The only reason I give 5 stars is only because of one person and only one person, Penny. They built a sign for my gas station and it was something wrong with it. I contacted Steve and he promised to fix the problem. after couple of weeks he even did not pick up his phone and he never returned our call back. I contacted the store and spoke to Penny on the phone. she fixed our problem as fast as she could. she kept me as a customer and only because of her, I might go back there. It is so disrespectful when you do not pick up your phone on a customer who tipped you $100.00 for another job couple of months ago Steve. you should learn the customer service from Penny, how to do your job, keep your customers in this market and making sure they are happy.Thank you Penny...(update in response to Dear Steve)I wish you guys the best in your business as well, also in case nobody get it in a wrong way, my project didnt assigned to another team by you, My project got ignored by you for 2 weeks same as my 4 phone calls and voicemails, So I decided to call the shop instead of your cellphone to resolve the issue and thanks god Penny fixed my problem.Thank you

Our job was put off and apparently not a priority. We had to make a number of calls to get installation. As to date, job still not complete. I am giving 3 stars only because in the past we were given excellent service.

They did an amazing job with the business signs we ordered. They also do vehicle wraps and banners as well. Theyre the only place Ill go in Mobile for printing. A+++

Great customer service and timely turnaround to get jobs done. I have used a few other sign companies in town and they are not as professional. I will only use Instant Sign Center for my company signs.

They charged us full price even though we had our own design, I would not recommend this company. We did not get what we were promised and what we paid for!

We submitted a request for a car magnet design via email but when we picked it up it didn’t match what we submitted. The manager re-printed the magnets with the right design and had them ready for pick up within one hour at no additional cost and was very helpful.
