When ordering groceries online I shouldnt be missing stuff that was said to be picked. I shouldnt have to go through my bags to make sure everything is there after they are put in my car... I was missing 4 items and also 3 of my items were disgusting. I get home I unload my groceries and throughout the day I realize Im missing stuff.... money was paid for these items and I shouldnt have to run back and forth to the store to make yall give me what was missing. Also, I couldnt reach anyone on the phone to handle the situation. I called got transferred and then got hung up on.tried calling that number for pickup and it went straight to voicemail. I really wanted my Avocados so since this is the only way I can tell yall my sister works here so she grabbed my avocados for me!My order number is 7531217803593
The website has gotten to where I simply DO NOT trust it. It might say that the items you are in search of are in stock at a particular location, but when you arrive there to shop for an in store purchase only item, those items are almost ALWAYS out of stock. So, instead of relying on the website - even for pickups - I just stick to in store shopping. That way, no disappointments. 😉
My daughter and I stopped by for a few essentials for her new apartment and I have never been so irritated in my life! We could not find an item that we were looking for, we asked a young man where it might be and he didnt know. We did eventually find it and the young man saw us again and did ask if we had found it yet, he was genuinely trying to be helpful and was very kind. That is where our basic trip stopped. We proceeded to the front of the store to check out and were met with Black Friday length checkout lines. My first instinct was to use the self checkout. Wrong, they had those closed as well. There were close to 50 people waiting to checkout and 3 registers open. I watched one lady throw her items on the floor and walk out. I surely will not go out of my way to visit this location again, in fact I may go out of my way to avoid it.
Never have products delivered through this store online. Its incredibly a disaster. And they at this store will simply say they have nothing to do with the online shopping of their company online 🙄 business because its horrible that is what I was told! So basically order online but never send it to this store because a set of four tires were delivered to this store as a set I have the delivered email to prove that the set was delivered. They just lost a tire and wont take they responsibility its all online shopping fault. Not theirs not at all! 500$ of tires and I still after 4 weeks still only have three tires on my vehicle! Unbelievable
The line was ridiculous long and the one Cashiers where we were in line at, was Sssooo slow. She either didnt want to be on the register or she work a much slower Dept. We moved to another line. 2 Wal-Mart employees, step up and helped out and that made the line go faster. Wish I knew their names to give them their dues.

I have repeatedly encountered items with SEVERELY damaged packaging. Crushed boxes... It is obviously due to failures in pallet stacking. Often, they are the only option on the shelves... I can only assume that is a purposeful act.FAR WORSE are the plague of box cutter damaged boxes in the pharmaceutical/personal care aisles. I have encountered it repeatedly forever there. Some workers either dont GAF or are incapable of performing their stocking tasks with competency.If store management is unaware of these issues, they, too, are incompetent.
Very disappointing. I’ve been trying to contact the store for over a week the phone just continuously rings. Finally today someone answered and they were so ugly and rude that I can’t even believe they even answer the phone. You would think a company that makes that much money and pays their employees the way they do they would be able to pay for better customer service.

I understand doing your job. But some employees take it to another level. Every customer is not a scammer. There was a money center associate that really looked down on brother and me. At the time my mom is in the hospital. I wanted to get a money order and cash back from her card. She asked for the ID. I didnt have it. I explained the situation to her, she had no sympathy and her tone was just so, I dont care. We asked for a manager, she got a team leader. I feel she dont like her job. Customer service is not for everyone. Dont look at every customer as a scammer. I work customer service myself. And I treat Every customer the same. Love what you do!
DO NOT DO PICK UP FROM THIS STORE. I checked in on my way to pick up. Check in when I got there. Then waited 30 minutes. I attempted to call the pick up phone number and it says no one is able to answer and the voicemail box is full. Waited another 15 minutes, totaling of 45 minutes. I went into the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager already had another complaint speaking to him at the same time about waiting over half a hour for a pick up order. He stated there is nothing we can do to obtain our groceries expect wait. He said the only way to cancel is to call the pick up number that no one answers and the voicemail box is full. He said we are not the only ones wanting pick up and they are busy. We were to continue waiting or lose our money. I caught a girl working with pick up on my way back to my car to get an estimated wait time. She then was able to obtain information on how to cancel for me and told me 1-800-Walmart would cancel my order. I preceded to call this number and cancel. Therefore, I waited a hour and left without my groceries and pending a refund to my card over the next 2-3 days. I appreciate the lady who helped me with providing me this number, I do not appreciate the manager who could NOT provide me this number and rudely dismissed mine and others concerns of the length of the pick up and did not provide any help because there’s no way around the fact they are “busy.” If you are too busy to provide pick up orders within a decent time then you need to decrease your pick up time availability according to your staffing.

