This location rarely has the regularly advertised menu items available. Its a donut shop. All you really make is donuts and beverages. If you advertise certain donuts on your menu, you should have them available for purchase. It would be different if it were just every now and then, but its over half the times we visit theyre out of certain varieties by early afternoon.

50% of the times i come through the drive-thu after 8PM they say their system is down, i seriously don’t believe that. i see half of the employees out in the parking lot getting in and out of cars and dancing. i think most of the employees just don’t want to be there and the excuse is the system is down… but i do get free doughnuts half the time too which is nice of them, doughnuts are always great!

We seen the line for the drive through was long so we looked online to see if the dining room was closed, which it was, but it also said that you could online order and the door closest to us where we parked said go to other door for online pick up. So we ordered and waited for a long time past our pick up time and before we seen others get their orders at the door while we waited for our time. Come to find out that the orders online had to be picked up in the drive through and no where online or on the doors said this. The person who gave us our order was short with us and said that they were being polite to the others who didnt listen to the rule before us and was hoping we would go through the drive through. Very rude and no signage to say where to go.Edit- They didnt even get the order in the box correct. Would give zero stars if I could.

The employee filling the donut box got the wrong donuts after we drove over a half hour to go there and bought 4 dozen donuts! Not all, just a few, but they seemed like theyd rather be somewhere else other than there so probably werent paying attention.

The mini donuts arent anything special.Just sugar grease and dough as usual.Only you pay more for less.

If youre going to close the inside due to covid maybe you should not have online ordering or have to let people be able to come in and get their order Ive been here 45 minutes in a line and watch several people go to a door in the front pickup do nothing come out every door is locked. Do you need to create someone at the front door where people who do all that orders can walk up and pick up their order instead of sitting in a line thats not moving

We waited in line they asked what we wanted and we asked for a second to think and less than a whole 1minute later we said we were ready to order and we got no response so after 45seconds we said once again we were ready to order then the woman inside said “thank you for choosing Krispy Kreme but we are closed at the moment” which we replied with we’ve been waiting for you to take our order this whole time just for you to tell us you are closed which is wrong due to the fact they are a 24 hour drive through and the open sign was still on along side the 24 hour drive through sign

In my opinion they serve the best doughnuts in town. No wait time.. Youre in and out.

Kristy Kreme Doughnuts 🍩 need to teach some of their workers that are working drive up better customer service training!!! I should not have to repeat my order 3 times in order for you to get it right and don’t rush me with my order especially if you don’t know if I’m ordering something along with my doughnuts 🍩! This takes the cake I ordered doughnuts 🍩 along with coffee ☕️ after repeating my order three times I pull up to window to get my order lady gives me my order. I say “excuse me may I have some creamer please “. Lady say’s “we don’t have any creamer we are out”, it’s 9:30am I know I wasn’t the only person by 9:30am had ordered coffee ☕️ the worker say, “we have milk 🥛” ! If I wanted milk 🥛 I would have asked for it instead of creamer! When ordering coffee let the customer know rather you have creamer! No creamer No Coffee ☕️ for me !!!!

Very quick and super helpful. The employees were amazing. Accidentally mixed up my order so they gave me my missing donuts free and were super wonderful about it. Made a three hour trip just to get these because there isnt a Krispy Kreme anywhere near me. Will definitely be making this trip again. Absolutely worth it.

The donuts are usually pretty good but they never get the order right! Everytime I order online its wrong and they dont want anyone inside so you sit in line for an hour to get what you didnt order!

Still not able to go in to order but you can go in for pickup order but you have to call when you get outside. Drive-thru runs fast, smoothly and efficiently and their Doughnuts are still hot and delicious.

Went to the Krispy Kreme in Mobile was very disappointing today. I had a coupon that was buy one dozen Oreo lover and get 50% off original glazed dozen and she told me I couldn’t use it off of the retail me not app. Well it was the same exact coupon as on their website. Hannah at the window said well you didn’t show me the one on the website so I couldn’t give you the coupon with a smart lip. What great customer service she has. 👎🏽

This location was able to complete my large order quickly and efficiently. They were able to deliver 24 hot glazed donuts within minutes in the early morning during Easter. The associates were both cheerful and kind.

But I have to give them all credit and a hand because they kept everything moving and together even when a customer was VERY RUDE and didnt want to wait for their turn and then wanted to say that she was given the wrong order when she wasnt. Located in Mobile Alabama at the corner of Airport Blvd and Hillcrest Rd. Theyre open 24 hrs a day. Get hot doughnuts when the light is on.The doughnuts are always freshly made.

I’ve been to this location many times and “system is down” about half of them.

KK on Airport in Mobile, Al as I went in to get a dozen of donuts, I witness a employee using a water hose spraying the floor and water washing up all over the donuts, as I spoke with cashier about it, she said it was just water🤢 ( just dirty water from the floor)

Love the doughnuts but, they need to open up the dining area so someone can come in and grab a box so they can be on their way!... The drive- thru takes ridiculously too long!

