The Five Stars is for Lisa in Pharmacy, hands down. In a crazy world, filled with busy people, this pharmacy, like so many others, lacks the bandwidth to provide the superior level of customer service Walgreens was once known for. Im not a fan of this store in general and if my prescriptions go through anyone else, theres always an issue processing them. I have negative stories for days, but lets recognize someone who stands out in the best way possible. Thank you Lisa, for being so good at what you do. It shows and is appreciated.
This place has the most horrible pharmacy service. They hire the most inexperienced and unprofessional people to work in their pharmacy department. If youre use to efficient and professional service, you should go elsewhere. Figured going into the store to drop off my prescription would be faster than waiting in line at their drive through service...oh boy was I wrong. After seeing there were just 2 people ahead of me, I decided to wait in line inside the store to drop off my prescription. The Asian girl spent over 20 minutes helping the two people in front of me filling their prescription orders at the same time they dropped it off but she refused to fill my prescription order when it was my turn. I even already had all of my insurance information in the system while the lady in front of me did not. When I questioned why after waiting so long she refused to do the same for me, she gave me an attitude and told me mine will take over 30min to fill. She just didnt like the fact that I complained why it was taking so long just to drop of a prescription. Youve been warned, dont expect good service here. Its the slowest and most unprofessional service ever. Spending over 20 minutes waiting in line inside the store just to drop off a prescription is unacceptable. This girl should be let go or fired.
I made the switch to Walgreens about a year about because CVS is literally the worst and as a chronic illness patient I needed a better pharmacy that was effective and more personal. I was so happy when I was able to actually speak to a pharmacist who listened and wanted to help. Thao has always been kind and patient and I truly appreciate her! However, the waits have been steadily increasing and it seems like theyre all overwhelmed and understaffed. I 100% understand the covid testing now takes priority but when someone is standing in line literally in front of you and you ignore them, thats bad training. Thao is truly the only redeeming factor at this Walgreens now.
If I could give this Walgreens location ZERO stars I would. I waited online for over 30 minutes for the pharmacy only to be told they are too busy to pick up my call. I asked to speak to the manager and was told originally no problem until they found out I was on hold for 30 minutes and not happy then Ashley was suddenly unavailable in a meeting that would take a LONG time so they wanted her to call me back. This is HORRIBLE customer service and they need TRAINING to communicate to the customer it is busy and maybe a call back later would be best if it isnt an emergency. A little TRAINING goes a LONG way.
Pharmacist Thao is a Rock Star! On many occasions she has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure my family and I are taken care of....Absolutely amazing! I meant to call and take the Walgreens short survey and brag about her... but I didnt do it within the 72 hour requirement.
Awesome drug store for things at times
Tsao and August have both been extremely helpful for our family. We are so grateful to be able to go to Walgreens because were always serviced very well with our medications. They are delightful people, happy to help, caring and knowledgeable. All the things that you would hope for in a neighborhood pharmacy. The staff at Walgreens goes out of their way to help us and welcome us to the store
The Pharmacists Ethan very unhelpful and ruthless he always ignore the customers and pretend is busy, why work in place that you cant deal with customers.
Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Lina overcharged me for my Rx at the drive thru window. When I noticed it on my receipt, she said that its my fault that I didnt notice. She said that since I didnt question the amount, its too bad and its my own fault! Her attitude was so rude! I had to go into the store to resolve the overcharge. As she saw me inside, she immediately attacked me and said that it was my own fault. The pharmacy manager (Gina) stood in the back and heard everything, but said nothing! I asked who the manager was, and I called her by name and asked her if thats how customers are treated at her pharmacy. She replied to me Do you know how busy we are and how many customers we have? As if that makes their behavior acceptable! Gina actually stood there and laughed at me. If they truly are that busy, they possibly could screw up on your RX. I will never go to another Walgreens if this is how their staff is trained to treat customers. Unbelievable!!!
While visiting from Michigan I used this Walgreens because of the convenient location (across the street from the Urgent Care). The young lady who I first dealt with was quite pleasant. However, upon returning an hour later to pick up my prescriptions, a young man - Im not sure if he was a pharmacist or a tech - was very rude and condescending. He seemed irritated because I had some simple questions, he didnt take the time to listen (no one was behind me waiting), and when I asked about another pharmacy product location the answer I got was short and abrupt. Obviously, he didnt want to step out of his little world and show me where it was. This young man needs some serious training in people skills. When in the area again, if Im in need of pharmacy help I will NOT return to this one. I will be contacting the store manager when I return home.
Fast service and very responsive.
I just wanted to say how much we appreciate this pharmacy and the store. Always happy to see us very kind and aware of the medications they are filling for us. Very knowledgeable. We especially thank Tao For her excellent pharmaceutical services.
Really enjoy the staff and products. Friendly and efficient. Five Stars!!!
I Recommend it
The pharmacy tech didn’t even check with the pharmacist about my out of town script, just said they do not fill out of town scripts and it was the 6th Walgreens I had been to because all the other 5 didn’t have the meds my dr prescribed me. I hate the good faith dispensing because they don’t have to fill your pills even if you’ve been getting the same pills for 20 years at Walgreens because it’s the only place I can get mine filled at. It’s wrong that they can just say “no” when they don’t even go through the steps they are supposed to do for the good faith dispensing. My wife is a store manager at Walgreens and I know exactly what they are supposed to do for the good faith dispensing but some pharmacists think they are above you and the company and can just say no if they want to. It’s a power trip from some pharmacist. If I could this Walgreens would get 0 stars
Corporate needs to look into their pharmacy at this location. Twice I have gone there, once they said I couldnt get flu shot not covered went down the street CVS received shot covered under insurance wI went today to get prescription I was advised not covered under insurance law. Again went down the street CVS filed and insurance coveted it, corporate really needs to look into the susy. Or the users,
Very helpful.I was printing cards and there was a bad glare. Random worker without asking got a poster to block the sun. It was very thoughtful, above and beyond .
They are the best employees ever, very kind and can assist you with anything
Pharmacy is beyond slow. Dropped off prescription over 2 hours ago. Frustrating when your son just had surgery and is in a lot of pain.
My least favorite to go to in the area. They have a drive through and you can go inside, but both are notoriously slow. I think its understaffed, as the employees are friendly and seem to always be in motion.
My first place to work yay
Thank you for the prescriptions!