I have to say the Tillmans corner Walmart has quickly gone down hill. I have to walk with a walker due to surgery, and went there to get a few things. I needed a motorized cart, did not see one. The door person actually looked at me and walked away and went to talk to the self check out person. I turned around and left. Went to the I65 one and they went above and beyond, so helpful. The person working at the door seen me hobbling in and called for a cart for me for when I got there.
Got prepared prepackaged salads. No Cobb salad available at the time. I like the usual variety, but the full variety were not an option late in the day. Bought boiled eggs to help make Cobb Salad.
Went to return an item purchased online. The clerk was extremely helpful. Since the item was purchased through a third party it had to be mailed back for the refund and the clerk took care of everything for me. It was truly appreciated
I have been using the pickup feature on the app for quite some time in my home town. We have taken a trip to Alabama so we had confidence we could use the app in the same way on vacation to help keep us safe and not have to go to in the store. My first order to the Walmart in Mobile, Alabama 101 E interstate 65 service road s, which is 40 mins out of my way but is the closest to us, when I got back and went through the items some of the items had been doubled and charged, I havent ever had that happen to me but I blew it off thinking somehow I had made the mistake. Today we needed a few items so again set up pickup from the same store. Received confirmation email. I drove 40 mins to the store called to let them know I was there,someone came out said they cant find my order, gave all conformation email info. The person then told me my order was canceled...... After many questions asked for Manger, she came out was like sorry about that,our system is messed up and you should have gotten a cancelation email??? So the system was not working enough to let me know my order was canceled but it was working enough to send a confirmation email and show pending on my bank account! Needless to say pretty ticked off
Shopping was good found everything I needed and then some. But unfortunately I had to use the quick checkout and left a bag behind. And customer service told me they were not responsible for left behind pkgs. So I was SOL. If I wanted the Items I would need to repurchase said items. I will never return to this store again.

I can never get customer service at this location if Im looking for something or simply trying to buy an item thats locked up. Its almost got to the point that Id rather pay a higher price for the same item at a different store than go into that madness.

I honestly dont even think I have the words to describe your store located at 101 E Interstate 65 Service Rd S in Mobile, Alabama.This was HANDS DOWN the most disgusting business I have ever set foot in.The absolute laziness and sheer disregard for the customers is ABHORRENT!!!To start, it was midnight and I almost couldnt park because there were carts EVERYWHERE. In spaces, spilling out of the returns, blocking the aisles.When we got inside, my husband (who is a disabled Army Veteran), couldnt even get the ONE motorized cart in the store because an employee was sitting on it playing on his cell phone.I went to the bathroom, where there was trash all over the floor, and even toilet paper covered in fecal matter hanging out of OPEN sanitary napkin containers.The item we came for wasnt stocked, just like half the store. We only saw 2 employees stocking shelves.My husband then slipped in the aisle, and we immediately realized it was because the floor was being buffed, yet there was no tape marking off the area and warning customers.We saw 12 employees just standing around on their phones or socializing, not doing anything at all.On the way around the store, we saw garbage and broken shelving everywhere. The latch on the stall door in the bathroom was broken as well.Walking out, we saw a ridiculous amount of garbage laying on the floor RIGHT NEXT TO a garbage can.Its clear the employees of this store have ZERO RESPECT for the customers, and absolutely no work ethic.I absolutely could not believe what I was seeing.I have pictures of every single thing Ive complained about.Somebody either needs to fix this, or close the store.Sam Walton must be rolling over in his grave!

