I am almost embarrassed to say that I have had to use a collision center twice ... but I have and I highly highly highly recommend Steve and his team. They did fabulous work, worked with the insurance company for me, and got everything done in a very timely manner. Steve is very professional and kept me updated on the timeline. While I never hope to need a Collision center again... if I do... I will definitely use Hawkins!

I had a wreck on September 3, 2020 that caused about $5,000.00 worth of damage to my 2011 F-150. My best friend recommended Hawkins Automotive to me as we have a mutual long time friend that works there. I agreed to take my truck to their shop based on my friends recommendation. I am absolutely elated to tell anyone reading this review that Hawkins Automotive did an incredible job with my truck. They really went the extra mile when it came to the repairs and overall restoration of my truck. Hurricane Sally hit while it was in the shop so it took a little longer to fix it (roughly 3 weeks) but it was absolutely worth the wait. My truck never looked better. It wasnt even this nice when I bought it. They repainted the tailgate, and then buffed and waxed the entire outside of my truck to a mirror shine, they even restored my rims to better than new! I would give this shop ten stars if I could. Steve was an absolute professional and went out of his way to make this process as easy as possible, (Thank you Steve!) John Holloway did an impeccable job with the restoration. (Thank you John!) I highly recommend Hawkins Automotive if you ever need paint and body work done. Theres no place better in my opinion.

Had clear coat damage on roof and front quarter, structural damage to hood and multiple cracks in front bumper of 2011 Toyota Sienna. Repairs look fantastic. It looks like a completely new car. Color matching is perfect. Work took an extra day but the quality and look of the finished product were well worth the wait. Customer service was also outstanding. Quick quote and worked into schedule with less than a weeks notice. Recommended Hawkins for any auto body work.

Recently I took my 2015 Ford F-150 to this shop.Someone had accidentally ran into the side of my perfect truck! I was treated with utmost respect and service was done within a week. The final paint and body work was up to factory standards. I dare you to find the repairs. Would recommend anyone to let this shop bring your vehicle to “as new” condition. Just “the best”!!!!!!

These guys took care of things just as they said they would and did a fantastic job on my wifes car. The drivers side door of her Lexus was damaged at the very bottom corner of the door. They straightened it out, matched the paint exactly and buffed out her headlights as a bonus. Car looks brand new again. All at a very reasonable price. If we ever need repair work or know someone who does, you can bet that well use Hawkins Auto Collision and gladly recommend them to anyone.

Let me tell you, my truck was at 2 different shops for 10 months and they could not get my truck right. It was at Steve’s shop for 2 weeks. He went the extra mile to make sure my truck was right and made me feel safe driving it again.
