I called and received a quote for a replacement windshield on a BMW X5. I was told it was $470 because of the heads up display my vehicle has. They ordered it and said I can get it replaced next day. I took off work to have it replace and the lady at the front desk said they ended up dropped the windshield during transit and it’ll have to be ordered again. Now I took off another day the following week and they have the wrong glass. They said they can go down the street to a warehouse to get another one but I wouldn’t be able to see my heads-up display clearly. But I can get the correct one ordered and it’ll be 2 more weeks. I’m missing work cause your staff can’t order or handle the windshield for my vehicle. There was no concern for the negligence either.

I took my truck in for a windshield replacement. They broke my key, and even admitted they broke it. I went back three times trying to get something done about it with no success. Every-time I went in they said “just leave your name and number and we will get back to you”. I left an original review, they responded with a customer service procedure to help get my key fixed. After following the procedures I have now waited 2 months for a response and have heard nothing back. I continuously try calling and the rep has just completely stopped responding. I own my own business and if I break something, I make sure to replace or fix what was damaged. Take your car somewhere else! Horrific customer service.

Update:The District Manager addressed my concerns and repaired my vehicle. Im pleased to say this matter was resolved to my satisfaction.The price was unbeatable, that got me in the door last Friday. My car is almost 6 months old, this was its first repair ever. Today (Monday) I went by there to report the damage. Initially, she asked me if it happened afterwards otherwise Id have noticed it right away. Then she pulled my receipt and said it was already damaged and that Id signed it. That writing is super tiny. I told her it was not already damaged and that I understood why theyd deny it happened when they replaced my windshield...she cut me off stating Well, I have your signature that says otherwise., turned and walked away. Realizing that I was getting nowhere, I turned to leave without comment. As I opened the door I heard her yell Have a nice day! at my back. That was just rubbing it in. I went home and called, asking for the district managers name and number. I was told theyre not allowed to give that out. She took my name and number and said hed call me. When he didnt, I called back and got the same woman from before. She said he wouldnt be calling me, that shed explained it all and there was nothing he could do. She wished me another good day and hung up.My advice to you? Take close up photos before they touch your vehicle. Watch the work being done and ask to sign off on their inspection before they get started. Its altogether possible that the damage was added as the last item of note on the inspection because thats where it happened. Inspections noting existing damage should be presented to the customer for signature before the work begins. Then be sure to check your vehicle well before you leave.

I had my passenger door glass shattered out on my car. Called them to replace. Very accommodating. However, a few things wrong with the quality of work. First, some tabs/covers were broke during the fix, and were told they were already broken before work was started. Also, none of the broken glass was vaccumed out. Still hear it rattling. Also, the NEW window was BADLY scratched from the install/replacement. Poor quality of the repair. Nice people and fair price. Wont be back.

I had a small crack and a small leak in my windshield. I took it to them to be fixed. Great service. Then I took it to the tint shop afterwards to get the tint strip across the windshield. After about 2 weeks of no rain everything was good. Then when it rained the windshield leaked so bad it shorted out my ac blower and relay. I took it back to them to get it fixed, they stood behind the warranty and replaced the windshield, but I lost out on the $45 tint strip I had on the first one. Also they didnt attempt to clean up any of the glass and debris on my dash. Now when I turn on my defroster it blows out little glass pieces everywhere. Maybe a bad day !?! Not happy !!!

I wish I had known about this place sooner. I could have saved more money than I already actually saved. They were swift in getting both of my vehicles in and windows replaced. I was very pleased with the amount to have them replaced. It was surprisingly inexpensive and could have been cheaper if I would have brought my car in sooner when it could have been repaired, instead of replaced. Learning lesson for me. I would indeed do business with them again.

WOW! Ive never ever had a replacement before. I went and they had my entire job done in 38 min!!!! Incredible service! My mouth fell open when they drove my vehicle to the front completely finished. Don’t bother making an appointment here. They take walk-in’s before they even touch appointments. you would be better off walking in and cutting in front of everyone who secured their time slot with an appointment and just take their time instead. our car didn’t even get pulled to be worked on until after 6:00, when they “closed”. Utterly ridiculous to make an appointment for 10 A.M. and still be the last car pulled in, and waiting past closing time.

My buddy borrowed my car to take a trip and had a rock fly up and chip the windshield. I had just had it replaced a few weeks prior by Safelite so I contacted them again. They wanted $109 to repair the window even though I had just done business with them. Auto Glass Now did the repair for $59 and did a great job. Highly disappointed potential client. I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now up until it came time to replace my windshield. I had called a few weeks ago and got a quote over the phone from associate Brian. The price was awesome that I couldnt pass it by. I told Brian that I would call in a few weeks to schedule an appointment. My contact information was placed in their reminder system and I received a text informing me that my quoted price was about to expire. The reminder text was helpful. I called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 1/30/2021. I received a courtesy call on Friday 1/29/2021 to confirm my Saturday appointment. I missed the call because I was at work. I immediately returned the call and spoke with Brian again just letting him know that I had missed a call and I was calling to confirm my appointment. On Saturday morning, I arrived arround 8:15 a.m. and was told that my windshield was scheduled to arrived at 5 p.m. on 1/29/2021 but it didnt arrive. I was a little disappointed but I too work in customer service and due to COVID-19 delays are normal. So I told the associate could I be rescheduled for next Saturday 2/6/2021. She asked could I come in on Monday, February 1st and they could have my car completed in 1 hour. I declined and told her that I work Monday-Friday and due to my schedule I couldnt come back until the following Saturday. Fast foward to Friday February 5th, I thought it was strange that I hadnt received a confirmation call since I had received one the previous week. So I called Auto Glass Now and spoke with Terri. I was informed that my glass still hadnt arrived and she would call me back that day to let me know the status. I didnt receive a call back that day. I decided instead of going back and forth, to go ahead and do business with another company. On Saturday February 6th, Terri from Auto Glass Now leaves a message saying that my windshield still hadnt arrived and she will call me when it came in. I should have returned her call that day, but I was a little disturbed by the lack of communication. So now its today, Friday February 12th, and I am leaving another windshield repair shop and I call Auto Glass Now to let them know that I went to a competitor and I wouldnt need the windshield that was on order. Brian answered the phone and states that my windshield was returned twice due to 2 missed appointments. I am confused. I showed up for my first appointment and called to confirm it and my second appointment I called myself to confirm it. So all I can chalk this experience up to is a lack of organization. Brian didnt have an attitude over phone. He was very professional however, his notes about my order was completely wrong. I love supporting small businesses and my experience wasnt completely bad. If you looking for a good price, this company definitely has it just makes sure you have a clear understanding when you will be service.

