I was very displeased and very dissatisfied that as a loyal customer who brings all of her vehicles to this location I was turned around at 5:30 and declined service when there was no one in front of me except the vehicle being taken care of it was three technicians and I was told that even though they close at7 PM that they were not going to take any more customers. I drove out of my way as I usually do to come to this establishment because I always received a good service and timely service and as a first responder who is constantly on the road I will have to say I will not be back

Excellent customer service. I was there for about 3 hours bc my situation was so unique. Being there that long, I saw how they ran things when I was there and they definitely was impressed with how fast they ran things. If ever on that side of town again, Id go there again! Went yesterday for an oil change, and now the car is sputtering and shaking while idling and in 1st gear, throwing up ever code on the dash. Really? Gonna mess w peoples cars just bc they go to the cheapest place in town. A $40 oil change is exactly what you get from this place. 👍🏻

Guys that work there are quite nice. Brought my own break pads and rotors for them to put on my car. They had em on in less than 15/20 minutes for a reasonable cost. Much appreciated.

I have a long history with this Precision and apparently its under new management. They have not skipped a beat. The waiting area has been cleaned up and the service was fast and efficient. Pricing is also very reasonable.

It started with the customer service when I walked in the front door. I was warmly greeted by Venita and Jamie. I explained what I needed and Mr. Stacy came in from the garage to talk with me about the services I needed. Throughout my wait (which wasnt terribly long and done on my lunch hour), I was entertained by friendly conversation with Venita, while Mr. Stacy popped in to show me what hed found wrong with my vehicle and what the options were. I was never pushed to have anything performed, and Mr. Stacy was quick to prioritize the repairs that were needed in the event I couldnt afford to do all that day. In short, this was the most pleasant (and dare I say, enjoyable) car repair experience Ive ever had. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

Very friendly, polite and professional. I am relatively new to area and needed service. Being a woman I was terrified at what might happen any where I took my car for repair since I know nothing about cars. I found Walter to be very polite and friendly from the first time I called. Even though they couldve easily taken advantage of me they did not and what I was told by two other men was the problem with my car it turned out to be neither and a pretty simple fix. Walter and is staff did an excellent job and were very quick about it. I highly recommend this business.

I drove down to Mobile, from Ottawa, Canada, and during the trip, my right rear bearing failed. I had to get it replaced. I had called a few places around, and they either did not have time, or they would not install the part, unless they supplied it.Walter, at Precision Auto-Tune was more than accommodating, and fit me in right away. The staff at Precision were extremely friendly, and ensured my vehicle was safe for the return trip. I made it home without incident, and am pleased to recommend them to anyone in, or visiting Mobile.

I can say the same thing that the lady below me said. They took time to show me what is the urgent problem with my car, explain in easy terms and did not look for little problems in the car. They really went out of their ways to look for way to be cost effective for customers. I would give more than 5 stars. Definately would recommend to anyone and will visit again!

I love this spot. Ill be honest. From a distance it may seem like any other spot in mobile. But they always have great prices. Get done super fast and have never had any issues! They do more than just oil. Ask and see! They have helped me out more than once. You wont get it cheaper eaither! About 25$ for my Ford escape and 10$ more for tires balance and rotated. Very good little deal.

They took amazing care of me and my other half being that my car broke down an hour before their shop closed. They made sure they waited for me to get there before they left the shop(they waited and hour and a half), helped me find a hotel and took the price of the room out of my total because we were from Florida and my other half is paralyzed from mid-chest down. They told me not to worry because they would take care of us and that’s what they did. So they made sure we were on priority and had my car fixed my 12pm the next day when they opened at 8. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone !

