This is my first stop when the kids need new stuff. 9 outta 10 times I find everything that I’m looking for. The ladies in there are so positive and helpful. Definitely returning, definitely recommend!!

I love consignment stores and this one is no different. Like new quality baby, children, and maternity items for a fraction of the price. And Sarah and Cassie are so helpful when I call or message asking if they have certain items. Very friendly and local moms!

I love the ladies at Kid Crossing! They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help lead you in the right direction when you dont know where to start! They have a wide selection of equipment, toys, books and clothes. Your one stop shopping! And best part they are locally, mommy owned!

Very used worn onesies for $5. Was not greeted or acknowledged during my 10 mins browsing the store. I used to love this place, but the prices seem outrageous now.

They have very affordable gently used clothing. And the owners are amazing!

Sarah Davis Hoffman sold me a clean air machine for $75 & wont refund the money after I told her it didnt work! She knew full well that only the fan worked on it! I am, filing a civil suit today Dec, 12, 2019... I am in ill health and disabled,(Confined to a wheelchair) and elderly. Lets see what The Court thinks of that!! I gave her plenty of chances to do the right thing! She refused so, I will see her in court! Shame, shame, shame on her for taking advantage of a disabled, unwell, Elder!!

Found some cute things for a good price. They didnt have the bigger sizes I needed for my niece but I guess they specialize in baby and toddler. Over all a nice store.

Great clothes at an awesome price. Very cute clothes lines and they carry any toy, bouncer, rocker, stroller, or playmat you could think of. The gals behind the counter are extremely helpful and friendly

Their equipment rental program is a lifesaver! AND a money saver! My husband and I realized halfway between Idaho and Missoula that wed forgotten to pack a Pack n Play for our one year old to sleep in during a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, our hotel didnt have one to loan either. We resigned ourselves to biting the bullet and purchasing another Pack n Play to see us through the weekend. After the sticker shock of paying $70 to $100 for a brand new one online, my husband suggested calling a used kids store to see if they had one for sale at a more reasonable price.Enter, Kid Crossing. Not only did the gal on duty tell me about their equipment rental program (5 bucks a night plus a $5 cleaning fee! Sure beats $70!), she stayed open another 10 minutes past closing to give me time to rush over and pick it up. The store was clean and well-organised, and the Pack n Play we rented was in pristine condition as well.What a great resource for grandparents who have little ones visiting, tourists whod rather not lug a portable crib onto a plane, or forgetful Parents of the Year (sarcasm) like us.Highly recommend.

In over 9 months of dealing with them they have never returned a phone call even though they ask you to leave a message and we will get back to you. They have lost my store credit, quoted me a price for credit and then halfway through the transaction changed the price and it seems like the prices have gotten higher on items to where I can find the same things new at stores around town for what they want for them used. After patronizing this store for 12 years the new owners seem to have gotten rid of common courtesy and customer service.

Kid Crossing has been a blessing for my Wife and I, our son is 11 months now and we are always looking for clothing for him because he just keeps growing so we can bring his small stuff in for someone in the same boat as us and find some really nice clothes for our little guy.

Not impressed. Went in and was not greeted by any of the 3 ladies visiting in the back. Also heard a few swear words that do not belong in the workplace. Prices pretty high. Wont go back.
