As I walked through the door I was greeted with a nice nice big hello and welcome. Looked around and was asked did I need help, and I did lol. The lady and the young girl was real helpful and nice. I found what I needed with help, I had a good conversation with them it was no rush. I enjoyed my visit. I will be returning!

Im a Disabled Veteran, and I have plantar faciitis, which makes it difficult to find boots or shoes that fit comfortably. The selection at Boot Barn is great, lots of popular name brands to choose from. My sales associate was Pat, she was awesome. She worked with me for the better part of 45 minutes, she measured my foot, and when I told her that I wear orthotics with my boots, she grabbed a stack of insoles and had me find the one that closely matched the ones that I already wear. We put them in every pair that I tried on, and Pat was incredibly patient with me (I tried on about 12 pairs of boots). Eventually I finally found the perfect fit in a pair of Justins. Pat even hooked me up with some good boot socks. As a Veteran, she gave me 10% off my whole purchase and she signed me up for their rewards program. All in all, Im highly satisfied with my experience and my purchase, and the level of service I received while shopping there. I highly recommend Boot Barn if you are in the market for a good pair of boots.

The selection is tremendous and the prices are good for everyone...whether the customer is looking for Top Shelf hand crafted showtime style, like my wife... or bottom shelf everyday blue collar men and women s work boots, like me. I have been buying my boots here for over 5 years, and I will continue to for as many years as He gives me. The Boot Barn Team is the best country outfitter in this country, in our opinions at our family table.

This store is amazing. They have a really great selection of everything from belts to jackets to boots. The staff here is also phenomenal. We were in there for 2 hours trying to find my husband a pair of boots. The lady that worked there spent almost the entire time with us trying to accommodate my picky husband. And she pulled it off. Not only did we find him the perfect pair of boots but we also got am amazing deal on them. If you are wanting to let out your inner country. Please stop by this store, I promise you wont be disappointed.

Mrs. Pat has awesome boot knowledge. I showed her a video of what I do for a living and she found me the perfect boots. Not only that but in just casual conversation with her about life and jobs she turned me on to a wonderful place to eat as its hard to find the cuisine I was looking for in South Alabama. I will always try to work it so that if I have to buy boots I buy from her. I already loved Boot Barn with their huge selection and great prices, but staff like her make it feel like a mom and pop store not a national chain.

Bought a pair of boots for 200. Garraunteed leather.2 days later started peeling. They are plether, the same thing they make cheap couches of. Of course no refund, even though they lied to me. I wouldnt send my worse enemy there.

Love this place! Kind employees and clean area. Lots of great options of boots, hats, shoes, and more. They have a lot more options for men than women, but still have plenty of merchandise. I do wish there were more options for women though.

Im giving it 4 starts because parking is awful! You have to park behind the building. Their prices are also pretty high. The boots I got were over $200 on sale.

The lady working today was perfect. She gave me help when I needed it and she made me feel at home. I bought a pair of boots that were not even the ones that I wanted. They did not have the size that I needed in the boot that I wanted. She was not over bearing. She deserves the best treatment that you give to employees. I am giving it three stars because of the quality of the selection, however I found the customer service extremely lacking. Though I was greeted when I entered the store as I continued to shop the employees seemed more interested in standing at the register and conversing with one another then checking on their customers.

Had a great experience here at the Boot Barn in Tillmans Corner, Alabama. The lady running the store greeted me and made me feel rught at home right away. The best part was ringing up my purchase. If you have Military ID make sure you show her because she did ask. She did everything she could to get me every discount she could find. THUMBS UP! 🙂👍

100s of female boots... only 15 of which were size 10. Very annoying. The employees offered to order a specific pair but I’m not spending $269.99 on a pair of boots I’ve never put on. Not sure how they justify having 3 aisles of size 7 but only a handful size 10. I won’t be back.

Great boot store. I not a big fan of Western style boots but I did find a nice pair of Ariat boots. They even conditioned them for me for free.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I thought this store was just boots and Western wear. I couldnt have been more wrong!!! Super cute clothes, Super cute jewelry, great sales and otherwise reasonable pricing!! They also have really cute items to be purchased to decorate your home. It was very easy to find an entire outfit for my western themed party that I will also wear at other times. Very friendly staff. Ill be going back!!

I wish there was a way to leave a half star. Where do I start... I entered the store about 2 weeks ago and the red headed store manager was rude, judgmental, and very lazy. I have shopped at this store multiple times since they opened in November 2017. Every time I have been in this store, I was greeted immediately by the associates and management members. This time, I was greeted by an obviously very annoyed manager who was standing around talking with another staff member about their move to Daphne. She pawned me off to the Assistant Manager, who was already very busy helping multiple other customers. He tried his best to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He did an OUTSTANDING job helping me make sure that my boots fit me perfectly and even offered to help me save money by explaining their rewards perks with the Boot Barn Credit Card. When it was time for me to check out, the manager Holly was who assisted me on this final part of my transaction, she asked me for my name, number, email address, and address, and I informed her that I do not give that information out, because I know that these large corporate retail companies sell that info to other companies who will call and send you spam emails. When I informed her of this, she seemed even more annoyed than before. If this stores higher management (district manager or regional manager) had any brains, they would get rid of her and give that awesome assistant manager the promotion he DESERVES! You go son!

Bought a pair of georgia boots for 220 said water proof. turns out they werent only had them a month and a half and couldnt get money back or store credit my information magically disappeared.plus they only have one month warranty and bad customer service

Where do I begin? Their customer service is the equivalent to asking a dead person for help. Everything is ridiculously overpriced, and they love to tow people who park in their parking lot. I parked, walked in the door, browsing and planning to buy a new pair of boots, I walk outside after purchasing, and my car is being hooked to a tow truck. ( I was parked in a regular spot, not handicapped)I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Bought a pair of ariat work boots for $200 they wasnt even 2 months old seams started splitting and busted open wouldnt trade them out no store credit or money back and couldnt find none of my info will never buy another pair of nothing from this place

Every time Ive ever been in this store it was like I was alone. Nobody greeted at the door, nobody asked if I needed helper if I was finding things alright. Really, the only time they bothered to speak was when it was time to pay. Very poor service.

Always go to the people that specialize inin wh youre looking for. Mr. Devin over there showed me outstanding customer service. He knew about the boots and the protection they have...all pros!!

The shoe barn just recently open in Tillmans Corner. They had 2 associates working and no customers in store. So, I walked in first of all no greeting(no smile, no hello, or no may I help you find something) both of the workers justlooked at me and dropped their heads. so, I proceeded to walk and look at the boots. They are sitting at the restister doing nothing. I ask where were the work boot and one of them pointed to the back never said a word just pointed. Needless to say I felt they didnt want to be bothered so I took my service and money elsewhere. IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOMEONE TO GREET AND HELP YOU GO TO THE SHOE HOSPITAL ON AIRPORT BLVD. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD AND THEY HELP YOU AND I BOUGHT 4 PAIRS OF BOOTS FROM THERE.
