The worst and poorest service I received compared to other auto shops. This auto shop is not the only game in town; thanks to other auto shops.

Great experience having my vehicle repaired here. Honest and good pricing. Did not try to over sell and was very good about explaining and even sent videos of the repairs needed. Will definitely use them again.

HONEST and HELPFUL! I recently took my sons Hyundai Sonata in for what I thought was a needed tune up. Jim called me a few hours later to let me know that it was far more serious and that I likely needed a new engine. Jim went above and beyond in telling me exactly what I needed to say to the dealership. I followed Jims advice exactly and to my surprise Hyundai national covered the ENTIRE cost of the engine replacement (even though my warranty had expired!). I am truly grateful to Jim at ProCare for his guidance, which literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! I am customer for life! Thank you ProCare Auto!

Everyone who works here was super-nice with one huge exception.... the owner. I sent my wife here to get my truck smogged. Owner was extremely rude when they tried to scam her and she made him explain it to me on the phone. Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you are a woman. They will try to rob you!

Con artists. I took my care in for a Smog test with a check engine light not knowing much about them and my car past the smog test but failed on the check engine light which he knew about before the test! in addition they refused to do a re test and wanted to charge more money. my advice stay away!

This guy tried to charge me 200 bucks for a simple headlight swap where i paid only 100 at another shop, its a pretty basic job that only takes an hour for my car, they wanted to swindle me and stretch out the labor x 2, so either theyre straight ripping people off and taking extra time on the cars or they are incompetent not good at their jobs not knowledgable enough to get simple jobs done quick, either way that is all bad news

My go to place for regular maintenance and repairs. He is a good, considerate businessman.

The smog place is separate from Pro Auto Care. My family has been going to pro Auto Care for over 10 years and they have always done a fair and honest job, Its the only place I will bring my car.

Gotten a bunch of alignments here, they are always great!
