Recently ordered door signs. They were completed very fast and were great quality. Sheila was awesome. Then had embroidery done for work uniforms. All the shirts came out great and there was much care in making sure the colors of the stitching were right for each piece of clothing. Thank you!

Emailed my deign 2 days ago and spoke with a lady and told her everything I wanted.. 2 days later, still no call or email back.. so, I called this am and the lady on the phone said she would call me back.. still NO CALL!! $100 for a 2-inch vinyl decal for use as an airbrush stencil!? That was with all the graphic vectoring and formatting work done for them, i requested the cheapest material available (would even take shelf paper, i didnt care) and didnt want it weeded. LITERALLY, just tap PRINT.......$100 FOR 2 INCHES!?must be smokin the good stuff over there....

I had an awful experience dealing with this company and will never go back. The so-called co-owner, Pauline I believe her name is, took it upon herself to take on my order. I was in charge of the decorations for my 20-year high school reunion, and one of my tasks was to have posters made from our old year book to set up for a display. I figured Fastsigns would be the place to go since they specialize in that type of work. I was assured that the posters would be of high quality and on time. However, when I came in to pick up my posters, they weren’t even ready and were horribly distorted. I was very perturbed to find this out seeing as how I was spending over $300.00 on these posters. Pauline, who was in charge, wouldn’t even personally confront me about this issue, she had one of her employees who was more helpful than Pauline was, bare the grunt. Pauline was also unprofessional as I saw her talk down to one of her employees and treated her poorly right in front of me! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere to SignPro and they did a wonderful job in a fraction of the time.
