Pacific Kitchen was an amazing experience! This was our first major renovation in our household and loved the experience from beginning to end.The design phase was great overall. We told Pacific Kitchen what we wanted in our ideal kitchen and was met with great concepts in their design feedback. It took a few iterations to get the island just right, but I really appreciated their patience. Project manager took our feedback and helped guide us through the various tweaks in the kitchen. He was kind, professional, and most importantly, responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended!!!

The wife and I started to consider a bathroom remodel project a few weeks back when we finally decided we needed to have a new more functional bathroom. We interviewed a few different bathroom specialist and then were referred to Ron from people in our neighborhood.Ron came out and did our measurements and gave us what considered a very reasonable quote on the project as well as a short timeline and we ultimately decided to go with Pacific Kitchen Bath and Flooring. We spend an evening at Rons store doing the layout and design work and what we appreciated was the design sense and eye for color that Ron had.One thing that really impressed us was the quality of the team that Ron put together for the project. Weve had construction projects done in the past and in comparison, the team from Pacific Kitchen Bath and Flooring is simply heads and tails above our prior experiences.

The company is located in Mission Viejo and they have a lots of material. I would say probably more than home depot and lowes .I was there week ago. I picked up my materials for remodeling a kitchen in seal beach area and we scheduled an appointment for measuring, oops they said they have another showroom in Huntington Beach 😄 but they will manage my project from here which is good for me because my job address is near to this showroom.This is my kitchen before remodelingI will keep you updated

When it comes to right decision, I will always choose The Pacific Showroom contractor.They made an upgrade to my kitchen and I appreciate their consultation services, they give me advice of how the kitchen will look like better. it is very useful tips, these guys are very experienced and know to best design fit to the kitchen.

The sales person (Shawna) was great. She was helpful, available all the time, and works her butt off. Unfortunately, there is no quality control or project managers, though they will call to ask you for money but never to see how things are going or went. We did flooring, shower, and vanity with Pacific Kitchen.The vynl floor: they arrive around 2pm. Put holes in the walls, covered them up (slightly) without repair with base boards. Luckily I saw a few, took pictures, and had to contact the sales representative to make sure they were fixed. We were charged $600 to level subflooring, but the floor is still not level in many places and its extremely obvious when walking. We informed the sales person, since there is no project manager. They came out and fixed some of the incorrect issues (unfortunately, I didnt know them all at the time so there are still many not level and poorly done places).The carpet: the installers were great and the product was too.The Plummer is great (Eric) but it wasnt clear what we needed to purchase separately and not clear on what to expect with the experience of the bathroom remodel.The water tight seal it non existent at the cracks as seen in the pictures. Those are from 4 different areas. Where the shower meets the ceiling, where it meets the floor on two separate sides and the sealing where the sink meets the counters. All of the are cracked or missing and its only been a couple of weeks....The company needs serious structure and project management revamp. Also needs more trustworthy contractors. Basically if you are looking for attention to detail and quality dont go here.

I recently purchased my entire kitchen remodel from the sales designer Jim Becker. I couldnt have asked for a more professional individual to help me get this project handled. He was efficient and timely and made each step of this project his focal point. I was so impressed that I have now decided to do my bathrooms and I would never think of going any where else. Great company to trust! We couldnt have been happier. Our sales rep. Shawna helped us achieve our dream home. She was very professional and dedicated. We renovated 2 bathrooms, and redid our kitchen cabinet, counter tops and added an island with a farm sink. My friends and family are amazed how beautiful and detailed the work is. I will definitely be returning !

So happy I found this little gem of a store in my neighborhood. I was able to find all the materials I was hoping find in one place. Fortunately, I met Ron who was able to put my bathroom project through to his crew of installers in very quick and painless fashion. My only regret is, I should have listened to Rons recommendation of placing quartz instead of the carrara marble but my wife had to have it. Overall very happy with the results. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family, thanks so much.

Since Ive bought my new house earlier this year, Ive been through so many contractors in attempts to remodel my house. No one comes near the service that I got at this place. Amazing people, very respectful and kind. When you go here, ask for Shawna. She is wonderful, and very expieeianced. She was the one who helped me redo my kitchen. Overall an amazing place. I very much recommend.

I found Pacific Kitchen Bath and Flooring by total accident, I had them to redo my both bathrooms. They have a good selection of product and are very helpful in finding the best match, Ron helped me in entire process. He personally was managing my project. I’m so happy I chose them over other few contractors.I definitely recommend them to others and I will use them in my kitchen remodeling.