Its convenient and you can pretty much get anything you want or need from food to clothes to electronics and home decor. This store also has an eyeglass center, a hair salon, a bank and a Build a Bear (which I dont ever look at for reasons stayed below!). I gave it 4 stars because its pretty busy, the checkout lines are long and I always have the tendency to buy things I didnt go there for. That last one is a personal issue that Im always working on! 😁

Some of the employee there has no clue about some item in the store when you ask about the item. Sometime it hard to find someone that work there . need to open up more registers. When you see a long line. Not everyone want to go through the self check out line. The wait time is very long . When you you dont open up other line to service people. Please do better. The people was nice to vote walmart here . please show that kindness back . without people it wouldnt be a walmart . make it easy for the people that shop there .thank you

Worst Wal-mart ever. Walked the entire length of the storefront from Garden Center to the furthest entrance looking for a cart or basket. Had to go out way out in the parking lot to retrieve a buggy. Meanwhile passing at least 4 employees, at different posts. that were doing absolutely NOTHING. One in fact was twirling her braids....And wasn’t the only one. Several elderly people and a mother doing the same.
Selection of foods & produce looked very good. Didnt have time to look @ other areas of store. Employees were helpful & kind that I asked help fromDidnt give it 5 ⭐ s because store - floors, etc were not very clean - didnt use restroom 🚻.

I liked it here except for one little problem. I do not drive and have to transverse via the bridge off I-65 across it are the hotels Days Inn and la-quinta and others. Getting to this location is hazardous for person like me. Alabamas shops are very spaced out and not many options for shopping.

Product and price wise they are good. But ... check out is terrible. They had all of the belted machines but one down or not working. And several people with full and very full baskets waiting in line.The fast check out on the end was packed with four machines down if I remember correctly.It appeared they had 3 to 5 people standing around helping work in the fast lane on the end, plus what appeared to be super visors coming back and fourth to the group standing around at the fast check out.They had a huge amount of checkouts either not working or shut off and made no effort to turn some of the other on to alleviate the crowding issue.They do not wipe down carts anymore or clean surfaces.The place is going down hill fast with them depending on so few check outs. It is not a place for older people or people with health issues of have a problem with standing for long amounts of time.

This walmart cant get a delivery order together on time to save their lives. Unfortunately the walmart app picks the store automatically when you get your groceries delivered. I would pay extra to get my order delivered from any of the other walmarts in the area. This one is just the worst.
Attendant was very friendly and professional. I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. She checked with me about substitutions before loading my order in the van. She was able to scan the rejected substitutions so I wouldnt get charged. There was one bag of items that I did not order. She was able to take it back. Thats happened once before. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Terrible. Clerks in outdoor area, and ones asked said not know anything. Asked for manager to obtain large umbrella to buy...said could not sell of 12 or do on display, although 5 had price tags on them and were fastened by 2 zipties. Very sad. Poor customer service.

Order not brought to my car as promised. Was told by many employees that pick-up had closed and that they were backed up and busy today. My groceries were ready and waiting, I was checked in and waited 35 minutes. pick-up girl said she could not dispense my food bc she is a minor and the clock is going to kick her out of the system. Was told I could drive back in tomorrow and pick up my food or go shop now....after 9pm on memorial day weekend. No thank you and I live nearly an hour away.Im sure if I quit shopping at Walmart it will not bother them at all.
They are usually pretty good about having most things stocked and I have never had a bad experience with an employee there. The parking lot can be a disaster at times but thats really an issue more because of the amount of customers being rude and less about the employees.

Not going back here anymore. Never have enough clerks to get checked out here. Out of all the people that were there shopping they only had two clerks checking people out. When you have produce and alcohol you cant go through self-checkout without an issue. You could tell a quality grocery store by the lack of self-checkout. I just left my full basket there and walked out.
Pharmacy pick up is great. I gave the 4 stars because of the parking. Customers who were not picking up medication ignore the signs, however the pharmacy rep directed me to park at the door. Thank you for that.

I was told by an employee that my 6 year old son could not at all go into the ladys room with me. Couldnt use the family restroom because another employee omitted to locking it and wouldnt unlock it for me and my child!

This place always has what I need food wise. The things I like to buy often are usually out of stock. Things like Nair and Bag Balm, for my dog. I usually have to order those online. I know people work hard at Walmart, so I will not criticize them. My only issue is there are no small hand baskets available for shoppers. I am guessing it is because of COVID. And the fact that Alabama lifted the mask mandate still requires you to wear a mask in their stores. And you gotta do what the Walmart tells you too, otherwise you gotta shop somewhere else. Just like an episode of South Park.

Does not keep a close eye on produce! People have been tampering with the milk for a while now and several people I know along with myself have bought the milk and its had either bleach or some other type of cleaning material in it! DO BETTER BEFORE YOU GET A LAWSUIT.
