First time here. Just needed an oil and filter change. There was an issue getting off the plastic cover. They found a metal one, after calling around, and actually drove to go get it and charged me their cost.The staff was very friendly and funny. Nice and welcoming people there. They made you feel right at home.They have a sweet rescue dog there who kept me occupied and they have an assortment of beverages, like good coffee and filtered water, which I personally appreciate. Its the little things that count.The waiting room was also very comfortable and at a good temperature. The garage was also very clean.The price was reasonable and the wait time was reasonable short. If it was not for the snafu that occurred i would have been out of there in about 30 minutes.I highly recommend them.

Finding a quality repair shop is always tough. Look no further because Brian and Chris at Sundwrenched are a shining beacon of quality work with very fair prices. They have bailed me out of jams several times without emptying wallet. Their customer service is second to none. I dare anyone to find a better quality shop in todays market.

Under NEW ownership, They are EXPENSIVE. This place is there to suck every dime out of you, $110 for a synthetic oil change, Walmart charges around $60. Got a price quote for a brake job( $600+), Pep boys gave me a quote for around $400, I checked other mechanics in the area they charge around $400 + tax. Ken and Bill are gone, so is this operation’s 5 star rating.

Best guys in all of Mission Viejo, my business was located upstairs and i have 6 employees that could go down stairs and get all there mechanical questions answered. They are honest, friendly and fair with the charge of labor/parts.
