Just got breakfast here and everyone was so kind even when we added a last minute item. Very friendly and enjoyable to be around. We were glad for food and glad for such lovely people!

This Starbucks is down the street from my office and I usually head there a couple of times a week during my lunch break, but havent been able to do that due to low staffing keeping their hours minimal (6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, I believe).Wish they could hire more people and get running again. The staff was always super friendly and chill!

Me and my husband love and miss this place! We recently moved! They were very quick to remember us and our orders and we didn’t even go THAT often! Always so friendly and polite and good to our pets too! They gave us puppachinos without us ever having to ask for it. And I have to say I adore the diversity that this store has too! The people there are awesome, from all walks of life, young and old, colorful, artsy, hippie, etcWe really love this place, it may be a chain but it feels like a mom and pop.

Nice surprise to see my friend Chris working here. It makes sense though as he is friendly and helpful. Staff at this location usually are, and also quick!This location is my favorite as it is right off the government exit on I65. Great for getting a good drink coming out of Costco which is close by.

Different ! Many flavors to choose from . Prices are actually out of my range . So, its a treat to go have a great cup of coffee ☕ 😋. Wheelchair accessible to all parking, and to restrooms 🚻 . Even my Pastor likes it .

If I could give this location a negative 5 stars I would. Long story short Shift Manager Erin told the employee named Aaron to tell me, the customer, to go to another location to receive a refund for an order that their location couldn’t fulfill due to their personal staffing issues. I’ve reported the entire situation to Corporate and hope the necessary actions are taken to ensure additional training takes place at this location.

My favorite place to go! Love the caramel ribbon crunch, the dragon drink, there cheese danish, the ham and cheese croissant but my favorite is..CARAMEL BRULEE!!! The Best!!!!

After they first opened up I had a lot of problems with this Starbucks the drinks just didnt seem to be right right and nothing seemed to go well there in the hour slow would take forever for them to fix something but over the past 6 to 8 months everything is improved they move quicker. The drinks are a whole lot better and the people there are a lot friendlier. They go out of their way to help now and make things better like the other day I ordered a passion tea and the guy who served it to me said have you tried the new blueberry didnt even know there was one I tried it and it was very good so I appreciated the help that I got from that because I found a new drink that I like.

This is by far the worst Starbucks we have in Mobile, AL. If you have plenty of time to spare (30 mins atleast) and don’t mind your drink made incorrect every time (and being remade to possibly still be wrong), then this is your place! Customer service is not a priority at this location. Also, if you decide to just leave instead of waiting another 10 mins for your drink to be made correctly then listen out for the employee yelling out of the drive thru window “have a good day!” In their most sarcastic tone. Why do I keep coming back? Convenience... but definitely worth going out of my way for a better drink and time sake. Hit up the Spring Hill location - no problems there. Even when the line is wrapped around the building you’ll still be in and out in under 10 mins.

I feel like they are always out of stuff and this morning my drink was curdled and smelled bad 🙄 I did not realize how bad until I had already gotten to work.

This is hands down the very best Starbucks in the Mobile area! Becca, the manager is always so kind and friendly! Katie in the drive thru is always so efficient and helpful! And every other staff member whose names I dont know are so kind and very helpful! Today I asked how I could order my drink in a different way or for a suggestion and the sweet girl at the counter helped me and even took the time to write down the order so i know how to do it in the future! So incredibly helpful and started my day off so happy! I appreciate them so much! Highly recommend this Starbucks! Even if its out of your way, go here instead of any other one!

2 weekends in a row we stopped at this store. The app and google showed that they open at 6 am. The first time we get to the drive through and there’s a handwritten sign saying they don’t open until 11. The second time we show up and we can clearly see there’s baristas inside. We show up at the window and knocked, nothing. I came to the door and knocked, they saw me. Twice and ignored me. Finally after realizing I would not give up (I had placed a Mobile order) they came and told me they open at 6:30. I showed them the sign on their door that said 6. (And it was 6:25 anyway) They got on to prepare my order.

This store is always closed in the evening!…sometimes during the day…

The staff at this location are very friendly, helpful and professional! Everytime I visit them the service is fast. I think they mix the beverages up better at this (McGowan) than at the Airport location. If you havent tried the red pepper sous vide eggs you should! They are delicious!

Patient with kids. Always has the go to drink. And also cater to dogs. Clean. Love the materials they reuse for making the interior of the store.

Every time Ive came here over the past few months theyve always been out of stuff one time it was the ingredients for refreshers, next time it was Carmel drizzle, next time they were out of the venti cups, they literally are the only Starbucks I go to that always are out of something

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I literally waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes.. the girl who took my order was very short with me and didn’t even tell me my total after finally taking my order. The pink drink my girlfriend ordered was gross and separated by the time we got it, the barista told us that it tastes the same so I didn’t bother asking for a new one. Will not be returning to this location, y’all need better management of your team.

This Starbucks is the worst the manager Janelle is rude and not at all helpful as far as the drinks they are the worst here I am a regular at Starbucks and 4 different occasions this one was the closet to me outside of my normal location everytime I ordered it was horrible idk if their calibrations are off or they simply dont know what they are doing my vanilla cappuccino tasted like steamed milk with a drop of day old coffee will never visit this location again

My experience was I guess ok but the prices are very high now and they werent like that when I was going before hand and I know during this time some of us are in a bind but still they should reconsider their prices. But other than that my service was ok.

Everything was excellent! Always friendly customer service in drive thru.

Waited a really long time before I could even place my order. Then when I got to the window they only had one drink for me when I ordered two. The gentleman at the window was willing to make me the second drink, but the woman in the back whom I couldnt see yelled across him to tell me they were busy and she couldnt make me another. Very displeased with my experience here probably wont be coming back to this location.

