Alvin was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and followed up when necessary. He had great suggestions for what would look good in our home. The shades arrived when he said they would and the installer did an excellent job and also arrived on time. Everything fit perfectly too. Alvin followed up after the work was done as well. I called this company around Feb 1st to help me put blinds in my new house. The number posted is either a direct cell phone or it’s forwarded to a cell phone. I left a message with full details and contact information. I have never received a call back. This last week I called a competitor and had blinds up in 3 days. You may want to shop around.

All About the Windows deserves all 5 stars. Christine was the rep that helped me pick out the type of blinds that we wanted. She was very helpful and patient with us in measuring and making a decision. Christine scheduled the delivery and the installation. She quoted that the installation would take about 3 1/2 hours and he only took 2 hours. Our new blinds look great in our home. Overall we are totally satisfied with all about the windows.

Hunter Douglas products look fantastic, are state of the art, and come with a lifetime warranty. Some of my windows have woven wood window treatments, which add style and texture to a room.2-Their customer service is superior. They talked with me about the look I wanted for my home, then showed me all the options, and even made some helpful decorating suggestions. I am not a skilled decorator, so their input definitely improved the look of my entire house.3- The installation is quick and professional.If you are ready for new window treatments, you should go look at what they have to offer.

I recently purchased Hunter Douglas Shutters from All About The Windows and I absolutely love them. Alvin and Fara Middleton were very professional and knowledgeable about their products. When I first went into their store I didnt really know what I wanted. They showed me many of their products and explained everything in detail.