I waited 3 hours in drive thru line tonight to only get half my order correct and that was the original glazed. My second order was mixed but had 6 strawberry glazed which I didnt order. I ordered 6 raspberry filled 3 chocolate with sprinkles and 3 chocolate iced. Please for the love of all thats good and tasty.....DONT BE LIKE McDONALDS

This is the best Krispy Kreme I have been to in years!To be honest, my husband and I tend to avoid most Krispy Kreme locations after issues with bad orders, poor quality service, or just plain bad donuts over the years. So, when my MIL suggested we go to this Krispy Kreme for a late night snack, I was a bit hesitant. However, this location was incredible!They were fast and accurate with our orders. The hot chocolate was excellent. (Instead of only tasting like Nestle packets like I have had at some locations.) The donuts tasted fresh, and the hot glazed were completely amazing.One of the ladies even took the time to tell me how beautiful my family was -- which was incredibly sweet and meant a lot.We will definitely be back!

Disappointing that a childhood favorite is going so far down hill. Last few times we got doughnuts the filled ones hardly had anything inside them. I drove through and from the back of the building at the speaker box you cannot see the hot light. I asked if hot doughnuts were available and the woman shot back if we had any the hot light would be on which its not as i know you can see. Whoa! Cant see that from the back of the building and that was completely unnecessary. The lady taking payment at the window heard it and was very sweet and apologised when i pulled up. This last time i ordered some of the new pina colada donuts with coconut icing, whipped cream and a cherry. Well, they had the coconut icing but nothing else. This place has seen better days. Sad.

I always love Krispy Kreme. They have the very best doughnutsI choose them over any other doughnut place. Of course we o ly have 1 Krispy Kreme here in Mobile, Alabama but wish they had more locations because if we did have more locations it would be more convenient. With gas the price it is sometimes when you want doughnuts You think do I want them that bad to drive that far for them. Now If I want doughnuts I will wait till I am in the area to get them. But like I said Krispy Kreme is the number 1 place and only place I buy doughnuts.

HORRIBLE late night experience! I NEVER get loyalty points so I thought I would start paying through the app. I was told they can’t do that on the register that’s open and they aren’t going to open another one. I asked if she could throw in a couple of extra donuts for the inconvenience. She said if I buy more she will give me a small discount. What a waste of a late night snack attack.

Ladu was extremely rude and messed up my order. She argued and said that she was correct when she definitely was not. Seemed confused and stressed. God bless her but terrible employee.

What can I say that others havent already. If you dont know the delectable sin that is Krispy Kreme, then you have been under a rock. Fast and friendly and fairly priced. The only thing Id suggest about this particular store is to have employees smoke somewhere else. While Im in the drive thru line, I shouldnt have to get a car full of cigarette smoke. Other than that...bravo!

The Krispy Kreme is rundown looking and needs some renovations. The order box had some type of cardboard menu taped up on it. The workers are and friendly. I arrived at the first window and the guy did not greet me nor look my direction. He stuck his hand out the window for my payment. I arrived at the second window to get my 3pack of donuts and the lady did not greet me. She handed me my 3-pack and turned around and looked around as I waited for my latte. I received my latte and asked for napkins and she handed me some napkins and turned away! This is unacceptable! No other workers greeted me or thanked me for my business! I have never received such poor customer service at any other Krispy Kreme but Mobile,AL.

The lady who was working tonight has no idea what shes doing or talking about. I ordered 4 donuts and 3 out of 4 were completely wrong. For starters, I ordered 2 custard filled glazed donuts which she said were actually called lemon filled. I asked her 4 times and each time she INSISTED that she was correct. I also ordered a glazed blueberry filled donut. The donuts I received were 2 LEMON FILLED donuts and a blueberry cake donut. I went kind of late, around midnight, and tried to call and let them know I was upset, however no one answered the phone. I have never once been disappointed with krispy kreme until tonight.

I would have given five stars because lets be honest.. best donuts ever, anywhere..I gave three stars because I tried to order frozen coffees at 4:30 and was told the machine was being cleaned....hmmmm... lies.. all lies.. thats when you know they just dont want to make it.. second time this has happened... that cant be coincidence...who cleans the machine in the middle of volume?

The two girls at the drive thru were extraordinary. I didnt catch the names but it was a blonde and brunette. Very generous and on point. These girls need a raise! Young, maybe 18, 19...give them a raise. I will come back cause of the customer service they provided. Thank you

The location on Hillcrest is so trifling. They’re very slow. The cashiers can’t take correct orders. The managers don’t know how to operate their shifts at all. They tell you one thing and when you get to the window it’s something totally different. I wouldn’t recommend this location too anyone. Just horrible.

Even with their lobby closed which handled the brunt of their crowds on an average night, they were able to move the extensive drive thru line very quickly. With 9 care ahead of me I only waited about 15 minutes from the time I entered the line until I made my order and got a fresh hot dozen of glazed donuts.Only reason it got a 4/5★ is due to the fact my dozen had about 6 below standard sizes donuts. Otherwise customer service was fine and they still tasted good.

Yes it was a surprise when I got home with 4 lemon filled 1 raspberry filled and the rest assorted. Ugh. I had to give up my lemon filled to make the kids happy. Smh.
