Finding employees who genuinely care about their jobs especially at an auto zone is pretty Rare! Matt and Dart are definitely great employees and fantastic representatives of Autozone. Being from Arizona the selfless helpful willing attitude was very different than any other store I have been to. If I had any authority within the Autozone Corp. I would recognize these two for their efforts and passion for their job. There is many places these two guys could work yet they do what they love! Dart was fantastic at asking questions and using a common sense approach to an issue that may seem huge to a customer. Matt was great about eagerly searching and helping find a resolution. If anyone is ever at this store make it a point to work with these guys. I would have full confidence they make minimal mistakes.

In Mitchell to help a beloved pal collect an heirloom classic truck! Needed a number of parts etc so I could get the truck running and found exceptional service from very knowledgeable gents!

They had great customer service, very thankful, we were traveling to Sioux Falls and my fan belt fell off 10 minutes out of Mitchell, I had my kids in the car stranded on side of the road, I called AutoZone and asked if it was possible for them to deliver the part. In matter of minutes they brought the part to us on I-90. Thank you Cubby for the assistance.
