Thank you Sunglass hut! I came to the store only to ask to fix my sunglass that I bought there about a year ago, but what a surprise that they offered a replacement upon checking that it was a manufacture defect after all! What a great customer service and staffs specially Eleonor were very helpful and accommodating.

Went here to exchange my wife’s aviators. The staff is very helpful. Maureen is one of the best professional who knows what she does, well. Not only she helped us pick suitable shades for my wife, she also fixed my old aviators perfectly.

Good products, pricey, but I guess thats how much premium sunglasses cost, TERRIBLE return policy. Apparently this company only accepts returns that they can sell back as new. So you cant have (literally) even the smallest micro scratch. The employees are trained to make sure there is just something a little off with every potential return. Make sure you know this, in my opinion, dont offer a return policy because youre offering an empty promise (lying) to customers. I doubt one pair that has left the store has ever been returned. However, employees are still friendly when you purchase from them, and they do a good job cleaning and tightening the glasses. When I went in there there was a gay nerd and a white trash lady working there, both were nice.

Not good. Like another review says here, they say they have a 90 day return policy but I doubt any pair has ever been returned. I bought mine and went back later the same day because my friend had recommended a different pair in the store. Somehow unworn, unused, and one day old sunglasses were not an acceptable condition for a return.
