Great experience. As the repair continued and adjustments had to be made, Mrs. Howard was on top of everything which eased my mind. Anytime I contacted her, I got a prompt response. Quality body and paint work. Will continue to take my work to them!
Came here after being rear ended from the back. Im glad my Malibu was able to be restored. Everyone was nice and great work
I took my car at the Azelea establishment in Mobile on a Tuesday and over two weeks later it still wasn’t ready. My windshield was cracked and the headlamps scratched up with their buffer. I paid $1,300 for a mediocre job. When I asked for the replacement of my windshield the manager refused. I wouldn’t recommend it to no one. I’m a veteran and I was told that they don’t recognize veterans for discounts. I called customer service and I left a message with my phone number for the manager but no response. The service speaks for itself. It sucks!
Excellent service in front office. Paint job looks great.
Went in for a quote, went in expecting to spend $ 1000 max, quoted $ 1900. If Im going to spend almost 2 grand on a paint job, its going to be with a reputable company, not a company known around town to lay on paint thats good for 3 years until it chips (which would have been ok if they were still painting as the cheapest in town).
This was just an old beater truck until I went through your place. Then it was Good Golly Bim where did you get that nice looking old truck. single cab,, short wheel base man. This was one of those rare things where they fully explained what they could do, would and would not do. When I went and pick it up guess what ..they had done just exactly what they said they would do..This has been one of the best business decisions thatIve made in a long time.
The Maaco Shop in Mobile, AL I found to be honest with exceptional service. Marcus Howard completely repainted my truck and I could not be any more pleased. His pride in his work shows. He corrected the paint job that I received from the Maaco store in Little Rock, AR who didnt provide what I paid for. My thanks to Marcus and his team for giving me truly what I paid for with great service.
They claim it takes 2 weeks start to finish but after 7 weeks there’s no end in sight.
The staff there is very very nice and work with you in any way! The painter himself is unbelievable and will get your stuff done the right way!! I have nothing but great things to say about them and their fantastic work! I recommend them to any one looking for collision repairs or any paint work needing to be done. Thank you staff at Maaco for making my dream come true with my truck! Y’all are truly the best! Keep up the good work!!
Had my truck 2003 painted in August 2019. Still shines like new. Fast work and good price.
I cannot say enough good things about the MAACO on Azalea Rd in Mobile! Fantastic service, wonderful results, courteous staff...perfect from start to finish. My car looks amazing, it was done before promised, and Rachel in the front office was great to work with. Highly recommend!
Very cordial staff and professional service. Thanks again Rachel, your helpfulness was above and beyond what I expected!!
I went to this place of business and there wasnt anyone there. You have to make an appointment to be seen.
When I took my car to Maaco in Mobile to be painted, I admit I was skeptical. It was hard for me to believe that I would get results I would be happy with given that the price I was quoted was less than half of the estimate I got from other body shops. But I could not afford the higher prices other shops wanted and so I went with Maaco despite my concerns.Well, It turned out that my skepticism was completely unjustified. Maaco did a SUPERB job of painting my car. I texted my brother and told him that after they painted it, the car was so shiny that I could see my reflection in it! I could not find a single flaw--no overspraying, not a single spot missed, a totally even surface that looked practically brand new. And on top of that, a 5-year warranty! What more could one ask for? Dont be deceived by the humble facilities. It is the result that counts and Maaco exceeded my expectations in every way.Highly recommended to all!
The office staff is very friendly, professional and understanding. The repairman was honest and did an awesome repair on my hubbys Toyota Tundra. Matched the color perfectly. I and my hubby are very pleased!!
