This is a smallish store, as Targets go. Im a regular shopper, 2-3 times per week, the consistent problem I have is under stocking Good and Gather Almond milk. ORIGINAL They always have 2 lines of Unsweetened, 2 lines of Vanilla, 2 lines of unsweetened Vanilla ALL FULL and usually 1 EMPTY LINE OF ORIGINAL! See photos.I have 2 lactose intolerant babies that I usually go through 1 gallon per day... resulting in repeated trips not just to this Target but 3 or 4 others (they all have the same problem)Commonnnn Target, the constantly empty Original and constantly full other 3 should be a hint your buying style is not working

My mom was so happy to get out of her apartment for the first time in many months. I asked her where she wanted to go and she said she wanted to go shopping. We drove around a bit and passed by Target and I remembered that they have very nice electric scooters for the handicapped. The gentleman that worked there organizing the carts was very kind and got us the scooter. His name was Jeffrey I believe. My mom had a wonderful time shopping. And we will return. Thanks again

Target not only has great prices but they always have a great amount of different products and different brands in every section of the store in every Target store I have ever been too! I love shopping at Target and using their Target App to save even MORE money! I highly recommend this wonderful store!!

I just love going to target. I like that I can shop for personal items just as well I can get groceries and even get my medication at your pharmacy, 3 shots in one trip. Thank you for that.

I particularly like this Target rather than smaller Targets opened close to San Juan. Why? because the Alicia Parkway one has enough inventory so know I will find what I need and now to have to go to another Target larger. in San Juan, Target replaced a Ralphs store and this caused an imbalance to grocery availability for us....Target San Juan is smaller...Vons has a personality problem so its hard to shop there and Vons will not fix it....Trader Joes is perfect for many but not all products, so I have to leave San Juan for a Ralphs experience...sorry Target! Some good and some bad.

They conserve air conditioning so it’s miserable to shop there, I rush and spend less. Now I’m never going back!

Just off interstate 5. It’s a super Target. Plenty of parking. Starbucks inside.

I hadnt visited this location for a while and was very impressed with the stocked and organized shelves in comparison to Foothill Ranch.

Awful, here you can see the management having a store wide staff meeting by the registers during business hours. I had to ask the staff to let me by when I first entered the store because the gathering took up the main isles. I needed a $15 item from the elections department but after paging a staff member three times without a response I took the entire rack of item to the staff meeting to get the security lock removed. I had to interrupt the meeting to get assistance. Poor business management. I have used this Target of and on since 1997 and its quality has dropped.

The other reviews on here seem a bit spoiled, because this is a more upscale Target than most.Clean, quiet, more options that other Target stores. You k ow what you are getting when you come here.Sharp Starbucks in here as well.

I love the Mission Viejo target staff. Theyre always so nice and helpful. Even if there is an issue, they will make it right. Definitely my favorite target store to go to. Friendly staff and managers.

I was driving through town to visit family. Stopped at your store and did not want to leave. A young girl stocking shelves named Kaitlyn was so nice I wanted to adopt her. She made my shopping so easy and enjoyable.

I was here and a manager walked up to me and and raised her voice to me. I was there for some baseball cards. I asked her if the vendor for the cards was there, and thats when it happened . She rolled her eyes back at me and raised her voice at me in front of another employee and another customer. She furiously told me that she has no way of knowing amd that she doant keep tract of them.I responded that I want to talk to a manager, and this (katty) side that she was.I asked to talk to another manager with a higher position than hers and she said there isnt one.I told her that you DONT YELL AT CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM LIKE THAT AND THAT SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD OR IN THIS CASE NO WHERE AROUND OTHER PEOPLE IN A WORK PLACE OF ANY KIND. I AM A 7 STAR GOOGLE LOCAL GUILD-I GET 7000 VIEWS A WEEK AND SO I WILL ISE THEM TO GIVE THIS LOCATION A BOTTOM OF THE TOILET REVIEW BECAUSE OF THIS KATTY. SHE IS HEAVY SET WITH BROWN HAIR. IF YOU EXPERIENCE HER REPORT IT.Her customer service skills are disgusting, I walked away and thanked her for ruining my 🎂 birthday. THE AUDACITY.

This target is always very clean, not too busy, well organized, and has very friendly team members. Great selection of items that are usually sold out at other stores, although… I do wish that they had a hard alcohol section. Haha. I had a great experience with team member Zuzu today, Who was so friendly, helpful, and polite but I had to come write a review about the store and my experience!

This store has a great location, Ill give it that. That is the only good thing I have to say about this place.They recently remodeled this store, taking out a small local tire shop so Target could have a larger parking lot. The new parking lot is huge. It is also difficult to get to, more difficult to find parking, an overall long walk to and from your car to the store, and a headache to get out of. It makes me dread the shopping experience much more than before.The employees here are mediocre at best. They are all here only to do their job, whatever that is. Many employees are very poorly advised on what their job description is and they look like they would rather be doing anything else.

Customer service added more people as the line grew which was nice. I was on my way to work and didnt have time to stand in a long line. It is nice when the staff notices and jumps in to back up and help.

Please remove the 3 employees working at the customer service desk at 9:50 tonight. The 3 of them said they were too busy to help a guest check out. It might be a great idea to remove the training manager as well.

