if I was one of their normal customers. I highly recommend them for your lease or purchase needs!

I would discourage anyone considering DSR for their vehicle lease. I worked with Chris C. and had a terrible experience. The initial quote was wrong. Then there was a vehicle that was secured that wasnt secured at all. Then we found another vehicle with less options but somehow that payment was higher. Then the payment went up even more after I didnt qualify for the bank I was quoted for when I was under the impression you had already secured that rate. I was also supposed to be contacted by a notary for my lease signing. I waited days and never heard anything. The paperwork was days late as well. I let them know I needed a vehicle ASAP (since I sold my other vehicle when I thought the first was secured) and the timeline kept getting pushed back. I never got a response to questions in a timely manner. Also I had to constantly ask for updates and I was never kept in the loop. At the end of it all I asked for my deposit back and negotiated a lease myself at a local dealer. But Chris and DSR still charged me $600 for their service fee even though I received terrible service and never got a vehicle with them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DSR LEASING! Do your own research based on the vehicle(s) that are of interest to you and pursue the dealership yourself. Another option would be to find another broker that has a strong focus on customer service. DSR will only assist in locating vehicles but they will not save you any more money than if you had gone to the dealer yourself. Actually, you will spend more money by working with them, DOC fees are an extra $1k bucks on top of your down payment. If the vehicle is out of state then you will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs. When I chose to work with DSR, I wasnt fully informed properly on their process. However, it had all became clear to me when I was given an ultimatum which included: Either pay their retainer in full ($495 - remaining amount after the $195 initiation fee) or goodbye. I chose the second scenario, I rather work with a company that puts their customers first. I would not recommend working with Doug Fascenelli.

I called Chris Montague and within 10 minutes he said he would call me that afternoon with a quote on the best deal he could find. Sure enough called that afternoon, we chatted it over, no pressure. The next day I called him back and pulled the trigger on a new lease. He sent me an email with a couple things to fill out and then had a notary shop on my doorstep two days later. The car was being unloaded in my driveway middle of next week. A beauty and a killer deal too! Give Chris a call, he’s got you covered.

I leased a Toyota RAV 4 (3) weeks ago from ( Chris Montague)The down payment agreed to it, per contract was $1,500.00, however the dealer, Toyota of LA charged my credit card $2,500.00. Still waiting for them to credit back the money $1,000.00.that they claimed they over charged as an honest mistake!!! Well, then why they have not returned my money yet??Also the car was supposed to have GPS and it does not have a GPS, instead of a actual GPS you can connect your phone to the screen and you have a GPS that uses your data, so if you forgot your phone or if there is no connection you are out of luck.

After paying a $195 retainer, I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Eddie. I really didnt understand leasing, and terms like money factor, residuals, rebates, and incentives, meant nothing to me, nor did I have the time to learn (I never knew how complicated leasing was and how much dealerships were able to make money off of me). Jonathan and Eddie did their best to simplify things and make the process easy. I never had to step foot into a dealership, and they personally delivered my Hyundai Sonata to my home. They walked me through the car and connected my garage and Bluetooth. They were friendly and professional. I would never go into a dealership again without them backing me up. I highly recommend them!

We knew we wanted a Chevy BoltEV, and I dreaded listening to all the yammer from any more car salesmen (yes, theyre all men, just about.) So I called DSR and you know what? I got the car at a great price per month; its just the car I want; and they delivered it to my door for a couple hundred bucks (from Southern California to SF). So this is the way to go. Trust me. Seriously, this is a five star operation. At the very least, call DSR up before you lease a car; and I hope it will be an electric car, so we can stop gassing our planet to death.

We experienced awesome and dedicated customer service from Gianni Giampolo at Dsr Leasing. He was always there when we needed him and quick to follow up. I recommend Gianni for all of your car buying and car leasing needs. Great price great service and great people to deal with.

The worst - Id give negative stars if that were an option. They advertise themselves as experts in car leasing but gave misleading information and then wanted to charge me more for their lack of expertise. Get everything in writing. I lost $600 fee and never got a car-even though they said second part of fee was to be paid when car delivered. They wouldnt refund because I depended on what they said in phone conversations with them. Get everything in writing before you pay them their initial deposit and dont pay the final part of fee till you get your car!

Worst experience ever! My Fiancé and I were planning on buying a Porsche from this company. Didn’t read the reviews before working with a salesman by the name of Anthony. He totally lied and lurd us into believing that a$595.00 brokers fee was the down payment to the car. After he charged our card for the $595.00 fee he told us we owed $1,200 more before the vehicle could be delivered to the house. My fiancé and him got into an argument bc Anthony did not tell him about the $595.00 brokers fee he kept saying. “I’ll take care of you” But was malicious behind the whole intent. Stealing money. We told him to stop the transaction that we needed to speak with a supervisor which he refused to do! Didn’t run the application. Let Me repeat didn’t run the application. And refused to move forward with the app without refunding our money. I have to file a police report to get my money back. Since that’s what the credit card company wants me to do. johnathan the owner contacted me once through yelp after I posted a review stating that he would try to help me . It’s going into two weeks now and I haven’t heard from him. Every time I call him he’s either out of the office delivering a car or is busy and that he’ll get back to me. He says they record all of their phone calls and that he would pull the phone call still no signs of him!! I am beyond mad! This is not how you treat people! I am doing everything reporting to BBB filing police report and posting reviews so this doesn’t happen to others!

As a medical student I don’t have time to go to a dealership. I called DSR Leasing and spoke with Melissa. She gave me pricing that beat every dealer I went to. I paid a $195 retainer and received quotes. I then paid an additional $800 for warranty that the dealership tried to sell to me for $3000. There was no upsell with DSR on the car or the warranty. They’ve earned my trust and business.

Kelly promised but couldnt deliver . after few days shopped by my self and found much better deal then offered . when contact for reimbursement was ignored . stay away and save your money !!!
