So I ended up at the Mobile store and I must say I am soooooooo satisfied!!!!From the moment I walked in the guys knew me by name and were already prepared to show me options and recommendations. I decided on the ceramic application. My car(Black Beauty) is beautiful. I mean she already was, but with the mind ya business that was applied, she is a whole PILL!!!! I apologize for being extra but these men did their Thang!!! I am a believer of CS and workmanship and if this is what they do on a daily basis, they need raises!!!

Had a system installed in my RX350 this past August. Dalton was great, answered all my questions and made recommendations within my budget, all of which worked with my car. Sold me what i needed, didnt try to upsell me items that werent necessary. New head unit, new speakers throughout, sub in the back, and a backup camera per my request. Super clean install of course. Sound exceeds my expectations, makes me so happy. Especially nice to have now that there isnt any live music to be had. Will be heading back in sometime this summer to upgrade the sub, the JL W1 is fantastic but if youve had a sub before you know bass is an addiction and the only cure is more.

I ran across Empress through a Google search and boy was it worth it. I initially went there to get a quote, where I had the pleasure to meet Dalton Youngblood. His customer service was very professional as well as friendly and fast service. I returned to have a Kenwood installed which also was fast installation. Before leaving Dalton gave me a personal tutorial on operating my bells and whistle radio. I would recommend anyone to go here and plan to spread the word.
