Didnt know what to expect when we got there since we havent bought a mattress in so long. Alex our sales rep was incredible! His knowledge of the products really made it easy for us to narrow down our choices and make certain we picked the best mattress for us. He is also very patient and walked through everything answering all of our questions, which really enhanced the buying experience.

She made sure to listen to what we wanted in a bed and took her time explaining all the different types of mattresses She answered all of our questions and was very positive about our inquiries. I really love this business the employees are very friendly the mattresses are soft and firm when Mr. James was describing the mattress I felt in love with it right away. I was falling asleep while he was describing it. I just purchase my first soft dreaming mattress.

He helped my husband and I find which kind of mattress was best for us, especially because my husband having had the surgeries hes had..We actually bought our 1st mattress here 6yrs ago and absolutely loved it,..just needed an upgrade due to the wear down of ours because of the amount of time that is spent in our bed. He listened and genuinely cared about our circumstances..he went beyond to help us learn how we were still under warranty and showed us how to actually go to their site and file our old bed to have it replaced. Now we are doing just that. I never would have thought to do that so Im forever grateful.

A couple years ago, I invested in a new mattress and adjustable base after I received a cancer diagnosis and had several surgeries. I recently had some major problems with the mattress I purchased, and Alex, my Mattress Mensa, did a spectacular job helping me navigate the warranty claim process, and Mattress Firm stood behind their product’s warranty, allowing me to get a mattress that meets my current needs and my budget! I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received and will definitely continue to use Mattress Firm for future purchases.

Edit: Buyer Beware!!If you use Progressive leasing James receives his money upfront from your leasing bank. Make Sure youre getting exactly what you WANT and not bring fast talked. The matrreses are returnable, but Not the bases. Well, so say he.He knew I wanted a massaging base and discounted my deal using a regular base instead. Always ASK QUESTIONS to be sure hes giving you what you actually want. Especially when you let him know Cost is NO Object!(you can pay out of pocket for whatever costs the least doesnt cover)I will be terminating my lease and going to another store to purchase what I want. James is one of the coolest salesmen Ive ever come in contact with. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the purchase youre making fits your needs. He gave us information about 3 months ago and today we went back to purchase from him. I honestly think James really enjoys his job and does it for fun because he WILL NOT push you to purchase and stays within the ballpark of what youre looking to spend. Not one time did he try to sale me anything other than what I intended on buying. He will not sugar coat anything so if youre sensitive and dont want an experts advice I do recommend making a pallet or taking his advice as the truth.

We went in to see if they had a bed frame in stock for our king size temperpedic mattress...sales associate was very friendly and helpful and they had what we needed in stock. We paid with a credit card, so when they started asking for driver’s license and other personal information, I was a little confused. Then she asked what kind of car we were in, so I thought they were going to load the car for us(which was unnecessary). We picked up our frame and headed out the door and the salesperson followed us with pen and paper in hand...to get my car tag number!!! What the heck?!? It was a little creepy at that point and I can not understand why that information was needed for me to make a purchase for an item that I carried out of the store.

This was the first time my wife and I were going to spend some serious money on a mattress. We both wanted different firmnesses but wasn’t sure what we were looking for. We went in about 3 weeks ago to just look and Alex was super knowledgeable about every bed we laid on. Once we closed on our house the first place we stopped was your store to pick out our mattress and base. Alex was off but James stepped in and helped us make a great decision and made it so easy and painless to spend as much money as we did on a bed. We will definitely be back next time we need a bed for one of our kids and have already told a bunch of people in our family how good Alex and James are.

Very bad experience at the Airport/Schillinger location with James. I reported him to the district manager after James told me he was Mr. Keen, which was the district managers name. Beware of James. Report him to the Pace, FL store or the Govt st store to get to Mr Keen if you have trouble. Don’t trust James.

James was a great sales agent. I purchased a terrific product. And thanks to their current sale, I feel like I got an awesome bargain. Only downfall was that the computer system crashed and it took at least an extra 20 minutes to check out. That had me ticked off. I didnt have a lot of patience after a long workday.

They had the box spring I needed in stock but I had to travel to Daphne for the actual mattress. But I made my selection, paid, and picked up the same day. On tuesday, the night of May 26th, we, a couple of curious people wander on the streets of airport boulevard into a store filled with fluffy purchasable fabrics of which the normal person sleeps upon. We are greeted by the greater. He was very nice. He was dressed fashionably but wore a mask like a ninja. Such.....MYSTERY. He was very nice. We decided to try the fluff fabrics of which one rest on for ourselves. To our liking we found one that came to our liking. A medium mattress, but that was not all. Underneath the magnetic comfort tool was a gadget that with the power of wireless magic moves. We decide to purchase that as well with a magic card in the sky. Thus known as financing! This sharp dressed ninja was more than happy to oblige and help us. We finished our adventure with a goodbye as he let us out and we look forward to venturing in in the future for a future arrangement of fluffy assessments. Thank you for you have bestowed a wondrous adventure upon me and my family.

I have a mixed review of Mattress Firm on Airport Blvd. David and Alex could not have been more helpful and patient with my wife and myself when we purchased our two mattresses over the July 4th weekend. 5/5 stars for them. Now James on the other hand, who hung up on me twice and my wife once has forever tainted my view of Mattress Firm. This can not be the first issue customers have had.The delivery drivers left our king size sleep number bed, but they took the foundations. Great guys. When I called the store I spoke with James, and he said, “We do not pick up waterbeds and air mattresses because of the plastic”. “You did not read the fine print”, he said. I said that I would remove the air bladders if they would come back and pick up the foam and mattress shell. James said the he would call the warehouse. He abruptly hung up the phone before I could give him my name. This conversation was before noon, and he never called back. I reread all the materials that we were given to us, and I could find nothing pertaining to waterbed and air bed removals. My wife explicitly mentioned that we have a sleep number bed when we were buying our mattress. My wife called when she got home that evening, and said to James, “I do not like your attitude”, when James responded curtly to her. This is when he hung up on her. A few minuets later I called and spoke with him about our conversation that morning. He denied that we had it. During our conversation he threatened me with recording the call because I was calling him out for not returning my call, not seeing any of the “fine print”, and lying to me about talking to me earlier in the day. Again, he said that he would call the warehouse and then slammed the phone down.