Clean store, good selection of groceries. My only complaint is that restrooms are in the very back of the building, quarter mile from the stores Starbucks counter...

I never leave reviews especially for stores like this, but this time its necessary. Michelle was our clerk last night and she was AMAZING. I have never experienced such extraordinary customer service like that before. She was so patient, so kind and so knowledgeable. She took her time with us and it was so great. It is so good to know that there are still people that really love their job and love helping people out. I hope next time I come back she is promoted. She deserves nothing more. Thank you Michelle!

The whole process was so easy. Placed the order. Was notified within minutes it was ready to pick up. Item was ready at the pick up desk. No mistakes (like Walmart). 1, 2, 3 done. Awesomeness!!

I ordered and paid for items for pick up and when I came to the store they were not there. And the staff member was not helpful to locate them. He was a bit sullen about the whole thing. This is a difficult time for all of us and a less than friendly clerk only increases the stress.

Melanie was amazing! I was carrying two boxes of diapers and she went out of her way to help me. I was in and out of target in 10 minutes thanks to her. She went above and beyond to help me without even having to ask for help. Thank you Melanie!

The cashiers are amazingly sweet. This is definitely my favorite target by far. Their drive up (im injured) is super fast. The few times ive been able to walk around inside is just as great. The store is super clean and every one is friendly and helpful.

Good selection of collectible sports cards. Cheaper than nearby hobby store. Beware that same place buys $19.99 boxes from all local Target stores.

Great time saver! Though there is no store personnel at the pick up counter only at the return and exchange counter. Be prepared to bright a driver license or picture ID.

Excellent big store and they have almost everything but they lacks some services as compare to other stores like one on the jeronimo road. Its convenient and right on the exit of freeway with plenty of parking spots.

Nice older Target. Convenient to the freeway. A little smaller then the newer ones. Finding things can be a bit and miss, as is service. They do have a Starbucks inside.

The Target staff. This is the nicest group of people to rely on for assistance, which is true for every Target store I patronize. They are friendly, helpful, courteous, and all hard workers.

This location is right off the freeway which is super convenient. It also has a grocery section if you need groceries. It is usually well stocked, it has a bit of a different layout than other targets but it is still very good.

I found two exact same tops but they both have different sales price. I asked the customer service department if I could get an adjustment and was told it was not possible due to Target policy. Target used to be very easy in providing customer satisfaction no matter what it took. In the end, they rather lose out on $13.98 then to give a $3.98 discount on an item.

Mission Viejo Target is well stocked, has all the options, and great deals all the time! Love it!

Horrible they scam at the registers

TERRIBLY SLOW Guest services... came in to order something but apparently all but one device was down and it was in use by an employee who just told me to wait a while before he could help. He called for back up and about three people came and went and couldn’t even help us ring out. The service was okay until it was time for there to be some action and for them to do something. I was extremely patient in waiting 30+ minutes, nobody stepped in to do anything. I was told it’s up to you to wait or you can go to another store to see if they have the item after I repeated myself 15 times saying they did not have any in stock at ANY store nor online but they so happened to be here. I ended up leaving at the 35 minute mark, the customer service in guest services was terrible. The employees here seem unhappy. Management should get involved, didn’t see a single supervisor on the floor either. The little Hispanic boy in Guest services didn’t even acknowledge us, his older female coworker had to speak to him then speak to us to speak on his behalf.. super ANNOYING visit.

Operation Christmas child is a success! Well I dont like the politics of Target that theyve taken on recent years you cant beat the selection and the people are kind that work there. So this once I overlooked my dislike held my nose and made a good purchase for a good cause I just didnt use the bathrooms

I like going to Target because it can be a one-stop shop. I can shop for wrapping paper, clothes for my kids and a garden hose.....all at the same time.Since I have six kids, it is great to only haul them to one place!

This one is Mission Viejo South. I always like coming to this one maybe its the location or something else but this target is nice. It is also laid out a little bit different than some of the cookie cutter Targets.

The worst service. I go to this Target 2 or 3 times a week, but not anymore. You have useless people working for you. That do not even have the decency to smile or say excuse me, common things. Like can I help you The register lady was horrid. She was having a bad day, and I had to find out so did my groceries as she banged around my stuff. She could not smile, just couldnt even be nice to my 8 year old. What is wrong with this store? Done. Going to the one on Jeronimo.

Store us clean, friendly workers but as for the pharmacy I give them a one and half stars. They couldnt fill my prescription. That they needed to order it. Simple order.

Shopping all afternoon. First thing I noticed was better air conditioning than others places I shopped. Always a bit of a walk to find things, but they always seem to have what I am looking for. Nice store.

Just your typical Target, nothing special. As usual, you just cant find any sales associates around when you need one. Pharmacy is good though.

Always Love shopping at Target. I end up purchasing things in Clearance also. Lots of Varieties and Selections.

Overpriced. They do not honor shelf pricing, but rather the price the item rings up for. Walmart honors this, but Target does not. I was very disappointed in this. They also dont give discounts for damaged items.

This Target store is awesome because it has a SELF checkout! Parking is a huge lot. However getting out of the store lot is tricky due to being in a high traffic street. So to avoid this, go early morning or late night.

Clean and organized. No express lane at checkout. Regular lanes long wait or self checkout available.
