Terrible owner. Was commenting on the current housing shortage when the owner states about how her tenants are at fault for the spike in rent. I guess she feels like she gets to own stuff but shouldn’t ever have to fix it. It’s so sad business owners have gotten so lazy. Buy coffee somewhere better

Great black coffee at a reasonable hot temperature and inexpensive. Also, they have excellent customer service. I always leave a tip when I can.

Holy cow!! The positive attitude from our barista was infectious. It appears she truly loves her job. New to the town of Mitchell, we’re trying all the local “flavors”. This has been our best coffee yet. Everything from cost, taste, and customer service were above expectations. We will be back!

Worst Hot Chocolate Ever! Im not a coffee drinker, so I ordered a Hot Chocolate and it tasted like coffee. They need to either clean their machines better or use something else to make their non-coffee drinks. I only drank 2 swallows of it and threw the rest away. Waste of money...packaged Swiss Miss made with water in a microwave would have tasted better!

The blend cherry lemonade was FANTASTIC

While the espresso was decent, they are following the bad trend of starting out all of their espresso drinks with 1 shot of espresso, regardless of size...so whether you order an 12oz latte or a 20oz latte, it contains only one shot of espresso. A latte, is 1:4 (espresso:milk)...so a 20oz latte should have 4oz of espresso and 16oz of milk, not 1.5~oz of espresso and 18.5~oz milk. If your locals like weak espresso drinks, offer less espresso by request...not weak espresso drinks for the price of a normal espresso drink, with the option to pay for more espresso to make the drink the correct proportions.

Hot Shots has the absolute best coffee in Mitchell. Everyone there is so friendly and its a fantastic little coffee stop!
