My man Michael Robinson was my Service Advisor and DID NOT let me down! I went to see him, told him what I needed, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!! He was able to get my tires installed at a reasonable price and gave me an even better deal on an alignment although I was not able ! I would definitely recommend going to see these guys for any of your service needs!

Extremely disappointed with our experience with this dealership (and it’s still ongoing). We had an amazing salesman (Joe) but everything after that has been a nightmare. Long story short, it has been a month and a day since we have traded in our vehicle and they still have not payed it off. We asked when the check was going to be mailed to our lender and we were told on September 9th that “they (finance), said it has been sent out and should update soon”. Today is September 29th and no update. We have tried numerous times (too many to count) to contact someone at the dealership higher up than our salesman and we are told over and over that someone will call us but of course, no one ever does.We are out of state buyers and would normally just go to the dealership (our next step).My husband and I have bought MANY cars and have never experienced anything like this. And our family members have been buying cars during COVID times and have not experienced this (that was the dealerships excuse).Many states have laws on how long dealerships have to pay off the lien on a trade in…unfortunately (as we only know so far) Alabama is lacking one and you are at the mercy of the dealership. Buyer beware.
The sales/ finance/ IT team made our first purchase experience a positive, informative and smooth one. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the transaction and took the time to do so. We made the decision to travel 200+ miles (with 2 young children) to the Mobile, AL location and we are so glad we did! The friendly knowledgeable staff was the icing on the cake. We will absolutely be back next time!!
I brought my older model vehicle (2004 Jeep) in for services, related to recalls. When I scheduled my appointment, less than a week prior to the visit, I was advised the service would take 2 HOURS. I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled time and the service professional advised I would need to drop it off. He stated they were behind and had to catch up from the weekend and holiday business. He advised my vehicle would be ready before they closed for the day. I brought my vehicle in shortly before 8am, they close at 6pm.Was this not something the appointment scheduler should have been advised of, while making appointments?Nonetheless, I called to check the status around 1pm and I was told they hadnt started working on my vehicle, but it was one of two with tickets to be brought into the shop. I went to the service center approx. 2 hours after my call and my vehicle was sitting in a back parking lot.When I advised the service professional I was taking my vehicle, and I would reschedule later, when they would be able to get my vehicle in and out (in less than a day), he advised me that would not be optionally because thats the way it is. I asked him to clarify and he confirmed there wouldnt be a time when I would be able to bring my vehicle in to get the service done promptly.He also stated, my vehicle was JUST about to be brought in before I arrived. (Convenient, huh?? )Anyway, I hope theres another option for this service, because this dealership needs to work on customer service, timeliness, and internal communication, just to name a few improvements.
Mitch is the best in the service department. Its always hard to get them to answer the phone, but Mitch always comes through! He definitely has excellent customer service skills and always makes sure the customer is happy! He is very much appreciated and goes over and beyond!
The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I went in to have my air bag checked due to the light being on. They informed me it was the clock spring and the service would cost $900. I looked up the price of the spring which is somewhere between $300 to 400 so that means labor was gonna be $500. Now I know this is in the steering wheel column which can be a little difficult to get into but the part itself is just a matter of unplugging and plugging it back in. I feel like they really over price their services. I was able to get this done with another automotive shop for $300 less on labor.
I love this place. Ill be back soon for a new vehicle, I didnt realize my credit had bottomed out so I had to put a hold on my venture, but I cannot stress this enough. They are amazing people!
Had a 9am appointment to get an oil change which is covered under my warranty. It took 3 hours for the oil change. Last time I was there I never could reach anyone on the phone so I had to drive the 45 minutes to have my battery checked. I waited 5 hours this time. I talked to 4 furious customers while i was there. Each one swearing they would never return. I bought new tires from somewhere else. Can you imagine how long it would take them to put on 4 tires? I hate i bought my car here and even more i hate i purchased a warranty from them. When my warranty is up i will never be back and I will get a new car from anywhere else besides this place.
I had a 10:30 appointment, I took my vehicle there exactly at the time went in to look for the advisor that was suppose to take care of me but he was off taking care other business the two advisors that was at their desk didn’t try to call my advisor not once, so I just stud there my advisor so happen to walk by and came in and ma’am is there anything I can help you, after that it was all good....... so yes I would recommend any and everyone to purchase or have your vehicle serviced there and I would like to say thanks to Mr. Jason Williams for being so kind and patient with me
We purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla for our teen age son. Tommy was welcoming as soon as we walked in and ready to assist us. He was very knowledgeable of the car and the features and benefits. When we heard a rattling sound with the air conditioner, he had this checked out and the fix was made on the spot. We cannot wait for our son to see his new car!