I had a 12p appt the time my windshield was to arrive. I leave my vehicle jst b4 12p. I cll thm shortly aft 4 to kno if my vehicle is ready & Im told they r waiting for my windshield as the first one was broken & it wld b another hr. I arrive there shortly aft 5 & its still not ready I arrive around 5 & my vehicle wasnt done until 5:45. Ironically I ck my vm later to discover they had cll me around 335 & said my vehicle was ready. If ths was the case how were they still installing it whn I arrived. #2. I only saw 1 worker inside wearing a mask. Safety is Not being taken serious. Atleast respect ur customers health safety.

The signage is VERY confusing,the sign on the door says customers are not allowed in the lobby even though they tell you to come in,they even provide you chairs.theres a sign that states customers are NOT allowed in work area but you are told to wait in the work area while your repair is being done,theres even A ROW of chairs for you to use. This was my first experience with Auto Glass. Kayla and Kim are awesome and very structured. They go by appointments and will make sure you are there like you said because when you say you are coming they go ahead and order your glass for you. The glass is not in stock. So make sure you are respectful and show up. They do excellent work. Lee was very friendly and professional on the job. He did a superb job. He took really good care of my car. Im glad I picked them to replace my window. Great prices! Takes about an hour and a half for the job. I am highly recommending this place for services.

Just left after a windshield replacement. They did a wonderful job on the glass looks like a perfect match to the original. Reinstalled my rear-view properly. And the price was exactly what I was quoted. Which was significantly cheaper than anyone else. And they got the car done in the exact amount of time they told me it would.Now there was some adhesive on my car afterwards that I noticed that they had missed and they took great pains to remove it make it right and I really appreciate that.I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed glass repair or replacement.

Kayla and Kim were helpful but my car was returned to me with shards of glass in the floor, seat, dash, and every crevice of my car. I contacted the company and they offered to vacuum my car if I came BACK out before they closed or they could send me someone two days later. Neither of these offers were helpful considering I did not have time and wouldnt leave broken glass in my car. Management called later but could do nothing to help me except maybe send me a coupon for my next visit. I wont be using this company again.

Kim and Tommy are fantastic and so easy to work with. I had them do work on my last car and Ive continued to have them work on my new car. Each time I have been in the shop, they have been so understanding and helpful with everything. Tommy did a great job replacing my windshield and filling a chip that developed from driving on the interstate. They were very understanding and told me to come in to have the chip filled 20 minutes before they closed, which I cant thank them enough for making time for me coming in so late. We are from Georgia and traveled here for a mini-vacation. On the way here, a rock hit our windshield and cracked it. We contacted Kim and she was so nice and helpful. She had a technician, who already clocked out, fix our windshield so we could make it home safe! They are amazing and Im so thankful for the way they went above and beyond to help us!!

Terrible customer service today. I was 2nd in line and they skipped over me after the fact I told him I came from Mississippi for tint. On top of that he told my wife $160 but when I came in he told me $175. The passive aggressiveness was amazing! I’m actually glad I didn’t spend a dime there because i went to pleasant valley rd for a great tint job for $140 with lifetime warranty 😏

Love previous vacation clubs. West Yellowstone Club is our favorite, but this one disappoints. We stayed in 2 bed room unit #807 for a week. You have to do a mini sales pitch at an excursion desk just to get your parking pass. Then received other calls to upsell us for future locations. Didnt expect to be marketed on our vacation. Biggest complaint was exterior entrances and the noise. Housekeeping starts early and the noise from their carts on the concrete walkways comes thru the entire unit. It sounds almost like they are on top of you. Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND they goto rubber wheeled carts. Will stay somewhere newer next visit with interior hallways and on-site restaurant and bar.

I just had my windshield replaced on my 2013, Mazda, Miata today. My Appointment was at 08:00. I arrived a few minutes late, but was out the door and on my way before 09:00 hrs. Quick and courteous. The price quoted a few days earlier was the price I paid. It is refreshing not to be gouged with added expenses that other Auto Glass Companies add in that were not part of the quote. For example, Disposal Fee or Rubber Gasket needed replacing. Both Customer Service Reps. were awesome as well. This goes for the technician as well that replaced my windshield.

LONGEST wait time EVER was told 2 hrs waiting almost 3 hours, customers kept coming back in complaining about how something was missing or wasn’t right in car also was quoted a different price from what I paid! Definitely do not recommend this place!
