I went in at 9AM for my 15000 mile factory service. It took about 45 minutes and I was out of there. Very happy about that. Service Advisor Flemming (I think) was really nice and walked me out to my truck. Overall, much better than my last visit in April of this year.
It was better when Lindsey was there as a Service advisor. He was the best they had but saying that theres a lady who answered the Service phone who is doing a good job
Service department is high in price, but the Service Manager is fantastic.

I have done business with Springhill Toyota for 20+ years. It is a good automobile dealership with quality workmanship and people.
Service was good but only about half the people in the waiting area had on mask. I would definitely recommend dropping your car off. Also this is more of a societal issue that really shouldnt reflect on springhill Toyota but a lot of customers thought i worked there (a young black man cant drop off a 4runner for service).
Service excellent,had to return car for previous work . Service corrected the problem with no extra charge.

I had an appointment at ten for a recall on our 19 Avalon I was on time dont know what took so long they just took our car in the shop at 3:40 Im not complaining but that is redicilous they said it would take 2-3hrs

Called several times. Wouldnt answer my call or even listen to my full request before transferring my call to a department that wouldnt answer. Tried to use the website and it was broken too. Not worth the effort.

Very nice employees. Very clean and comfortable waiting room for you to.wait in while waiting on your car to be serviced. There are a couple of TVs for you to watch while you wait or they run a shuttle and could take you somewhere and pick you back up when their done.

I had to constantly call for updates on when my car was ready and then the one thing I told the supervisor Mr.Jeff to check he said he did and after three days my car dies from the one thing I told them to check which was under my warranty now I have to pay out of pocket over a 1000 dollars because they didnt listen to what I said to check.
