The guys over at Adventure Earth were extremely informative and helpful. The customer service I received was amazing. I explained to them what I thought I wanted and they showed me two bikes that were better than I could have hoped for. The best part is that they allowed me to test drive them. The bike I ended up going with is not one I would have chosen in the beginning so their knowledge helped me to chose the bike best-suited for my needs! I strongly recommend shopping here! I went there the heavy set guy was rude an very insulting..ill never do business there again was goin to charge me 100 dollars to put on a a brake caliper an cable!!! No way i did it in 10 mins ill never go there again there prices is out of hand

If youre looking for Cannondale or Fuji, a mountain bike, road bike, or hybrid - this is the place. Theyre conveniently located in the midtown Corbetts shopping center. They have friendly staff that are willing to bend over backwards to help you find the bike thats right for you. They also have a top notch service center that does a decent job of getting repairs completed quickly depending on the time if year (expect delays around the 1st of spring). Ive bought numerous bikes from here and have been pleased with every single one.

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with a tune up on his bike. The guys that work there were super helpful and excited work on his bike. They also were very knowledgeable and made his bike look like a brand new bike. I am very pleased and thankful with everyone there.

Do not shop here. They do not take returns. They use the excuse of covid.

Buy local, youll want service after the sale.In the end, youll be much better off versus buying online or going mass merchant. The bikes were sized for me and my wife, assembled by pros, and ready to go. Very happy with my purchase.

Needed a new floor pump. Joe walked me through the options and helped me pick out a pump that met my needs. Great products even better staff.

Either dishonest or ignorant. Would not perform a simple task for me and insisted I replace a $5 part that he would sell me for $40 + labor. Maybe the other guys in the shop are good guys but, if you see a heavy set guy behind the counter either take your business elsewhere or bring some Vaseline.
