Store seemed to be clean and well organized. I didnt interact with staff so I cant give an opinion about them. No complaints about the store that I can think of.

Normally I can stay in the store for hours going down every aisle and spending an average of $150, however the barking of some ones Non service dog interrupted our shopping and I left the basket of beautiful home items there in the middle of the aisle. If it is NOT a service animal it should NOT be allowed in the store. Its your pet and you should stay home with it. Not Everyone is in love with your pet!!!!!!

The store is always clean and neat. Home Goods offers an interesting variety of home decorating items. There is a different selection every time you shop. I never leave empty-handed!

I love this store. Found what I was looking for and a lot more. Had a nice worker there that heard me ask about something...she went out of her way to find it and bring it to me. Really impressed.

GREAT Stuff

Usually absolutely love this store, but today I bought a piece of furniture (I looked over it several times in the store to make sure nothing was wrong with it) and after buying it, the workers insisted they would get one of the guys to load it for me. Without asking the guy loads the furniture, fabric side down and slides it in, which got dirt all over the top of it. Very disappointed that it got tore up before even leaving the parking lot and that the guy did not ask which way to put it in. If you buy furniture from here, make sure to load it yourself to avoid the same problem.

This is a really nice store, well organized with a beautiful and wide selection of home items. I loved the flowers and the pillows as well as the artwork. I hope to shop here some more in the future when I make monthly trips to Costco.

Called to put a piece of furniture on hold, let them know I’d be there after work, drove one hour to pay for the furniture and when I got there they had sold it. Staff needs to let customers know about hold time limit of two hours before they make a one hour drive.
