Consistently the most friendly most positive grocery shopping experience I’ve ever had. The staff in every department has consistently been friendly with me and most importantly I can see with each other. That’s the value of a well- managed grocery store. Nice selection of fresh fruits and Vegetables. Variety of fruit juices, cookies, ice cream and soda. Always fresh seafood. Amazing deli with either hot or cold foods ready to take come. I highly recommend for all your shopping need. Did I mention the selection of sheet cakes in various colors ready to go to your next outings?

Most Cleanest, friendly top cashier customer service ever. Even the people who shop in the store are friendly. Safe and clean parking lot. Every time I shop the employees are cleaning each shopping cart one by one. The store is well organized and it seems as if every employee is happy that you are there and is ready to help you if you need any assistance. If the store could get a few upgrades it will Rank #1 in the mobile area.

Publix in the Hillwood shopping ctr is always clean, and well stocked with the freshest produce. The bakery always have fresh made bread. Customer service was great, and I love shopping there, and I will be shopping there often.

Always welcomed with a happy greeting! Offered help throughout my shopping, and its Authentic! So far, NO SELF CHECKOUT! & they have someone bag for me, & offer to help me to the car! Its just great service!

The cashier wasnt as friendly as they normally are, but maybe he had a rough day. Taylor in the produce department was extremely friendly and helpful. It turned out that we were both born and raised in Germany and we chatted for a bit. He deserves more than 5 stars for going above and beyond finding the perfect basil for me.

I enjoy my trips there. They have changed some things. The hot bar has different pricing, which is good for the customer when it comes to decision making. Love that produce department. Manager Sandeleyis always make sure his customers are taken care of. I appreciate that. For the most part . Friendly and good customer service. I enjoy the sushi 🍣 bar. Meat department meals are goodespecially if Im in a rush to make dinner. There is a pharmacy where you can pick up meds. And yes their bakery. Sweet treats. Especially for that someone in your life. I just love the floral department because I go by and pick out fresh flowers for my house all the time.

I came on a busy day! Usually I shop at the Florida St location, but decided to try this one today. A very different vibe from the other store. The employees didnt seem happy. Could have been because it was so many people in the store. Maybe overwhelmed. Im use to being greeted with a smile by every staff member I come across. Didnt get that here.

Where do l start? Oh, Publix, where shopping is a pleasure! Wish we had them in Louisiana. This is a great store with good bakery, decent produce department, outstanding deli featuring the most amazing subs, and expanded groceries and ethnic foods section. Employees are helpful and friendly. Please make sure to check the picture I took of an associate on the floor cleaning under the produce displays. Well done!

The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because the produce section was unsatisfactory. Lots of berries had mold and the oranges put out for sale smelled horrible. Everything else about my shopping experience was a pleasure.

Such helpful staff, and if you’re smart you can get great deals!! My only complaint is the bareness of the shelves, but I go later in the evening so this might be why. I had never been to Publix as Kroger has always been my go-to. When I moved here and discovered there are no Krogers, I was DEVASTATED by the thought of having to go to Walmart. I HATE Walmart. Luckily, I gave Publix a try and my heart is full again ❤️

Just had a lovely interaction at check out. Cashier asked me about my pac man shirt and was genuinely interested. I was polite thinking it was small talk but she actually wanted to know something. All while ringing up items like a pro.

Publix makes great sandwiches decent priced snow crab and a nice selection of items that are baked.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 3 year old daughter, who Loves Minnie Mouse. I picked it up today and it was a Mess ! I spoke eith the manager and he didnt want to fix the problem after I spoke with the bakery manager. She spoke to me so rudely ! We Will NOT do business with that PUBLIX location EVER AGAIN !

The bakery is spectacular... If you want anything baked fresh, dont go to Wal-Mart or any other grocery store with a bakery. They use quality ingredients...the carrot cake is awesome.

I accidentally ordered a custom cookie cake for the wrong date online. When I went to pick it up, it of course was not ready. The bakery was able to accommodate me & have it ready in less than 15 minutes despite this being entirely my fault. They were beyond helpful.

Love their variety and vastly appreciate their awesome staff and customer service.

Its Publix. This is where you come to get a great sub, a salad and some Jarraos. I probably spelled that wrong, but that soda is SUPERIOR. fight me. Ill win.

An absolutely unequaled market with extremely kind and caring employees that treat you like family. The store has impeccably clean and stocked shelves with many encouraging surprises in about every department. Pharmacy is hands down is unmatched by any other pharmacy in our area. The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist, especially Mrs. Donna treat you with Christ like caring. I have cancer, and many other health problems that require a few prescriptions each month. Katie, Andy, Gigi, Mrs. Donna, and many others care about you and will do what they can to assist you. I am very thankful for everyone there at Publix and pray many blessings for them. Recommended without any doubt!

When I lived in Mobile, this is where i shopped. The staff always said hello. If I couldnt find something, they would search for it or walk me to it unlike many stores that say it might be on aisle whatever. Shopping in different parts of the country I have recognized the difference. A super duper place to shop for all the ingredients you need to cook.

I love Publix. We drove 55 miles for a delishous Cuban from the deli. As usual it was awesome and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful 😊

We had a meal from the deli, the rosemary chicken was absolutely delicious.

Had many Italian products and good bread and bakery products.

Small produce section. Clean. Prices higher for average quality and selection. Not bad but better choices for wallet and home.

For most part, I have no complaints. Be careful on produce though as I have discovered after the fact that some items are out of date and over ripe.

Friendly employee and delicious juices in produce. I dont have one back home so when Im in town I definitely stop by.

Stopped there to get helium for some birthday balloons thank goodness they did it there we couldnt find anywhere else to do it and it was a little experience but my daughter really needed it done and the lady who did them was super nice and fast because we were running behind

Publix really needs to go study HEB in Texas. This place is so overpriced. Really, this is the southern U.S. A red bell pepper is 3.99 each! All produce is overpriced and lacking in freshness. Improvement needed in lots of areas. Are they even trying?

More then half of my visits to pickup low fat “Oatley” milk both stores in Mobile are out so I have to drive out of my way to get it at Fresh Market who is never out.

Very disappointed in this cake that they made for my daughters Birthday. Just look at it, if I noticed how uneven and miss lined this cake was Im sure somebody, anybody or whoever made this cake noticed it.

They usually have very nice produce section. But I was very upset today on one of the buy one get one free. It was the Green Mountain coffee, 2 boxes, 12 count each, for $9.99. that isnt a buy one get one free! I bought it because I was there. However they arent fooling anybody!

I needed to find several different things as I did not have a lot of time and the guy that’s working in the store was very helpful can you where everything was I even came back to him when I couldn’t find another item and he told me exactly where it was I was very impressed that he knew the store that well

Better quality groceries, prices are higher then Walmart or winn dixie, but you pay for quality, not everything makes sense to get here but is part of my 3 store grocery shopping to avoid Walmart.

Can be very crowded, especially during weekends and peak hours. However the staff are always very friendly and helpful. 10/10, would definitely recommend over Wal-Mart.

They can be more expensive than the competition at times but the customer service makes up for it in spades. Plenty of employees available who know every corner of the store.

I called to tlk with the manager in bakery department she was sooo rude as if I was asking her to give me her check!! She said they don’t make them in store they come pre-made! Awesome shopping experience

Always the wonderful shopping experience youd expect at Publix. It was pretty packed but it is the day before Labor Day... I was able to find everything I needed.
