One star because I cant give it ZERO stars. Its something about a manager who walks away while you are talking to them that just grinds my gears. This guy has major moodswings. Other than that, store is fine. Neat and clean store. Medium stock of supplies. Large building

Have bought a lot of flooring and trim here floored my last two homes. The prices are much better than other stores. Just the exterior woods and windows will save you a lot. I found their staff to be very helpful and friendly. They do get busy sometimes as they keep a small staff to keep prices low. But I love the place drive from Foley.

I like shopping here when I have home projects. They usually have better prices than Lowes and Home Depot. The selection is not bad. They have all types of flooring and several different style doors, counters and cabinets. They DO NOT DO RETURNS. So know what you need when you buy it.Also, Google has the location wrong on Maps. Take the Moffett road exit.

I purchased cabinets from a big name store, and arrived home to find them broken. After returning them, I purchased cabinets from here, and was very pleased with the quality and pricing. I also found the laminate counter tops I needed (the big name stores had a limited selection in store), and the prices were much cheaper for the same type of counter top. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They were great for me. I had a contractor who the knew well. So they treated me fine. Price wise very good. Great tile. They were very helpful.

If you are thinking of shopping here....Stop! Go to Lowes or Home Depot and shop. We purchased many items from Surplus Warehouse, we were remodeling our home. We had a faucet that was broke and tried to exchange it. They would not stand behind their products when they are broken. They are crooks. We couldnt use the faucet so we pitched it in their trash can on our way out the door. Very frustrated!!!

Its Good place to find a wide selection of residential or commercial material such as doors, flooring, kitchen & bath cabinets, sinks, etc. at a fair price .

WORSE management, customer service EVER. The manager and cashier are so uneducated/rude people. We are going to report this business with the better business bureaul department.The prices post are confused and not true. We are remodeling our house, so we went to get tiles and doors because of the competitive prices, due to the prices posted on the shelf are confusing, we requested for some help. Representative checked the special prices for us with the cashier and Store 5850 manager Mike Dawny (I am not sure about his name because cashier refused to give his name to us) it was $1.60 per tile so we decided to buy 15 boxes, we had to loaded all the boxes by ourselves on the shopping flatbed cart because all the help despaired on us, when we got to the cashier, the price changed to $5.99 per tile. Cashier and Rep. met with manager with the concern which he said it was a mistake. Manager did not want to give us any explanation. We ended leaving everything and decided to buy only a door, NOBODY helped us, I wish I could post picture of the evidence that we had to carry the door from the shelf to our truck, when I took the pic Manager Mike was looking directly to us. Very unprofessional person that should not be managing a big warehouse like Surplus. Corporate should give some type of training for customer relations to their employees.

We have bought cabinets, etc before and we have been very pleased with their service and items in stock. Very pleased with prices.
