I went in to inquire about a few possible transactions. One involved the repair of a phone, one involved the trade of a phone and the other involved the selling of a phone. All of these services are advertised as business that takes place here. I cant remember the associates name but he could not give me information on any one of these possibilities. I was told after each inquiry that the person who performs that particular job was not in and would possibly be back in several hours but he wasnt sure. I dont know how you do business that way but hey...its a free country.

Could not be happier! Took my busted cracked iphone in for repair prior to trading in for credit. In less than two hours it was back good as new and they even gave me a free screensaver to protect it til I turn in Tuesday. Last repair place I went would not even put on the screensaver I brought in since I had not purchased it from them.

The upper half of my iphone screen stopped responding to touch at 6:00 at night while shopping at a nearby store. I found Touch Wireless through a search for iPhone repair and went by to see about getting my phone fixed. Not only did the owner, Kahn, replace my screen and get my phone working again in around 30 minutes, he was very nice and knowledgeable! The price is fantastic and was a lot less expensive than the deductible through my wireless carrier. This place also carries phones, prepaid services, hot spots, just to mention a few things in the store! I will be taking another phone to Kahn that I have been meaning to have the battery replaced in. I just think it’s awesome that there are still businesses out there that still believe in customer service, quality work, and fair prices. Thank you Kahn, it was a pleasure to meet you!

My wife broke her iPhone XR screen. I originally called another repair shop called The Broken iPhone. Guy at other shop told me he could fix it and would be there till 6pm. So I hopped in my cat and drove 25mins to get there and have him tell me he didnt have any screens for my device in stock (even though I had just asked him about it on the phone). I hopped on google and found Touch Wireless, called him up and his price was comparable and he was honest and straight forward. Was able to get me in right away and get the screen replaced quickly while I waited. Highly recommend, replacement screen looks and functions great.
