Gentleman by the name of Wesley was extremely helpful and had great insite on product threw out the store got me the right ignition switch .

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Store was clean and had alot of merchandise. More here than all of the other west marines i have been to recently.

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door but did not feel bombarded. If I had a question, they had an answer or they would ask another employee that could help. I will definitely be back and I will let everyone I know, to shop here.

Its West Marine. You know what youre going to get. It is consistent. Not the cheapest but huge selection and typically as what you need. Always clean and professional staff.

Went in to get a few items that needed replacing on my 20ft cc. Employees were very helpful. Very pleased with service. However, not happy with the prices. Everything was 20% than other places and online. Im not surprised just about everyone i know has stppped shopping there. Its ridiculously expensive.

Its nice to see that they hire and work with injured military....but....when they have personal underlying issues that effects their job and customer relationships and management is made aware of and no action is taken....Upper management may need to step in to review mental stability for such employees!

Ridiculously high prices and the price mark ups is off the charts. They sell for $94.99 for a stainless steel cabinet latch that I found on eBay for $12.10 each. Its no wonder that they hardly have any customers in the store each time that Ive been in there.

They have everything needed for small boat repairs, electronics, etc. They are convenient but they are expensive.

They are not open till 8:00PM. I drove there to find out they were only open from 9-6 M-F
