Great service and not unreal prices.
I don’t appreciate getting lied to by sales person promise they filled up my new Can-Am Defender MAX Limited just to get me to sign paperwork Because I told her I would not otherwise. But after I signed paperwork she tells me she Sry but there’s nothing she can do but you think if you spend that kind of money they could give you a gift card to the equivalent of a tank of gas ($30) or just be honest.

I pay to much for parts, oil, etc.....Darryl being one of the last, who appreciates old school Honda, Yamaha three wheelers is a pleasure talking to him about them on my visits....The new machines for sale in the show room, are non negotiable, markedup, bend you over deals ....I dont operate like that......
What a joke. Salesmen and manager were completely rude, asking $2k over msrp and wouldnt even allow us to test ride the bike. Just waiting for this dealers inevitable downfall.
Do not use the service department!!! They quoted $300 more than the service department we used elsewhere for the exact same problem. We were told before going there not to use them for service because theyre known for ripping people off, but because its the closest to us, we decided to give them a try. Everyone we spoke to in the service department was extremely rude, didnt want to assist and definitely didnt know how to communicate. I wouldnt suggest this service department for anything!

UPDATE.........So my husband has paid of the bike we purchased 1 year ago from Halls. We still are having no luck getting paperwork needed to get it legal. Still no title to be found and now Jody the finance manager is refusing to let us speak with Steve the GM. So now I guess the next step is to contact an attorney since there was a 45 days title clause in our agreement. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. The customer service at Halls in Daphne is not even worth a 1 start someone should really let the owner know what kinda disrespectful untrustworthy people they have running the Daphne location.
Brand new 4 wheeler ran out of gas first tank, put gas in, they say it had water in tank, fuel filter shut down, want to charge 650.00 to fix probably dont have 20 hours on it, #Dont spend your money with these people!, mighty funny because my son just poured what was left in the gas jug out into a clear jug, No Water!! Its ok you thought you could pull one over, but thing is we WAS good customers, done purchased 3 within last 3 years, but never again!!
Whatever you do, DO NOT let them work on anything that you own. I spent over $1,300.00 with them to repair my Honda four wheeler. The say to only run marine gas in it. They replaced the carburetor and put regular unleaded gas in it. They charged me $3.50 for a gallon of gas. More than marine gas would be. They did not tell me this when I picked it up that they put regular gas in it. It sat for four months with Covid-19 and work keeping me from using it. Guess what? The brand new carburetor now has to be serviced because of the gas they put in it. They are more than happy to repair what THEY caused, for an additional $300.00. These guys are crooks! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Poor costumer service. We walked in to this place to check-out some bikes and wanted to ask questions about the availability. The lady around each corner completely ignore us. Just ignore us. My husband went it to to ask the lady she just ignore him. They could have sold one today. Poor services!
Parts department awsome. To many extra fees added to the machines. Had sticker for a can am 570 at $8978 otd price $11,200 . Guess thats all the power sport stores. They did drop to $11k for me but still out of my budget. Great sales person Mrs. Kim very knowledgeable about the product.

I now know why they call these people the “home of the bait and switch”. This is the second time I’ve tried to do business with these people. By the looks of the other reviews it seems they have not made an effort to correct it which is the saddest part.
This was one of my favorite buying experience because Halls Honda get you what you need at a fair price and are just straight up people. I just bought a 2020 Honda TRX520 and it is awesome.

Showed up expecting to buy a Honda 2200i generator for the advertised website price of $999 and was told that was for the 2018 model and the ones they carry are $1249. Waited around in the showroom for several minutes for an answer. Guess its the customers fault they dont update inventory and prices. Would have made a purchase had they not been shady. Wilson Dismukes had the generator for $1049, so did Lowes and Amazon. Hard to believe a certified Honda dealer can have their prices beat by every 3rd party dealer in town. Not my first bad experience here. Beware!!

I called Halls Thursday morning and talked with salesman Will. he was straight forward on everything about buying their advertised Honda Valkyrie and after posting a $300 deposit so they could prep the bike I was on my way from Pensacola Fl to pick it up. All employees were just great and the important features of the bike were pointed out especially how to open the gas cap by remote key location.Thanks guys as you all did me right and so happy with my new Bike

Got my Goldwing serviced here: nicely done and fast. Was on a trip and pressed for time: they arranged that I could go on a lift immediately. Thats good service. And while the bike was serviced I could discuss the tech specs of the new Honda models -- cool people they know their stuff. Recommended.

Did the online finance option for a $7,000 YAMAHA and it was a disaster. They called just to tell me I was denied and didn’t give me a reason. Wouldn’t even talk to me for me to ask. They were unfriendly and rushed me off the phone. I won’t be doing business with them ever. P.s. I was financed for $30,000 at Hattiesburg Cycle thanks sending me that way
I called and talked to Jonathan yesterday about a 4 wheeler I was interested in. MY wife allowed me to come today and let me buy one. Purchased a new 2018 GROM from HALLS, I have purchased 2 new Yamaha wave runners from HALLS also in the past, purchases and service has always been great. Jack that works in the back is awesome. yes I do recommend HALLS for all your power play toys. THANKS HALLS.
Though we are satisfied with our bike purchase we are very unsatisfied with our visit for the first service today. When we purchased the bike we were asked if we wanted to purchase a service plan we asked did this include future oil changes, etc. We were told yes. So we purchased the service plan for $799. We took the bike in today for the first service only to be told that this was actually an extended warranty! Although the buyers order CLEARLY READS it as a SERVICE CONTRACT! We would have not EVER purchased a new vehicle of any sort without a service contract. The buyers contract is very misleading and lead us to believe that we were indeed purchasing the service contract that we inquired about. Very disappointed!

