My husband, Harry, was in the clinic to have a eye exam with Dr. Nydam. All the staff gave excellent service for him and helped him purchase prescription sunglasses. We were very pleased with the care Harry received today.

Went in for an eye exam and did they do an eye exam. I had never had so many things checked during an eye exam before no matter where it was at.Doctor afterwards was great at explaining the results from the testing. Could easily understood the results he have to me. Would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is great! If they could do one thing better, They could be more timely. I have a job, I am on time, I hate waiting.

I dont live in Mitchell, but was visiting over the weekend. I was having severe eye pain and Mabee Eye Clinic got me in within an hour of calling! I am really anxious in clinics, but Dr. Nydam and Maddie made me feel SO comfortable. Dr. Nydam even double-checked to be sure about his diagnosis of where my pain was coming from, discussed how I may have cut my eye, AND talked over medication options (and cost) with me.I wasnt talked down to at any point during this visit. I felt completely heard and understood. This isnt usually my experience in clinics, so I am super impressed!

I was traveling in my RV and my left eye began to get foggier and foggier It was starting to affect my driving. It was difficult to focus on my GPS and other things. So when I was in Mitchell, South Dakota, I found Mabee eye clinic. They got me in as quick as they could The technology there blew me away. They found that the back of my left lens was foggy and needed polishing.The next day they arranged for ophthalmologist to do a laser procedure. My appointment is very soon and I am waiting with complete confidence.. i highly recommend them.

We are not currently patients at Maybee eye clinic. My son came to visit and forgot his glasses and contacts at home. All we had was an old contact lens case and the staff at Maybee gave us 5 pair of contacts at no charge. We are super grateful and they just gained some new patients!

He takes his time, asks questions and is sure to answer any of my questions.His team that assists with choosing new glass frames and lense types are very knowledgeable and thankfully give you their opinion on frames for you that not only look good but most importantly fit your eye needs.The front check in was friendly and efficient..The tech handling measurements and etc before seeing the doctor was friendly and handled things nicely.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. There scheduling seems efficient - didnt have to wait long - they didnt rush through exam - dr. Nydam is very nice and explains well what he was doing- no pressure to change glasses .

I have always gone to Mabee Eye clinic because they are very caring and knowledgeable. Two years ago, I saw a new Dr. As Dr. Bleeker was out of the office. I saw Dr Wennande and because of him I was a candidate for implants in my eyes. The best thing that ever happened to me!

This office was extremely helpful and did their very best to fit me in, remove foreign body from my eye, and make me feel better.Dr. Nydam spent alot of time explaining the removal process to me, explained all the medicines, and took his time removing foreign object, and damaged tissue from my eye.I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Wenande is so wonderful, as well as all of his staff. They treat you like a person and not a number. On a scale of 1 thru 10 they would rank at a 50As usual we had another great visit with Dr Wenande and his staff. Dr Wenande explains everything so thoroughly. Lets just say it is pretty hard to fix PERFECT!!!

Staff is friendly and I was in and out under a hour.

I generally liked this business as they gave me contacts when I needed some and I scheduled an appointment after loosing my glasses. I was not able to make it to the appointment, I could have called. I called again to reschedule and on that day I called to reschedule because I did not get out of work in time. Than I get a letter notifying me that If I dont make the next appointment than I will not be able to make another one. Taking my business elsewhere to find better customer service.

Appointment was at 2pm- text message said to be there at 1:45pm and we were. We came from an hour away and made sure we were on time. We didn’t get called back until 2:30pm! Appointment went great, just not impressed with the time management of the clinic.

I recently had an eye exam with Dr . Wenande; and I have to say I’ve never had a perfect eye exam and lens prescription like I have now. I’ve had glasses for years, but this is the FIRST time I can actually read with my bifocals without having to adjust my glasses. I have also had dry eyes for years which had never being addressed through out annual exams at a variety of other clinics, but one trip to Mabee changed my eyes for the better! BIG Thank You, Dr. Wenande and all your wonderful, dedicated staff! I have referred many friends and will continue to see you every year!

I visited Mabe clinic with forien material in my eye, Dr. Bleecker fit me into his schedule, and removed a piece of metal from my eye with precision and accuracy. They filed the insurance had me on my way in about an hour.

This place is amazing! I was on vacation in South Dakota and I lost my eye contacts. So I called them, and they had my eye doctor call them, and they filled out a prescription, and they were ready in a matter of minutes! I would go there if I lived in SD. Sadly I live in Michigan so I cant...

I have seen all three of the doctors at Mabee. I can personally give rave reviews for all three. My most recent experience with Dr. Wenande was no exception. He is an excellent provider. He is kind and has a gentle yet fun personality! He takes his time with your exam and truly listens when you tell him your concerns. He is so wonderful to work with! Drs. Bleeker and Nydam are excellent doctors as well. I have been going to this clinic for 12 years and have not had one complaint in all those years.

As usual, service was very good and professioally done. No complaints.
