GREAT customer service. Bought a used car there that had a blemish on the ceiling that no one noticed until we brought the vehicle home. Called the dealership and they got us in the very next day for a complete detail and got rid of the ceiling blemish completely...free of charge. Old-fashioned customer service that is rare in todays world.

Jeep broke a hood latch on a family road trip. Fortunately, I was 30 miles from Mitchell and stopped in hoping they had the part in stock. Not only did these guys have the part, they pulled my Wrangler right around back and fixed it immediately, getting my family back on the road. I took my 2017 Ram 3500 to have the oil, oil filter, fuel filters, air and cabin filters changed. There was some oil residue that was dripping from under the front of the truck. After a couple of try’s, and a conversation with Curt, they were able to get the issue taken care of.

Bought a 2015 f150 here and the sales man was a great. He helped out with the questions I did have and we talked and got a deal worked out I was happy with. When we switch over to the financing side they were unwilling to work with me and because I was only 20 at the time and was treated as a little kid. I then called up my local bank for financing and got a great deal with them in front of the agent and that fixed all his issues once he realized I could back up what I was asking for. The day later getting it registered I was emailed a copy of the title for inspection and received the wrong title and that shouldn’t ever happen!

Me and my husband purchased a 2009 Yukon for $8000 just a couple months ago. We havent even put 3000 miles on it and the engine is shot. Since we are a family of 6, we called to see if they could help us out. They wanted to only help with $400. We left a review and was contacted. But because we left a poor review they pretty much told us to f*** off. Thank you Iversons for helping our family. I wouldnt have even left 1 star, but I guess I will have too.POOR SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of our visit from getting our pickup repaired to picking up our new pickup. Everyone was so helpful with all our questions and concerns.

They were unwilling to move on price. The truck I was looking at was $1000 above kbb value, and over $2000 over nada value. Also they offered me far less than the value of my trade in. After talking to the sales person on the phone I was told they mostly use kbb to determine value. I guess they use kbb to determine the value of their trucks, and nada for all trade ins. They offered me $3000 for my 2004 ram 1500 with 138,000 miles. The sales person said they had the same truck as mine in last month and couldnt get $3000 for it, which in my opinion is a lie. They would of listed my truck for $6500 and wouldnt of had a problem getting that out of it. I offered the fair value for their truck, and to trade the fair value of my truck. I havent heard anything after that. I am not a fan of the way they are doing business, and do not plan on pursuing any truck sold by iverson.

Driving “out west” from WI we had an unknown noise coming from our 2017 Pacifica so I called John in service and he bent over backwards to get us in on a Saturday when we were passing through town. He spent about 2 hours evaluating the vehicle, re-balanced the front tires and tried everything reasonable to correct the issue, but only billed me for less than an hour. A+ for effort! If I lived in that area, this would be my dealer, because Service drives sales and John delivered on that promise, IMO! Thanks again John!!

I dont know if something was wrong with their email or if they blew me off.We ended up going to Sioux Falls and finding what we were looking for at Frankmans.

Worst experience ever, I bought a used truck from here a month ago and had it for a month and the engine blew. I asked them if they would kindly help me get it fixed, it costed 3700 to fix and then only gave me 800. This is how they must treat their customers. If I were you I wouldnt buy from them. They turn the check engine light off before you buy the vehicle.

General manager did call me back, seems like a genuinely nice enough guy. Seems like a lot of miscommunication between BDC, salespeople, and the management however that resulted in a terrible experience.After editing this review from my conversation with the GM, the GM decided he should call my father in law to tell him what a terrible person I am as our conversation was not good. I didnt cuss this man out, was far more cordial than this company deserved at this point. Quite sad a grown man feels the need to call another grown man to cry about someone having a bad attitude. If you wanted to address my bad attitude as you would say, you should have done it while you had me on the phone. All respect for this organization has now been lost. If you would like to buy a vehicle from a company that is run by a full grown toddler (my sentiment), then this sure is the place for you.

Attempted to use them for my uhaul needs. Staff all looked angry and miserable on arrival. Services were not given in a quick or clear manner. Tried to change my reservation after I already paid for it, then lied about their stock. Also tried to up-sale me on services I already had for more then I already had paid, tried to tell me I didnt have them.

Most unprofessional dealership Ive ever death with. Purchased vehicle and they do not stand behind what they say AT ALL. Got us to drive 4 hours to look at a vehicle after stating it was immaculate.. covered up body damage and cat scratches discovered after we washed it for the first time is NOT OK. No return policy, no exchange policy, no offer to buff any of the scratches out..absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again will we give them a penny of our money.

I traveled 610 miles from Chicago the Iverson Chrysler Plymouth I told the salesman that I was coming along way to take a car for a ride for me and read it and let me know come back and said it had to dance in it otherwise it was perfect go all the way out there to get the car the car was full of scratches it was two quarts of oil low on the dipstick transmission oil was burnt and brown in the car was a piece of junk so I was not very happy

We have more problems with the car we got there which was very overpriced than we do our old car with about 200,000 miles.