This place is fantastic! I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new Honda to make this your first stop. The sales team was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I also bought aftermarket parts from the parts department and they were very friendly and helpful too! Halls Honda made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. This is the only Honda dealership I will ever use from now on!
I took a dirt bike to the Government St location in Mobile AL for repairs and was told they would straighten the handlebars for $100. After pickup I was charged the $100 and told they don’t straighten handlebars! I called and the service manager was unwilling to either refund the $100 or straighten the handlebars. He even refused to admit they charged me for straightening the handlebars and read the receipt which said nothing about my handlebars. I know what I was told would be done when I was quoted a price, they ripped me off. I would HIGHLY recommend not doing business with these crooks!Update: In response to the owner’s reply... Your service manager was unprofessional and argumentative, repeatedly talking over me during our short conversation. I asked to be transferred to “the owner” because I thought you’d actually listen to a customer’s complaint, but I was told you were not there and I quote your service manager “I am the only one you’re going to deal with”. Sadly he was right because I still haven’t received a phone call from you to hear my side of the story.I’ve heard stories about how you treat your customers. I’m just glad I learned my lesson on a dirt bike repair, not a purchase. Fortunately was only overcharged $100 but that’s enough to lose my business and spread the word for others to go elsewhere.Don’t just take my word for it Mobile, I suggest you ask around before you do business with Halls.
I bought a new 1000-3 LE Pioneer. I bought it in for service and was charged a 100.00 cleaning fee. I dont dog my machine. It had rained and it had some light mud in the tire well. I drove from Dothan,Al to buy this machine and thought I would be treated better than this. I really dont mind the fee but the so called cleaning that was done was absolutely ridiculous. Not clean at all. I will never do business with them again.

Ive had my bike serviced a couple of years ago, priced extremely high, yet, a year and half later a friend with same issue and same type bike had the same repair done, and was a little over half the price of what I was charged earlier. I even had parts replaced that was replaced a few months earlier and had nothing to do with my issue. Sales might be alright, Ill never know, but, service is absolutely no good and overpriced. Friend had to take his bike over to Florida dealer to had repair redone, and discovered friend paid for things never done by Halls Honda.

Never will recommend this business to anyone. Stated interest rate on phone to my husband and then upped the rate once he got down to their business. Offered him certain parts from his trade in and then changed their minds. Seems funny that the salesman and finance person were no longer there when we started to ask questions about the parts. Never again.

I recently purchased a $10,000+ KTM elsewhere (Not from Halls) because I could not get this dealer to work with me.First Red Flag, the bike had 14 miles on it at delivery. I guess someone took it home for the night... (They did disclose the mileage at the time of sale.)Later, I had some issues and wanted the bike looked at under warranty. I was told they would charge me to look at it if they could not submit a warranty claim to Honda. This is lack of basic customer service. If you want your customers to come back you take care of them. Take care of your customer and they will take care of you.Later still, I wanted to trade in my paid off bike that I purchased from them for a new one. They told me if I wanted to trade in that they would give me a good price for my bike because I bought it from them and Im buying another. Great!!!, or so I thought... They offered me about 80% of my motorcycles KBB Trade in Value. 80% of Trade In!!! My bike is in like new condition, air conditioned garage kept!!So long story short, I guess I am done with Mobile Honda. I guess I wont rule out Halls in general... Its kind of tough with them being the only game in town.

Bought a 3 year service plan for 2 Seadoos,dropped them off one week to be serviced, they sat in the same spot for 3 days.When I went back to get them they had never been touched.I marked the tires because I was suspicious this had happened before.Not even offered a receipt.Because they hadnt done jack ! Ill drive to Gulfport, Gulfcoast Moror sports and trailer my new ATV home.
Women Beware! Do not work for this company. The owner is a narcissist with a superiority complex. His demeanor and interactions with women attest to the fact he views women as beneath him. He does not value his employees and thinks he can do all their jobs, so he will act like he is doing you a favor by employing you.

My Pioneer broke down and Honda would not warranty it.Halls quoted me $5300 to fix it after keeping it for 5 weeks and charged me $525 to tell me that!I paid $9500 for it brand new.I got it fixed by Hattiesburg Honda for $2900.Be careful. They will quote you things that arent even broken.Its worth the hour drive to Hattiesburg.

They must have sold my information....I get calls about new forwheeler gear frequently now.On top of that they were moderatly friendly and not very helpful. They kept pushing the large tread mud tires on me amongst other things... I dont do mud usually.The best thing about this place is they do have a good selection of toys, and if they dont have it they can order it as long as it is located at a sister store. Also i have not had a chance to deal with the service department, so i can not speak on that.

Poor communication with customer, don’t do a credit application online because if you do they will take a lot of days to let you know yes, no or never answer, priority for them probably home town customer or people can probably be at the store, if you are a customer looking for a quick respond from them because you want to make sure you will get approve on watercraft hey don’t do it because you will waiting for no respond from them, also I call today for speak with the GM apparently Mr. Morris I do apologize if I don’t spelling his name correctly but all I have is waiting on the phone until they hang out the phone call WHAT a SERVICE ridiculous

They are liars. A very racist place. They dont like to hire spanish people or black people. You can see the hate in their eyes when you go there to put an aplication or buy a bike. They also lie to potential hire candidates and play to mean games to candidates. I dont recomend buying anything from them untill they make big changes to management and employees. If you dont believe me, just go there and put an app or try to buy aomething wile black or spanish.
