Eddy helped me install a battery and headlights in my car, what great service from that guy! He was practically running the whole place on his own! Can’t believe we share the same name!

Quick friendly service. Walked in and asked for location of tire pressure gauges. Was politely guided to a very large selection of gauges and was out in about 3 min.

If I could give zero stars I would. Autozone has always been my go to since I started driving 2015. Today my battery was completely dead, I purchased a 179.99 battery and auto zone employee jun stated he didnt know how to change batteries, so he went inside to get jumpers and never came out.. not even had the courtesy to let me know.. there was another associate nikolas(i believe that was his name) and he was helping a girl and I asked him if he could help and he said they werent able to jump start cars, first he said they didnt have any jumpers( its auto zone wdym), and then he said they couldnt jump start batteries because of the safety of the employees and that often people put the cables incorrectly... and also to youtube how to change batteries and other stuff.This whole experience was ridiculous.. today after many years I have a sour taste in my go to place auto zone. Maybe they were not having a great day, maybe they were tired, but as a customer I left unhappy and disappointed.They did replace my battery but all of this had to happen before they did anything.😔

Good size store, clean and stocked well. Found the car batteries on the website and showed them in stock at the location. Both is stock. Easy to finds from the street and good parking close to the entrance.

Not as big or as cheap as Pep Boys or OReilly but the staff was nice. Be sure to mention if you are military for a discount.1-2 year warranty of bigger purchases but no coupons or discounts for loyalty which is not cool.

Super helpful service. Came in at 8:30pm on a Sunday to get a battery jump box to get a car with a dead battery going. Picked up a small (size) Noco lithium ion unit and was in / out in 5 minutes. It worked great.

Came in to get a new battery. They had my model in stock and the price was spot on. Ruben did a great job of installing my new battery in the parking lot, they were a huge help! I will be coming back.

I had to return some brake rotors that they fit online and didnt fit my car. Then they told me that I needed to bring my registration and VIN number and was trying to tell me that they did say it when they absolutely do fit and werereally slow about the return

Worst experience... I was in the middle of night and my battery was dead they did not put the battery which I was going to buy from them in my car due to nonsense security reason which did not make sense to me

Hi, this is Menggang, Id report a fraud connected back to two stores, one is on the 22942 Los Alisos Blvd, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, I dont know the other ones address, only know its in Lake Forest, CA. The worker there actually recommended one mechanic, his name is Gumby, to me this year to help me. This Gumby is totally a untruthful person. He asked me paid him $550 replace cars radiator cooling set including two motors, shroud, and two blades, but he actually only changed one blade and shroud with some used ones. After he replaced these stuff, in just one month, the engine smoked on road and scared me and my daughter, I called him in, after he checked, he claim it was NOT the cooling fan, but the engine was leak, need replace the engine top gasket, second lies. Now he totally disappeared, no answer to the phone call, text... I wish you can help me to catch him, that might be too much for a company, but at least, as a company, please tell all your employees, never give some untruthful people any chance to cheat on people, even put your dear customers in danger. Please!!

The AutoZone and every business in this center has just been renovated. I frequent this shop because if I need to get something today they usually have it. The employees are knowledgeable and will help you find whatever you need.

Busy, always busy, but thats a good thing. It means people like going there. Never had an issue here. Always get good service, tell me straight if they have our dont have something. Never gotten a wrong part.Would be nice if I could get in and out quicker, but at least I get good service, unlike a certain other parts store in the area.

Great customer service. Prices have increased a bit, and now I will be buying my motorcycle oil elsewhere, where it is almost two dollars per quart cheaper (Ive been buying it there for 8 years). But they do offer free used oil dump, which I will still be using.

Good parts store. My girlfriends battery decided to give out this morning. AAA came out and jumped me, they didnt have the battery in stock. Came here they swapped out the battery I was on my way in 10 minutes

I really like this place. They have the parts amd oils i need at great prices plus the associates are really friendly and always ready to help you.

Few employees don’t know about parts. There are few that really know or have experience on cars. Never had a bad experience and always received their different levels of parts quality and prices.

I generally like AutoZone for convenience and selection of auto parts. If you know what you want its good. They are not as good as the competition at hiring help. Their staff is just not very knowledgeable. They can look up anything, but when it comes to technical questions they are a step below the others chains like OReilly

Nice neighborhood auto parts store. They have what Im looking for most of the time. Prices are reasonable. Counter help is pretty good.

I called several times with a quick question but was put on hold again and again. Will just order online. The guy likely doesn’t speak English anyway, Mexican accent.I was driving by several days later, and stopped by. But the store computer system didnt work (not the first time), so no luck again.

