The associates at the check out are always nice and friendly. Also, love how they sort the clothes by sizes rather than categories.

Friendly. Nice clothes. But the selection for big guys is supremely limited. My daughter loves the place.

Burkes always has great deals. They also have many new styles that really are not out of date. The staff is usually helpful however, this trip today had one of the employees running around yelling put randomly in a rude fashion. She was berating some of the other employees in a rude manner. Once she was standing by me yelling at one of the other employees and it appeared that she really just did not care and was doing the yelling on purpose.

One of my daughter favorite stores. Clean and always organized compared to other stores if theyre caliber.

Great selection of clothes. Not crowded, very laid back atmosphere. Employees wore facemask and the store was very clean and neat. The only negative experience I had was the fitting rooms were closed due to COVID19.

Burkes has great prices on clothing, shoes, accessories and home goods. But you have to be willing to dig for them. Things are semi-organized, but it could be better. Its not unusual to find one shoe of a pair but not the other, or to find clothing in the wrong places. Still, with a little patience, you can find some amazing deals.

I was utterly and completely amazed!!! I had no absolutely no idea that They carried so many different items!!!! I was able to get a purse some clothes and some holiday items for my home all-in-one stop and I didnt have to get a bank loan to finance it!!!!!! I am now a devoted Burkes outlet shopper!!!!!!

This is a very clean well maintained store. The employees are nice and helpful. They have amazing items and prices. The store manager on Schillenger is such a nice lady. Her name is Donna. Always has a smile and a kind words. Michelle B

Good prices. The store is like Burlington or Ross. Just be careful because the clearance can be tricky. The colored dots represent a different percentage off, but its off the original price. Still a good place to shop.

My go to store for any clothing and shoes for me or my kids. I absolutely love burkes outlet.

No one greeted upon entering as they do at the Burkes-Saraland. But love the extra room for merch of this bigger store. Entered around 7:45p, and heard the loud sound of coins clinking in the drawer, unwelcoming, continued for 20 min. The clerk doing it made eye contact w/me once, didnt smile or speak, but made a smirk, (which I think was about a woman who had entered talking loudly on her cell). Another clerk who passed near, didnt speak, nor did a clerk who approached to retrieve something from behind a door. Came for Moms day gift, clothing; Mom will wear 100% cotton only and is plus-sized, but zero luck here. LOTS of hip selection though in womens plus. After I struck out, enjoyed perusing the furniture and home sections. Entry doors may have >5lbs pressure and some aisle space is too tight (not ADA compliant). So as long as you dont mind that, and unfriendly employees, its a great place to shop for quality deals along Schillinger Rd. Picked up a great Betsey Johnson bag last Christmas.

I shop at this store regularly and the manager Donna there is rude to her employees and talks to them like dogs, it doesnt matter if customers are around or not! She is rude and should not be in management I am not the only person to notice then, I even saw a customer pull an employee to the side and tell her that the manager has no right to speak to her in such a manner! I wish more people would step up so that this manager can see how inappropriate her behavior is! If you need to discipline an employee it should be done in private not for anyone to see especially CUSTOMERS! I am sure one reason no one has spoken up is because Burkes Customer Service line is a 30-45 minute wait time only to transfer you somewhere else! Its not the store that is an issue it is the MANAGEMENT of this store