When we bought the car it went to auto detail, when it returned a piece of chrome window trim was missing. When we asked about it the reply was are we sure it was there. When they looked for it, it was found at the detail shop. The car had a rear cargo net in back of car, and that also came up missing, and still missing (they will not replace it) we were then asked again if we were sure that it was there, yes it was there, to include it was listed in options listed at time of purchase of vehicle. The visor was sprung and we had to pay half to get a new one. We made an appointment to have trim attached and visor replaced (2 weeks later) Apointment was at 11: 30 and its now 1:30 and we are still waiting on glue to be delivered to put widow trim back on. They need to pay more attention to details...
Everyone was friendly. They tried to sell me more than I wanted. Persistently. They tried to have me sign paperwork that wasnt filled out. They tried to give me my brand new car without and gas.
I had my car check out why it was running hot..I was told that I need a new water pump, thermostat. I was not aware of the serpentine belt nor the bottle coolant but thats fine anyway. I receive my car back on a Saturday. On that Wednesday my car run hot again. I brought it back and I was told that the radiator need changing out..did that still had problemsAlso was told need to change the sensors..did that also and still had problems..Im upset because I brought my car to you all to figure out why it was running hot since you specialize in these cars..and I felt like I was mislead because the problem still wasnt resolve..I also purchased new tires and wheel alignment.. so 972.49 was a waste of money because yall did not fixed the problem and had me to go buy extra stuff by you all recommendation instead of you all finding out the problem..I dont have a problem of paying the amount if I needed it but my situation is the same n Im not riding..so I feel like you all should have got the car back and figure it out..Im thinking about consult with an attorney on behalf of this situation because you all did not help me..Im still carless..

Truck needed a new radiator. Appointment was booked without letting me know how long it would take. The truck was in the shop over two weeks during which I had to call repeatedly to find out when my truck would be ready. Unbelievable that it took that long to replace a radiator. You should not book appointment until you have the parts to fix the vehicle. Truck was also missing and the eventual diagnosis was egr valve. Estimate was ridiculously high.
Mr. Michael Robinson was very helpful all around the board. He made getting our Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed a great experience. All of our other maintenance and services will be done at this location.

All repairs, oil changes has been serviced by autonation. They are a service that cares. I like that they check for recalls and if there is a big repair and money is limited they provide alternate resources.

I rated AutoNation with a 3, because shuttle services were not available but I understand why after it was explained. However, I should have been informed when making the appointment so I could have made transportation arrangements.ShowroomWhile there, I decided to kill time by visiting the showroom.. VERY DISAPPOINTED RE: SERVICE. Many of the sales staff were sitting at their desk, however, I did have one salesman approach me. He was new but professional. Well, AutoNation dont want to SELL vehicles, that was very clear... Will I return to the showroom??? The jury is still out..

I had a great experience they were super nice and didn’t take long at all.
I dont know where to start, came in from out of town for service and vehicle inspection. Service manager James Pate and service representative Michael Robinson blatantly lied to me stating that my rotors where bad and that I needed brake pads. I said show me. I am a mechanic and know vehicle brake systems. These service representatives walked me to my vehicle and had not even remove the tires to inspect said brakes. I told them remove my vehicle from their shop or I would call the police. in addition James stated that he witness the mechanic changing my oil and that was completed, however I saw the mechanic and he was filling my oil. I told James that he had blatantly lied to me reference said oil change also. Safety issues in addition where observed i.e. during my tire rotation they did not use a torque wrench and only where using a phematic impact without adjusting said air pressure. This failure could result in a serious or possibly deadly accident. Please do not patronize this establishment or do at your own risk.
Jason Williams was my service advisor. He was absoutely awesome. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure that the services I requested was done in a timely manner. He also updated me on what was going on with my car throughout my visit there.
Everyone was nice and helpful and informed me of other opportunities dealing with my car and finished in a timely matter.

Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Autonation really has poor customer service. I’ve had my car almost three months with no tag because they’ve failed to give me the paperwork needed. My first car was from Honda Autonation and I wish I would have stuck with Honda. I have reached out asking for the paperwork, they said the would email it to me and failed to do so. I’ve been out there for an oil change, asked for the paperwork and again they said they would email it to me. I feel as though all necessary paperwork, after all payments went through, should have been given to me right then and there. It’s frustrating. It should never be this difficult to get what is needed and no I shouldn’t have to make constant trips. When I came and asked the first, it should of just been giving to me in person! Do better Autonation, do better.
It was a complete Disaster the Service Representative who was handling my Paperwork /Car was horrible, My car was left unattended for 2 weeks in there care when indeed i left him with all the correct information for the warranty company only for him to send my information to the incorrect Warranty company which delayed another week so with all that i was not Honor an rental car only because nothing was submitted in stating my car was under Mark Dodge Care. He was very unapologetic and really didnt care at all, I told him i need a ride back and forth to work he stated it wasnt nothing he can do about that, he stop answering his phone when i would call for an update to the point i had to use someone elses phone in order for him to answer. And top of all of that i was charge an additional $700 when the Warranty already paid $2800.00 when the only thing i suppose to pay was $100 deductible and everything i brought the car in for wasnt even completed. My Car went in on September 16th at 8am and didnt get my car Back until Oct 2, 2020 at 5pm

Recall,service was to be done but no parts were there to do the repair.truck stayed there most of the day but no one called to let me know this so most of the day was wasted. I made this appointment 3 weeks prior to appointment and still is not complete. I am very displeased,you buy the vehicle then no one wants to do the repairs.Maybe the 3rd time around they might have the parts to get this done
Im highly unsatisfied with my brake service repairs,I had to bring my vehicle back to have the brakes checked and still have same problem. I dont understand why the problem has not been fixed.

Twice now I have taken my car to AutoNation, Mobile AL and received rotten service both times. Took 3 days instead of the 1 they quoted. Were unable to get the appropriate part in time for the service. Were very negligent in getting in touch with me with updates. I will never take my car back there for service.
The Service writer did not communicate on a regular basis and was hard to reach. We were given 3 different dates that the truck would be ready and was not called to say it was not ready. We showed up to pick it up and found it was not ready.

The sales people were awesome to work with and never once pressured me to buy they only ask how could they help and what was I looking for.