While the employees were friendly enough, they have a policy that they won’t go outside in the dark to test a battery. My battery had died and I wanted to know if I needed a new one. I used my precious bit of battery to get there and them refusing to test it really rubbed me the wrong way. I drove a mile away to O’Reilly where they came outside right away and let me know I needed a new battery. Sorry autozone but you lost a customer! O’Reilly is where it’s at folks, drive the extra few minutes, it’s worth it.

I was not happy with my experience here. Anthony apathetically assisted me by providing me with no help what so ever. He misinformed me that my starter was good when in fact it was not. As a result I spent many days following dead ends and was told to buy several parts I didnt need.

The main virtue of this shop is its convenience. Its a smaller shop, so it may not have everything, though Ive had good luck here. Usually not too busy, service is average.

After going to OReillys on Via Fabricante this was heaven. Will took the time to help me get the correct fuses for my car. OReillys may usually be ok, but Liam was completely indifferent, standing at the register saying he couldn’t help.

Extremely poor service. No one would or said they knew how including management to test car Battery. It was a special addition and had a protective bar across the top. My family had to Google how to get to the battery and test and still had to attach the tester themself. On top of that they did not know how to read there tester. There is no excuse. The manager should be demoted as he is unable to train nore represent Auto Zone as a whole. Lets make use of this post to have the city with a decent Auto Parts store. They lost a sale for a battery. Yrple AAA was ready and able. Thank gody car made it home to have triple AAA to fall back on. Shame on you Mission Veigp Auto Manager and lazy one at that

Got the wipers I needed and they installed them quickly for free.

They seem to have a lot of stuff, but every time I come in looking for something, theyre either out, dont carry it, or havent any idea what Im talking about (despite showing them a webpage from their website).They have an amazing amount of generic stuff like car wash stuff.

Lovely lady came from stocking to helping me checkout and made my day. Experienced, communicative, pleasant and professional. At first I was like wow so many workers doing different stuff, to wham Im out the door and glad to have stopped by yet again. Im a former Marine, and a metalhead, and have always been pleased with Trabuco and Los Aliso AutoZone.

Worst customer service, not helpful since I wanted to buy a simple Scanner and they told me to buy it at OReilly, I just want to buy the one Autozone has on the magazine for 89 dlls. I left unhappy :(Other than that I still trust AutoZone on the parts because they do come with warranty.

I have been doing business with Autozone for years, but the way I was treated today was shameful. I called Autozone to see if they had rotors and brake pads for my car, and that I would be picking them up within 45 minutes. The sales person said they would be waiting for me. When I got there only the brake pads were ready, and the salesman was looking all over for the rotors, and finally came up with 2 dirty boxes appeared to be sealed. I paid for the merchandise and went home to replace the parts. I found out that my old rotors were fine. I took the boxes back to return and when they opened (box was not sealed, only appeared to be) the box and they were old rotors. When they questioned the person who sold me the parts he said they were sealed. How would he know if they were sealed if he didnt bother to try? Normally they show the parts before you leave the store, but the salesman admitted he didnt show me the parts before leaving, after waiting so long until they found parts I just wanted to pay and go work on my car.I drove the car I worked on to the store, and offered to show the manager the new brakes installed and they still had the original rotors (you can tell be the rusty edges) His response was I have no time. Its so easy to accuse a long standing customer who has spent thousands over the years. Over the years I learned to trust in their name brand thinking if a misunderstanding ever happens they would take care of you. WRONG They could care less about the customer. $120 down the drain when it was their salesman who didnt check the inventory before selling it.I will never ever buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to buy oil and a oil filter and do it myself because I thought it would be been cheaper because also there was a deal if i bpught both things the oil shouldve been 25.99 but when i checked out it was for 40 bucks and my total came out to 65 bucks (wouldve been cheaper if Ive gone to jiffylube because usually for me i get it done for 40 with the same exact oil and everything) so i tried asking the guy who was a old short Asian dude but he cut me off middle of asking and just said not for Pennzoil and with that i just checked out anyways because i didnt want to argue (: staff is very unhelpful at night and a bunch of little moody kids. Daytime guys are pretty cool tho tbh

I bought a part from them that ended up not being the right size and ended up having to pay my mechanic to remove and install twice and the store was unwilling to help pay for the extra labor. They told me to call corporate which I left a message with and never received a call back from their district manager.

Great deals on oil changes if you have the know how do them yourself! Never paid more the $30 for 5qt of synthetic oil and a filter!

This location is always understaffed. Will wait in a line 10 deep while 1 person answeres the phone and runs the register.
