First time here! They was friendly and help us right away. We had a lady come out to the parking lot and inspect the damage and then was able to give us an reasonably estimate. She set us up an appointment for the next day, just like that. Real quick, fast and efficient.

I avoid dump trucks like the plague, youd think there would be a better way to transport rocks. And yet, an 18 wheeler chucked the rock this time, chipping my window. Called, and they came out the next morning and performed the chip fill in. It started raining, so the fill in was solid, but the chip was still very much noticable. Safelite worked with my insurance to get me a new windshield without charging me a deductible or increasing my rates. Great service

After getting the run around from Auto Glass Now, I schedule a same day appointment online for Safelite. I was very pleased with the service and the staff. I used a coupon code online and I still ended up getting a few dollars back. I’ll spend the extra money for quality services. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you

Very efficient staff. Had a small chip in my windshield and they were able to work me in quickly among other appointments. I would recommend picking an appointment however to anyone else just to help their schedule be more balanced. They do ask what insurance company you use and the price for a quick fill drops if youre willing to tell them. That was interesting but was a pleasant surprise.

I called 3 times and the automated service would not let me talk to anyone and did not offer that option. I just had a simple question.

Amazing! I was able to get my windshield replaced DURING hurricane Ida. I was there for about 45mins, which included having my cruise radar recalibrated. I was shocked with how fast they finished!

Was a lil to high they wanted $600 for the back glass of my pathfinder I bought and installed the window myself for $50 but it was bolted on not gluedso it wasnt Hard to do

I would bet that you lose a lot of business with your automated system could not after several tries on several different occasions to get windshields taken care of ended up with precision your service is in sad need of revamp I figure you have too much money and thats why you dont care about getting customers if I could give you less than a one star I would Im sorry but its the truth

I have used them in the past really good on time but now you cannot even call them and make your appointment. Because of this I went with someone else. So because there is a pandemic you cannot talk on the phone and why? I am not giving you a bad rating because I have had great service in the past. I can tell you this though you are losing a lot of business by not taking phone calls.

I scheduled for someone to come to me to replace a windshield. Nicholas arrived and replaced the windshield. The entire experience starting with the phone call was easy and hassle free. I didnt have to do any paperwork for the insurance.

Incredible customer service! I had made a mistake when scheduling an online appointment. I accidentally put that I needed a repair when I really needed the whole windshield replaced. When I submitted my pictures a rep emailed me saying that they had to cancel my repair request because it needed to be replaced. Not a big deal for me so I went back on the website and made a new appointment but this time for a replacement. I happened to schedule the appointment for the same date as my previous appointment. Not even 15 minutes after I scheduled my new appointment I got a call saying they were able to come to me right now or before 4- which they did! Roosevelt was my technician and he was incredibly professional and efficient. Shout out to the Mobile crew- you guys are awesome! Thanks!!

I was traveling from Birmingham Al to Mobile Al and on the way a rock damaged my windshield. So I called my insurance company and they made me a appointment the next morning at 9:00am. So when I arrived in Mobile I stopped by Safelite to see if they could get me that day instead the following morning, thank God I stopped by They pulled me right in, I promise you less than 10 minutes the Young Lady fixed my windshield and when I looked I could not even see no sign of damage. I was so happy. Thanks Safelite for fixing my Infinity QX70.

Id give them zero stars if I could. Had a minor chip repaired, and less than 24 hours later I had a 16 inch crack that came from their repair. When contacting them for a warranty repair/replacement, I was told they wouldnt cover it because I filed the chip repair through my insurance company. Basically Id have to pay my insurance deductible to replace the windshield they damaged. I could have lived with the chip if I would have known they were going to ruin my windshield. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I had the smallest chip in my windshield smaller than a dime . Thanks to Safelite I have a crack across my windshield.. the technician wasnt even working for two minutes andcome in my job stating she was almost done and it started to crack. Then when I called they file it on the previous owner insurance and not my insurance because they had the vehicle in their system already. On the website it state it is a 30 minutes job it only took her 2 minutes to ruin my windshield and my day.Then I call to speak to a manager .He was gone to lunch but never returned my call. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are so unprofessional and rude.