Genuinely impressed! Ive had two Maaco jobs done elsewhere in the past on vehicles that had pristine smooth body panels - no dents or dings - and the results were poorer than expected. I wasnt expecting a perfect job with no overspray or bubbling given the price, but there were some major defects in the paint and chips right out of the gate, plus sprayed-over decals that should have come off during the basic sanding process, and totally got rid of a hood emblem that was an easy clip-on design. But these guys at this location did me right. They removed the necessary decals, replaced the hood emblem, kept overspray to a minimum, and cleaned up what they could, PLUS the bubbling was kept to a minimum and the paint was uniform DESPITE being applied over some prominent dents and dings (intentionally; its a cheap car Im flipping, so I didnt need the body panels to be repaired). The turn-around was also quicker than expected. The paint job was worth the price - spot on accurate. If youre leery about Maaco paint jobs in general, but are on a tight budget, this location is quality. Definitely recommended.
Can’t beat the value. Made old paint look new.
Very Beautiful paint job. I recommend!
The staff at MAACO on Azalea Rd were outstanding. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgable of their craft and services. I had heard from others of their quality work, so I wasnt too surprised when I picked up my vehicle! It looked outstanding! The areas which needed extra attention were taken care of too. I would recommend them to anyone. My Thanks to everyone at MAACO! I will be back with other projects!
I think they do a great job for making your car look good again!
Had gas tank an 2 fenders painted did a great job with paint however tank could have used some more prep work before paint
Save yourself the headache and just STAY AWAY. We took my car to them in December with plans to have mine painted and have my husband’s car painted after that. Dropped it off December 14th. Was told it would be ready in a week. It was actually “ready” December 29th, after being put off with excuses twice. When we picked up the car, there were some rough spots on the door that I was assured they could wet sand in three to four weeks and to bring it back. We left my husband’s car at the same time we picked up mine. When I got home I realized the entire interior of my car was covered in dust, like they sand blasted with the windows down, and the rubber strips that go on the top of the van were inside laying on the floor. Upon closer inspection, there was tape left on a couple of places and more rough spots that needed to be fixed. After having my husbands car for two weeks, we get a call that they had fired their body repair guy and the new body guy said the back door that we were told could be fixed, in fact, could not and we would have to order a new door. They discovered all of this only AFTER the car was sanded down, forcing us to go to the expense of replacing the door, whether we wanted to or not. Fast forward, we go to pick up his car and notice they have painted over the vinyl decals on the car. We leave it to remove and repaint. A week or two later, get a call that they sanded too much and had to putty the door to fix the hole they created. At this point, Thankfully, they gave us that paint job for free. We finally get the car back and there are spots where they over taped and paint runs down the grill. Car has to be repainted AGAIN. When I take mine to be sanded, they realize it can’t be sanded and one entire side has to be painted AGAIN. When I get it back, there are rough spots/trash in it again. Just got it back again today, after they said they could buff it out. There are still rough spots but I give up. All of this, plus neither vehicle was ever ready when they said it would be.They always had a good excuse.1. Body guy had the flu2. Two guys called in3. The box to dry the paint was broken4. Fired the body guy5. Fired the painter6. Painter forgot he had to go to court7. Since we fired the first painter, we only have one a few days a week because we are borrowing someone from another shop.8. When I told you tomorrow, I was thinking today was Thursday, not Wednesday. The last excuse was after having it a week just to buff it and she then promised it would be ready on Friday. On Friday at 2:30, I called to ask if it was ready and she asked when I would be there. When I refused to give a time, she suddenly realized they were buffing it RIGHT THEN and it would be ready in 30 minutes. It took 3 full months to have both of our cars back. Thankfully, we have access to a vehicle to drive throughout it all. Some people wouldn’t be so lucky. The ONLY good thing I have to say about them is that they were polite through it all, and gave us my husband’s paint job for free. If this is how they do business, I seriously doubt they will stay in business for very long.
Excellent job!!! Highly recommended
Wow! Amazing service and trustworthy staff!!! I went to a place in Semmes and got a quote. The guy told me a bunch of bs about taking off my bumper and that it would cost me 387.00😂 Maaco was straight up and honest with me, only charged me 80!!! and i was out of there in 10 mins!
Excellent paint-job! Very satisfied!