I walked in on a whim, was just browsing through. I had been wanting to remodel my condo before putting it up on escrow. Jim was very professional and exceeded my expectations. They installed custom cabinetry, a lovely quartz counter top, and a matching retro back splash. On the first day, Jim came out to make sure things were running smoothly. The job was even completed before the projected completion date ! These upgrades complimented my condo well and the offers Im receiving for my home are unbelievable!

The thing I love about thisCompany is not only the quality of their workmanship but also their honesty and level of service. Being informed all through the process is important to me.

I was impressed with the designer, Pricilla (and will continue to work with her, only)so I decided to go with this company. The cabinets were ordered, payments made and when the scheduled work start date was here I had my part (demo and rouse re-pipe) was done. They started the prep work and partially completed the kitchen. Well its been 3 MONTHS and I still do not have all the cabinets in, no counter top, walls not properly patched. There were periods of weeks where NOTHING got done, no phone followup or contact with the progect manager, Ed. When I finally asked what was happening I got a song and dance. There were two panels that they had trouble getting delivered. I was given 4 dates over the course of a month that the delivery was not made. Currently they are sitting in boxes in the garage, they are waiting on the cabinet guy to get back from Mexico maybe on the 10th!. All aspects of this project have been a disaster. People falling off ladders, steeling beer from my fridge, poor workmanship, lies just to name a few. My bathroom that was also being done is finally finished after 3 months. lots of errors here as well. I got the owner, Ron, involved on two separate occasions due to the delays and when I was at the end of my rope. I was told he would be here regularly, never to be seen again. He told me that he would personally see this thru, the was 10 days ago and nothing but a faucet and two wall plates has been done. I have regularly heard from the subs that payment is an issue. I have another bathroom, hall cabinet and carpet in the rest of the house. I HIGHLY doubt that they will be the ones completing it. Time to cut my losses.Update 1-14-20: They were supposed to provide accounting on the project to justify the funds used on the project. The were supposed to have done this by Thursday last week, per Ron, Owner. But never did There has been no contact since phone calls are not being returned.Update 3/1/20: Here is an update from the post I did about 6 weeks ago.... Well my kitchen looks great! BUT not because of Pacific but because of another contractor. Pacific decided to walk off the job leaving NOTHING finished. They TOOK $89k of the 105k project! to date they have not responded to CSLB and have not produced an accounting of the project. I have spent an ADDITIONAL 20+ just to get the kitchen and bath completed. I have had to repair poor plumbing, poor workmanship just to name a few. After placing a claim against their contractors bond it seems like I am not the only one that has been taken advantage of by this company. All through Ron was called the owner, all of a sudden he is no longer the owner just the manager. They filled the bond company with lies that I could prove with photos. I cannot wait to see them loose their license. More to follow as the case develops.Update 4-11-2020:Updating my other reviews...... No news, the Contractors License Board has been in contact with me and they have referred these people to their investigations department. The Bond company is also actively investigating my complaint and AT LEAST one other at this time.I am still out $50k on a project that was sitting stalled for months. Had to move on and pay a different contractor to complete and fix the mistakes that were made.I will keep you updated!

Worst experience of my life. A root canal and amputation would have been more bearable than working with this team. So disorganized. And interestingly enough, many of the contractors that showed up to complete the work said the same. If you want a mystery on your hands the entire way through the process, broken promises, little to no information of timelines, then by all means, this is the company for you.

Not a pleasant experience. Nobody managed the process and we were kept guessing throughout. We never knew who was coming and when. We were forced to call daily, and that is not acceptable. When we were dissatisfied with any aspect of the work, nobody took ownership. I would not use again.

I wish i could give this place 10 stars! ⭐️ This was the third place Id gone to for consultations and my renovations, and thankfully, the last. The welcoming environment and the friendly staff were just what hooked us in, and the diversity in the styles and materials is what ensured me that I came to the right place. Im a single mother, so I wasnt looking for something thatll break the bank, and I was so glad I could find a myriad of options within my price range!My kids are very picky about what they wanted in their rooms, and Shawna helped us find the right options for them! The variety in the selections of flooring are unparalleled! Before I came here, my bathrooms were ceiling to floor in ugly, outdated tiles, and we found some lovely new tiles that brought our shower back to life! I couldnt recommend this place more, Im telling all my gals from the book club to come here for their work!Thank you!
