2nd time visiting and 1st time going in. Still practicing social distancing, Yeah!! Everything is clean, spacious and Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love their Recipes Cards! Went to the Meats Dept. and talked to the butcher. We ask about a specific item that we didnt see and the butcher provided from the back for us. WOW! didnt know they do that anymore, thats definitely a reason to go back there again. They have Recycle Bins outside at the front. Meals Kits & Ready to eat meals prepared. The Deli Dept is very nice! Love the Utensils Receptacles near the Deli Dept and the Drink Machine!It was a very nice experience.

I love Publix stores! The atmosphere is always so very welcoming. 😌This location is one of my favorites, however. 💛They have this Roasted Tomato pasta, (pictured) and it is absolutely delicious! I always get at least one container whenever Im in one of the stores in the Mobile area. Please pass this word on to the store in Saraland.. 😊 I have never found it there.

Quality products. Excellent customer service. Very clean store. The negative... extremely high prices. I understand almost all grocery stores have had to raise their prices after 2020, but I feel that this Publix has taken it too far.

I stayed in the car, while my daughter went in because I Dont Shop at Publix, so I observe from inside my car. The place was a little crowded, social distancing and mask required. I saw every Customer that went in and came out, had on a mask, even the kids. Saw an Employee wiping down shopping carts. Even saw Managers helping bringing in shopping carts. Easy in and out.

Always clean, everyone is so nice and helpful. I was able to get in and out on my way to work. I purchased a fruit bowl for breakfast and it was fresh and delicious

I shop here Religiously! At least two or three times a week! What a joy! Greatest customer service in town! Everything is always well presented and pleasing to the eye!(😧 Makes me spend more money 💰😊) Ugh!Best grocery shopping experience in town!

Able to get a .98c money order right up front, only 2nd in line at noon. Not enough reserved parking for their volume of business at lunch rush. Overpriced. Love the terrazzo. Nice to see life on this corner. Should inspire reclaiming buildings. Publix brought businesses.

This is a pleasant, clean environment with helpful, professional staff. Theres always an employee close by to lead you to whatever you need to find, but I visit so often, I can tell other customers where to find most items now. They keep a wide variety of fresh produce as well as ready-to-cook meals for times when youre in a rush. Because of its close proximity to my neighborhood, it has become a go-to place for me.

The staff was friendly & the store was very organized. I was able to find the items I was looking for. Richard even assisted me out of the store & put my grocery in my car.

Food was fabulous I had oysters very fresh the service was outstanding

I always like to shopping at Publix it is a clean, quiet and safe environment to shop. The prices are a little higher but it’s worth the extra cost because I can find a wide array of fresh items through the store.

Publix at Midtown is clean, and well stocked. Customer service is great, and there is always somebody to help if you need it.

Deli food is cold and old... needs work. Especially at dinner time. Customers want hot and fresh

My favorite grocery store and my pharmacy. Always clean and orderly. Plenty of staff on hand to answer questions. Usually has what I want. It does have my favorite peanut butter which is made in MA.

Publix by far is one of the best places to visit when Customer Service is a priority to you. I have never been in this store where I wasnt greeted and offered assistance. The entire staff seems to be happy youre there and the facility is clean and well stocked. I wish all my shopping experiences were this great!

When I didnt see much of a selection of strawberries, I asked Jose if they have more. He brought a flat of strawberries out for my selection. The outstanding produce department and the friendly staff are the reasons I shop at Publix

I really like Publix in mid-town . Its clean, a good variety and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Management does a great job. However, its very pricy. I go there because its close and convenient. Otherwise the Whole Foods pricing would make me go to the competition down the street .

Clean store. Small parking lot. Friendly staff. They have all you need in a SUPER clean and convenient manner.

Friendly is their orientation. They try very hard to be helpful. Sometimes, rarely, items are not priced. Not sure about other Publix stores but they have no price checker device here and also have no self-service checkout stations.As with many other stores through the pandemic, there are no rain checks issued.If you are overcharged wrongly for an item dont just take the difference in price. I have been told you can ask for something called Publix Promise and you get the item free. I am assuming this is also true during the pandemic.

I’m not sure how the Publix workers can look at their phone to determine that there is no more of a certain item on the shelves, but can’t see to order more before there is 0 in the store.When I shop, I would like to go to 1 store for everything. This is definitely not the store. It’s happened too many times. Sorry Publix.

After hurricane Sally, my power was out. I had nowhere to charge my phone. One employee kindly allowed me to sit in one of the electric shopping carts. But it got better when a young black, handsome male employee (TERRIS) asked if I needed a real chair. He politely led me to a nice chair, near pharmacy. I could charge my phone quietly without feeling like a squatter! Terris is a real embodiment of customer service! He went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Best place to shop!

Busy. But still as awesome as ever. I asked Brie a deli worker if there was any way I could get a mini cheese meat tray and with all there orders she helped me out. It helped me so much as I have been recovering from a serious surgery and wS unable to plan ahead. She went above and beyond. This is why I love publix. They have awesome employees.

I love all Publix stores, but Midtown is my absolute favorite! They always have my favorites in stock, and the employees are all super friendly and helpful. For the past 3 years, as my mom grew more feeble, I would always accompany her to the grocery store (she was full Italian and loved to grocery shop more than anything) She passed away 7 months ago and through my grief I could not face going to the grocery store without her...had my items delivered. I recently moved to Midtown and fell in love with this store. It sounds silly that a particular grocery store got me out of my emotional paralysis, but this store absolutely did. Ive been there 4x already this week! The employees are wonderful ☺️
