Easy on and off freeway access. Located adjacent to the Anytime Fitness gym. They don’t have a large “monument sign” independent from the one on the building so we missed it at first. Good coffee that isn’t bitter like “Stars” is. Their breakfast sandwiches are also hearty and worth the cost.

Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Great food. Get the ham and cheese on croissant- the best.

They had the best bagels. They changed it up. Not even sauce on the preformed bagels. To bad it was a good place. Not worth the 6 dollar bagels now.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the baristas even more so. Not to mention the absolute heavenly food provided! I ordered a Honey Whole Wheat bagel with cream cheese and I whole heartedly LOVED it, and the Sparkling Green Tea Lemonade was the perfect combination of the two. My sibling got a Iced White Chocolate Turtle Mocha and loved it! Cant wait for the next time we come through!

I have had nothing but bad and irritating experiences here. The coffee of the day is usually cold and most of the time my order is incorrect. Today I ordered two drinks on the app and both of them were completely wrong. Even though they had a sticker on each saying what they were supposed to be.My extra caramel latte had no caramel at all. And my americano with whip had no whip.Go to the other caribou in county fair. I work at a caribou and wasn’t going to complain that they forgot the whip. It happens. But both drinks missing key items???

Did a Mobile order at 5:00. We got there at 5:25 and no one answered the drive thru. We went to the window and they hadn’t even started our order and said they had stuff shutting down because they were closing soon. Isn’t closing time 6?!? We did get our drinks. But had to wait 10 mins.

Terrible. The coffe was bland and the bfast sandwich was not even heated! I threw it away. Dont bother with this place

The team staffed were working hard but were terribly understaffed. Waited 25 min for a black coffee and Latte with coconut milk.

They have good coffee but they make it wrong sometimes.

They have products that I havent seen elsewhere in Mitchell. Very tasty food. They have a drive through window. Friendly service. They have outdoor seating but their indoor seating was closed.

Got a bakers dozen of bagels with my family. Honestly, the best bagels Ive had...they are flavorful, soft on the inside, with a hard outside, but not too hard. I highly recommend them!

Carry out and drive thru only ( in early October 2020.) Service was excellent, coffee was tasty, one or two outdoor tables available and the drive up was CRAZY busy. Einstein bagels.

I was just driving through but this place was a great pick me up.

Excellent service, great food, and drinks.We try to stop here whenever we have a chance. We get the nova lox every time we are here, it is by far the best sandwich that they make. I like mine on a garlic bagel and my wife likes the everything bagel.

Great bagels and sandwiches. Go to place for a yummy hot coffee. Staff is nice and remembers all the regulars.

Good coffee and nice little shop. I really appreciated the kids hot chocolates. Smaller and not as hot as an adult size. A perfect treat for my kids on a winter evening.

Went through the drive up it would be nice if they repeated the drink order so we could have made sure they got the right order. I know its hard to understand the orders sometime so its easily forgiven that the order was messed up. Of the 5 drinks only 1 was wrong and the little guy really didnt mind as it was chocolate. :)

Coffee is terrible and service is too slow. Last time I drink Caribou. I threw away 3/4 of my Americano as undrinkabke.

The drive-through can get pretty slow, but order is always right and good though! The inside is a great place to set up shop and get some computer work done.

Clean and friendly but slow. Ordered a box of bagels and coffee for a business meeting and it took about 15 minutes. The staff were nice but it just took awhile to figure things out like how to serve a canteen of coffee.

Nice service, good coffee, need sound absorbsion work and speaker for workers. Cant hear coffee anoucments even 5 ft away.

Horrible customer service.. went through the drive-thru and and it took 10 min for anyone to at least come to the window and greet us... and then we asked for ice teas and its taken even longer to get those after we paid and we wanted to talk to the cashier and they instantly left the windows without even listening to us. Just closed the window and left.. its funny because its not even busy inside... at all...

Onion bagel was gross, onion topping made me fat and had a terrible after taste. Asiago bagel and cinnamon sugar are good. Sometimes they barely toast and only put a scrape of shmear on. I have brought mine back before for another one with adequate toasting and shmear. My dogs love the dog bagels

It was very fast service and the smoothie, which I got, was deliciously fruity.

Not only did I have strawberry cream cheese mixed in with my onion and chive spread on my onion bagel, I got to listen to loud, rude employees complain in the kitchen. Will not be stopping here again.