We have used Safelite a couple of times now. Both times they came out to our location and installed glass that have been busted by somebody cutting grass and throwing a rock. I dont know that there is anyone better to go with. If you were looking to have glass in your car replaced, this is the company.

Pleasant to do business with. Would I use them again, definitely, but hopefully I wont need to. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass replacement. Wife was surprised that the Tech vacuumed the car and cleaned windows. It was a nice unexpected touch.

I walked in without an appointment, was nicely greeted, explained my problem, staff instantly walked out to assess the issue, asked if insurance claim and with what company or out of pocket, explained how to initiate claim with insurance company, pulled vehicle in to start repair. By the time I finished with insurance company my vehicle was finished and out front waiting. The staff had all paperwork and repaired 4 large rock stars in front windscreen a few minutes of getting of phone with insurance company. I have always had wonderful service at this location. Will not go anywhere else in Mobile metro area. Great experience. Great staff.

I had something(?) hit my windshield causing a huge crack, with several impact points, that any other tech would have suggested a replacement. The service Tech took her time and filled the crack beautifully. It turned out better than I could have hoped for.

I made an appointment and paid online, when I showed up for my appointment they called me by name and took my car back. It was less than 30 minutes before my car was ready. They also vacuumed it! Bad service. Last time I called they couldnt get any one out for days. I called a competitor and they came out the same day. It did cost five dollars more. I called today about a chip repair I was told I was lucky they can come out for seventyfive dollars for a chip repair??? I was also told it was only because I have state farm insurance. Another local company will do it for thirty dollars. The last time I had a chip repair from safelite it was forty dollars. The representative on the phone didnt seem to care. Check out the local companies.

Fast, and courteous. My appointment to replace the rear door glass was at 8am, and i was leaving at 9. I arranged the appointment online and even found a coupon code, so the replacement cost was very reasonable.

They were able to repair the crack in my windshield, even in the difficult location it was.

I wouldnt recommend their services to my enemy. They caused a huge crack in my glass!!! Then asked if I wanted to pay to replace what they broke. 😐. They specialize in glass replacement not repair. So just know if they come out you paying them for a window.

When I arrived, it was still two hours before they closed and they probably will not have time. The guy was rather negitive through the whole thing. He tried to talk to me like I should have known the process the whole time, and was annoyed that I didnt. The technician that came out started by telling me what was not going to happen. I guess most people that come here have huge expectations? The repair was exactly what I wanted, to keep that chip from running. Not sure I will return. Makes me appreciate the service at the local glass place more.

If this scale went into the negative, I would rate it negative stars. The service is halfassed, the customer service is rude, and apparently their technicians are overwhelmingly underqualified for their job. They installed a windshield a few weeks ago, and it leaks. Ive had to call two different locations just to get a straight answer on repairs of their work, and still got a run around . Not only would I never recommend this service, I warn people against it. 0/5 stars.

Ive used Safelite before and it has been a pleasant experience. This last time was different while the service guy did a great job repairing my windshield and was very friendly, my service was delayed. No one called to inform me I had to call to inquire about it once I did I found out they cancelled because they could not find my house even though I gave directions provided in the additional notes section. I asked why n no one called me and she explained he did but no one answered I asked what number they called because I had no missed calls and turns out it was the incorrect number and then she precedes to tell me that it was my fault for not calling if I knew they were suppose to come. I know things happen so I assumed he was running late. I feel this was very rude and a new protocol should be set up to prevent this from happening again and if it does happen dont place the blame on the customer. May have just been the customer service representative but other than that I love Safelite and would recommend them!

My experience was horrible. They didnt remove all the glass that was in my truck. There was a lot of glue type substance left on front seat & dashboard. Not a very good cleanup.
