Farrah was great! She listened and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it!! I was welcomed warmly and made to feel very comfortable. I will be going back!

My wife and I entered the establishment, so I could get my hair cut, and found one woman employee serving someone at the cash register; my wife sat down and I waited in front of the counter, for what seemed to be a couple of minutes, before the employee finished with the aforementioned customer. At no time during this time did the FSs employee acknowledge our presence, and when she finished at the cash register she casually walked into the work area and appeared to be doing some cleanup tasks, etc., however, still no recognition of our presence; shortly, she merely walk away, out of the working area, into a back room, without saying a word or otherwise acknowledge my or my wifes presence. Feeling there was no reason for me to stay, we left and found another hair cutting entity to give our business to. The female employee appeared to be about 50 and of middle eastern decent.

Farah is always a pleasure to have cut my hair. Walking in with no appoint today was easy today. I have been going to Fantastic Sams for years now.

Farah does a great job every time I go there . I have know this saloon for years now . Did t find someone fix my hair and give hair advice better that Farah . She is the best in Orange County .Thank u Farah

I just returned from having my hair cut at this place. I asked for the back of my hair to be trimmed and for the sides to be left long. The lady, who was very nice, immediately started cutting chunks of hair from the sides. When I stated that she was making it too short, I then realized that she didnt speak English very well. Especially when she continued to keep cutting in the same area. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, I also noticed that there was a bald spot behind my ear. I will be wearing a hat for the next month. Stay away from this establishment!

Been going here over 20 years. Farah always does a top notch job and the service is the best. Love this place.

Monday January 7th, waited outside for it to open....and I waited and waited, left and went elsewhere.

I paid $36 for the hair cut. Thought it was somewhat high price.
