I had a really positive experience coming in to the store today. Everyone was very nice and helpful, it was rather busy at the time but they had plenty of associates around to make sure i was being attended to and not ignored. Erica was very nice and super cool and this associate with really pretty green eyes was the sweetest :) i just hoped that they would have had more surfing brands and clothing because it is pacsun :/

Good quality clothing thats medium/to ehh maybe next pay day pricy. this shop has always been hit and miss with the quality of service associates and their attitude, but Im gonna blame it on the management/another underlying store issue tbh

Ohmygosh so good but Im broke

Every time i have gone here, the customer service has been awful. For example, they have forgotten to put items in my bag, making me have to return, they have forgotten to remove the ink tag. When i returned to the store to get it removed, they made me get another pair of jeans and pay. They did not have the jeans that i had purchased so i was forced to buy a pair that i didnt like as much because they wouldnt simply remove the tag, or give me a refund. i am never going back here!

Nice clothes, over priced and hard to find things that arent booty shorts, ripped, or crop tops, wouldnt recommend for people under the age of 14

This place may have nice and cool clothing, but lets face it: ANYTHING FROM HERE IS VERY EXPENSIVE!
