Jen is AMAZING. After seeing 2 other lactation consultant’s and not having success, Jen was able to help me get my baby to latch and more importantly… showed me tips to make it work every time at home!! No more breast shield😀 Nursing Nook has a large selection of great products and Jen and her husband are both so helpful!

My friend got her pump from Nursing Nook and recommended them. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same experience as her. It started out great, I spoke to Scott and he was very kind in explaining the process of ordering the pump through my insurance. He told me that his wife is currently in the process of working on a new contract with BSBC and will reach out to me before sending the pump to me to ensure that I am satisfied with the type of pump I can get. I told him I didn’t want to fill out the form until they finalize the contract with BSBC and he assured me that they will not process my claim. Next thing you know, I get an email a couple days later stating my claim has been processed and then surprised, I received my pump a week later. I called in and asked to speak to Scott, the assistant did not want to transfer the call and decided to handle the call herself with tremendous attitude. She exclaims they are in the middle of transitioning to their new store. I told her what Scott told me and asked why the claim was process since Scott specifically said he would inform me before sending it into insurance. Her response, “I don’t understand, did you get your pump?” I said “yes but I was not expecting to receive the pump.” Then she snapped back and said, “I’m sorry if we are not giving you the customer service you WANT.” I was taken aback by her tone and that really set me off. I told her it’s not the service I want, it was the service I was told I would get! She responded, “okay, I still don’t understand what you want from this.” Already annoyed and angry, I hung up the phone - this girl obviously would not understand why I called and give me an answer to my question. I wouldn’t be so mad if she apologized and said it was a mistake but her tone with me is why I give this place 1 star. Very rude and my fiancé was not happy with how I was treated.

I love this business and their new store is beautiful! They ordered my breast pump for me through insurance and have high quality baby items. I definitely recommend this local business to any parents!

I bought a pump from them and they were incredibly helpful. Im based in CA and they shipped to me. Insurance is such a pain to deal with but they made the experience so easy. Highly recommend!

I would definitely say that Jen and the Nursing Nook are the reason I was so successful in breastfeeding my first for nearly 2 years, and why I feel so prepared with my second baby. Always helpful and approachable, tons of advice, and the sweetest staff you could ever imagine. They had my pumps available along with brad and tank tops and belly bands, and even gave me a tutorial each time and ensured the proper fit for everything. When my supply dipped with my first, Jen was right there with all of her knowledge to ensure I felt supported feeding my baby and was always available by phone. I can’t say enough about Jen and all she does for our community. Love these guys 💕

Jen and the Nursing Nook are amazing. I’m pregnant with my first baby, and my friend recommended I go there for my pump and other breastfeeding supplies. Breastfeeding has been the one thing I’ve been nervous about and want to go well for me and baby. Jen spent nearly an hour with me giving me the run down on everything I need vs what I don’t! Everything from pumps, bottles best for breastfeeding, nursing/pumping bras, my insurance, nursing pillows, creams, supplements... you name it! I left there feeling 200% more confident in my ability to breastfeed and so relieved that I have such a great resource at my finger tips. I will be returning later in my pregnancy to stock up, and I will be buying a refurbished pump from there as well. Missoulian moms are so lucky to have this resource to help be successful in such an important journey!

Incredible resource for new and soon-to-be parents. They’ll take good care of you here and make sure you find what you need! I was able to get a great pump and some nursing bras and they dealt with my insurance. And they offer different classes for parents. Totally worth checking out!

Jennifer and Scott are so kind and compassionate. I’m so grateful I scheduled a lactation consultation for 3 days after the birth of our daughter. Jennifer helped me to find a strategy for breastfeeding that actually worked and allowed me to nurse pain free for the first time. She took the time to show us soothing techniques and provide education to help us handle all the ups and downs that each day presents. Scott helped us ensure our car seat and base fit perfectly and put our minds at ease. Add onto the amazing owners the fact that they work tirelessly to ensure your pumping supplies are covered by insurance and you have an incredible resource for any parents, especially ones who are new to the game like us! I feel much more confident and positive about my ability to care for this tiny human being!

The Nursing Nook has been amazing. They took care of my claim for a new breast pump, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell they genuinely care for their customers. I wont go anywhere or recommend anywhere else for nursing/baby supplies.