This locations drinks are always correct and the drive-thru is quick. They have mobile pay/samsung pay/apple pay available through drive-thru as well which is convenient

If you are in for a quick coffee, no problem. If you are there to visit with friends, head to another location. The acoustics in this place are horrible, not great for conversation or sitting. Interior resembles a warehouse so there is plenty of echo and the one set of comfy chairs are right under a speaker.

Very unprofessional. The manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves. She has absolutely no business being a manager of anything. Starbucks really needs to review who they have representing them. I will take my business to another store.

Always attentive and quick with your beverages... this is the coperate jingle. A bit over priced. The food is so so... I do like their warm bagels With butter. Other than that its just normal friendly service regular old drinks, its Starbucks

Service was horrible! We waited 20 minutes to order. Then over an hour just to receive our order which was just hot cocoa. They kept coming to the window asking what we ordered. Definitely will not go back to this location.

So I mobile ordered a chai latte and a pastry. There was one lady waiting when I got there but after about 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask if my order had been received as I stood waiting to be acknowledged as the staff pretended I wasn’t there. So I had to say excuse me. Come to find out my mobile order was sitting on the counter away from the mobile order designation spot and the girl with the pink hair didn’t apologize or nothing seeming as though my bread was cold. Never again will I come here.

Starbucks has some very rude employees. After the incident in Tempe Az. you would think they would be more polite. They asked the fine police officers to leave because theyre cops? Talk about racial profiling. I will never be visiting any Starbucks again or be buying anymore of their coffee.

They got it right ! But the snowman cookie is not that good its like sugar sawdust.

I ordered a small cup of coffee inside the restaurant. Regular coffee. The servers must have fixed a dozen specialty drinks while I was standing waiting. All placed after I was waiting. Girl was really aggravated when I asked her to fix my coffee and when the half and half was empty I thought she would throw it at me when I asked to have it filled. The coffee was good, hot and fresh so Im giving 2 stars.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Throughout my work week I tend to use them fairly frequently and never have any issues at all. It’s a well run store and easy to use. The employees are always friendly in this location as well.

Service was of complete excellence. The cashier was extremely kind and sweet and my iced caramel macchiato was ready extremely quick. They looked busy as I entered the parking lot but the workers kept a pace where I didnt have to wait and their orders were being sent out as soon as they were made. Well done Starbucks. Hats off too you.

Still has that new store smell! The ladies working tonight were so nice and I could definitely make this a stop for my family on our way to and from Texas. Its a great halfway point.

After many Starbucks experiences, I would have too say this one is my favorite. We see many of the same kind and helpful staff here. As well as new faces following their steps. The baristas will always help you and replace your drink if its not what you wanted or if you dont like it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Starbucks or would like to try the exotic and common coffees.

Every time I’ve been here they mess up my drink. Go to the airport location if you can.

Most of the time, the store performs well enough. At least one barista does not know how to make a proper flat white. Using mobile ordering, I inevitably end up coming in, sitting down and waiting far longer than is acceptable; its as if they forget to check for mobile orders. Brett (in the drive through) will brighten the start to your day.

Its Starbucks, what can I say. Well, the manager at the Airport Blvd, next to Carrabbas, is a hoot and makes everyone feel welcomed and she guarantees youll have a good time at her store.

This is a good Starbucks definitely not my favorite 1. The only reason Im not giving them five stars was because they have messed up two out of three of my last orders which Ive been to the other Starbucks probably a thousand times with only one small mistake which they graciously made up for however these people were extremely rude. A woman who is taking my order actually burped in my face and laughed with her co-worker so for that I am only leaving you will one star it was extremely embarrassing and extremely rude no Im sorry no sense of embarrassment on her behalf. Did not cover her mouth did it on purpose in my opinion absolutely disgusting

Took them 27 min to make my vanilla latte. They werent busy. The workers were just talking and goofing off. I had to ask them when my drink will be ready. When I got my drink it was just hot milk. They did not add any flavor to it. I also was not given a holder to put on the cup so I could barely hold it. $6 for hot milk???? I could do that at my house. They always take FOREVER at this location to make your drink.

Definitely MY Starbucks..I feel for the ones leaving bad reviews, because I have been to EVERY Starbucks store in Mobile County (and then some) but have NEVER been disappointed here..I pull into the drive thru, and all I have to say is “Good Morning Ms “Augie” (or whoever is there that morning) and they have my regular on the screen before I can start to order..those saying “they don’t pay attention” must have caught them at their ABSOLUTE WORST, because being THAT attentive, I can’t imagine anything but awesome coming from ANYONE who works at this store..!! Becca has made a BIG difference since coming here, she is FABULOUS..Ms Augie is supreme, and Anna, Katie, Justin, Brett, and any other employee, barista, cashier, or even trainee has my ULTIMATE respect for doing their jobs so well..even considering some of the public they have to tolerate..! If I could give negative stars I would. Why you ask, because I was sitting outside under the canopy away from the front door and some millennial child working inside come all the way outside to tell me in a very rude way how I couldnt sit there and smoke, if it wasnt raining I would not have been sitting there to begin with, but since it was pouring rain, I sat there to drink the coffee I purchased there and have a smoke, was anyone else out there, no. Was I standing in the entrance, no. I was in a corner with the wind blowing away from the path people were walking in to get to the door. I know that smoke bothers some people so if I smoke in public I think of others first. But I guess this millennial child had to show her authority. Will I ever go to this Starbucks again? Never. These children they allow to work there have no respect for anyone.