I am a regular customer here and today Shermonica was very very helpful. She greeted me with a pleasant smile immediately when I walk in the door at 8 this morning. I am getting a power steering pressure hose replaced and she and the team were very helpful. She also kept me entertained during my wait. I will continue to bring my business here. My husband took my car to get a oil change... And to have some work done because my car was leaking coolant and running hot... After having my car for several weeks with no phone call from anyone telling me the status of my car... I called forum them to tell me that... The work they did caused my car not to recognize my key so I would have to buy a new key... After purchasing a key for 180.00 I also found that my battery was dead after getting a jump to drive to get a battery... As I was driving with me and my 9 month old the car begins to run hot... So that wasnt fixed then the car shut completely down the steering wheel locked as I was driving... My husband came to get me and check the car.. it had NO OIL in it from the oil change that they supposedly done no coolant from the coolant exchange. They put water instead of coolant... So after going back to the shop.. the manager Roy had my car towed back to the shop... After having my car for another two -three weeks... I called because no one called me for the receptionist to tell me my motor was locked up they couldnt fix my car and for me to come get it... The atmosphere was very unprofessional and they broke my car... I talked to corporate.. and Im still waiting on a answer to the problem they caused... Now I dont have a car... NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Wonderful customer service felt like I was amongst family especially not being from the area Ms Venita made me feel right at home, and Robert did a quick, professional and efficient job, I felt better equipped driving away being that he educated me on how to maintain upkeep which I appreciate a lot because I have no clue sometimes when it comes to my car.., and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely recommend to others and that will for sure be my go-to.

They only reason I am giving a lower start rating is because: we pulled in on a Saturday, 30 minutes before closing, for a basic OC. Unfortunately we couldnt bc they were VERY short handed and were still working on 2 cars in the bay already plus one they had not even gotten to yet. The manager, was nice, but stressed. Its quite possible that he stressed easily and protreys that to employees. If a business cant keep good help, it needs to be looked into.

I usually always go to this Precision Tune even though I live in Daphne, Al. My last visit I got an oil change on a Saturday and I thought everything was okay. Then I found out my car started leaking oil (it wasn’t before I took it to them). So I went back to them and the guy told me my bolt was stripped. He even admitted that the guy who did my oil changed forced it back inside my oil pan. Then I was told to get a new oil pan, gasket, and bolt. Just because it was the first time that, that car has been service there. They even tried to put the blame on me saying (they don’t know if it was them who did it or not) even after I told them I wasn’t leaking prior to me bringing them the car. Now I have to pay for all the parts and labor do to someone trying to get a job done quick. That was my last visit there. If I could give no stars I would.

Sorry & unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing PERIOD. after getting a oil change that didnt last the full timeframe, my car cut off in traffic and started smoking. Had to pay a over $600 balance to get my car fixed with my dealership, due to them not putting the correct amount of oil quarts in my car. Had to pay for a new radiator, thermostat and more due to their ignorance. Everybody who works on your cars, look like someone off the street. They made up excuses after telling me my issue and did not want to refund me the oil change cost. A$40 oil change isnt NOTHING compared to a $600 balance. A refund should of been given. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND RUN WHILE YOU CAN. Your car will come out worser than when it went in. WILL NOT BE BACK!! 🚮👎!!!

So I go to precision to get my car checked out. It turned out to be an ecu issue....they have the car running but gas and rpm meter does not work. Roy tells me his way to remove a computer. He tells me to disconnect the red wire from the battery then unclamp the computer he also told me the wrong year computer to get he told me to get a 06 computer when I hooked it up the engine can began to run by itself with no key In the ignition. He then charged me a second time for something that was basically his fault and I ended up paying 20 dollars more for the towing bill. I damn shill wont go back to this unprofessional ghetto ass place

This place is awesome, my daughter was traveling out of town when her car broke down. I am all the way down in South Florida and couldnt do anything for her. 7 hours 20in or 514 miles to be exact.From Cadillac, Ms. Venita and Lajuan,they took excellent care of the situation and made her repair a priority, even taking them to the hotel they had to stay in because it was already after closing time AND they took the the Hotel charges they had off of her repair bill. THAT, THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO, BUT THEY DID. Usually out of town mishaps become expensive but the wonderful people at this shop made sure she was taken care of for a very reasonable price. My motor filter was broken during the process of my oil change, but when I brought the issue to the store Bryan James helped me to resolve the problem immediately. They ordered a new filter and fixed the broken one until the order came. I really enjoyed there service and I will continue to get my oil change with them.

The store on Hilcrest is very clean and starting to be updated inside the lobby which makes it a relaxing area to wait for my vehicles to be worked on.
