I feel like every week they are out of three to five items that I need. But everyone is friendly and its always clean!The freebies are always nice too

Hard to find items. No logic to where things are located. You have to go through a maze to get to checkout. You are assigned which check out to do to depending on whether you are paying cash or card.I was doing both. Part of my items were for me and the rest was for someone else. Thought I would have to go through line twice.I hate this store. I will not go back to it for myself but I did go back for a sick friend.Second experience wasnt much better than first!

Was very slow day and not very crowded. We could not find a couple items.ust be the times we live in. It however a good gathering trip and found all the assistance from the associates 5 stars. However the lack of product drops the trip to a 4 out of 5.

I found everything I needed at a very good price. They had cotton candy 🍇 for only 2 dollars. I got 4 packs for that low price.

They had the fortnite 2800 v-bucks regular $19.99 but the sale price was $8.00. They rung up $20.00. When I asked the lady it took 15 minutes to find something out. She kept saying I dont know why. Got a manager and she said oh that was a black friday sale. The price tag clearly showed 1/19/21. Then I was told well if there was a lot of the cards there we would honor the price with one. Needless to say I had to pay the $20.00 each. What happened to honoring the prices. Needless to say Im very disappointed in this Walmart & their. customer service

Well the personal shoppers and employees pulling dollies will about run you over or block the aisles. Stock seems fairly good and selection is decent. I also dont understand, they close all night now to stock and clean but seems they do a lot of stocking during the day too.

Went out looking for laundry baskets and when I got there they did not have much to choose from. Then I found 1 and it did not have a price on it nor did it have a code to scan to find the price. So the associate went on their store website and found one that looked like it and decided that was it to get a price. I dont really like that because there could be other ones that look like it but it not be the same one. The associate did not even consider if it was the same size or dept of it. But anyway I went with it because I was in great need of the basket and did not want to run all over town trying to find one.

Wal-Mart is what it is. You can barely find a better price on most items. My favorite time to shop is early morning but be ready for chaos on evenings and weekends. If you dont like crowds go when its not busy

No checkouts open. Manager refused to open a checkout even though I had a full cart of items and explained that I was handicapped and too tired to check my own groceries. Ive had this happen too many times at Walmart shopping elsewhere.

To many employees doing nothing. No good help. Not enough registers open. Nothing new gets worse all the time.

Due to the fires at our local store we had to travel a little out of our way to shop here and by the crowd of people they had to do the same.That being said, it wasnt overly crowded and they had all the things we had on our list and a couple of things we normally cant find at our store.The people were courteous and things were still pretty fast even with the crowd.The only problem was the size of the parking lot.

There are a few customers who are exceptionally amazing! But the others neither communicate, nor care. The place depends on the employees

Customer service center was kinda lazy and dent want to work at helping with a return it from a online purchase. walked away when trying to look up email on the purchase to help find it in the computer. Ill just do it on line with a return shipping label no thanks to this store. really wanted to swap it out with the same one just a working one Ill just buy it from another company. oh and I was the only one there.

Get more cashier and open more registers then I will be nice

Good enough store was able to find what I needed with minimum help. I do wish they would stay open a little later. Its hard for me to get groceries when I dont get off work till 11pm or later.

Although I will still continue to shop here because its the closest one to me, they seem to be out of things a lot lately. They need to do a better job on inventory and reordering.

I just moved here and the employees are very nice and helpful and I like that I didnt have a problem at all finding anything they are very helpful

Online order and store pick up is the worst!! Omg!! A hour wait to get my online order!!! Is absolutely ridiculous!!! They started my order at 9am from what the app said but upon arrival i waited a hour for pickup!!!! Very slow!!

Never have the dog food I usually get there in stocks anymore. Not stocked well with anything for the most part, food wise.

Still dont know why they dont open up new check out lines when it is busy. They want everyone to do the work for them a d not give a break on the total price for you checking yourself out. And still wont give a Veteran or active Service member any discount.They just keep getting richer and richer off the middle and lower class. Never giving back.

I actually felt welcome at this Walmart! The staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection of camping items.

The associates at this store are all very nice and friendly. But the management is terrible. Ever since Kim ( the original general manager) left, this store has been poorly managed. I always leave without being able to get everything I need and have to go somewhere else to get it. There are not enough check out lines open and so people are either forced to wait or go to self check out (which by the way takes jobs away from people who need them). I dont blame the associates. They are working as hard as they can under the circumstances. The management needs to do better by them and by the customers.

I was there for the vaccine. The young gentleman in the pharmacy was extremely helpful and polite. It was a painless experience. And yes, I got the shot

As far as Walmart is concerned, this is definitely one of the better ones. Refreshing to see as most Walmarts are absolutely filthy. I saw no People of Walmart worthy people so thats a plus🙃

The cashiers and floor/ department associates are always nice and friendly towards my family and myself at the Dawes location Walmart. The associates go out of their way to help us find items and the store is always nice and clean.

Today must have been the carryout boys 1st day. He opened the back hatch and put the groceries, in he did not come up and ask me my name or if substitutions were ok like what is normally. He did actually say have a good rest of the day (I think). It was sprinkling a little maybe he was having an off day.

Not the most organized and clean store Ive been to. Hard to find certain items in parts of the store because things were not where they should have been. Most of the employees were friendly though so that always helps. Store needs a little TLC.

It was Walmart was very low-key and for that I rated it 4 stars. The bathroom were clean, but were placed at the back of the store.

My Groceries were to be delivered by 9-10 on April 22nd it’s 12:20 and a no show. Will not answer a phone to text or explanation as to why the delay!!! This is ridiculous. I have been waiting for this delivery.

I had 9 items on my list and was only able to get 6. That is getting to be too regular. You are really helping Rouses business.

Been picking up groceries for a patient for few months now. Very convenient,always friendly people who brings out the groceries,but I never get exactly what I order. its always being substituted or their always out? Confused Is to why?

Deli and customer setvice were closed before 4 pm. Shelves were poorly stocked. It 4sppeard the store is pootly managed.

Wished our stores in Canton, Georgia had great selections as this one in Mobile, Alabama.

During this holiday shopping Consumer was well experience, very hard worker . Best knowledge Person was certified with procedures personally to whom was shopper . And purchased items was legit with receipt from customers services, along with overnight hold on personal late gifts for family .

Fast and friendly staff. I had curbside pickup and wasnt there 10 minutes and thats include calling to let them know I was parked. Way to go staff.....

I really like this Walmart. Ive used the grocery pickup several times & its always been great. Inside its also one of the nicest & cleanest Walmarts around.

Its a Walmart, Go at your own risk. Prices are decent but dont expect to get anything of any quality but they are open at night so you really cant ask for anything else in the middle of the night.

The customer service Representatives knew exactly where the products where. Thats rare to find in a grocery store we are employees barely have high school diplomas.

3 registers running at 5 pm. 8 people standing around but couldnt run a register because the peons need to go self checkout and they couldnt help. Left a 100 dollar basket in line and left. Ill take my business somewhere who cares.

Under staffed. No cashiers during peak times. Buggies not sanitized. Registers dirty and not cleaned between customers

Our guy that brought out our groceries was very friendly! He even told us that one of our items was kinda messed up and he didnt want to give it to us, so he replaced it. That was so kind of him.

One of the Best Walmarts in Mobile County. Friendly associates, clean, and well stocked. Plus all the usual Walmart advantages. (Great prices, broad range of Items, etc) It is occasionally very busy but the residents in this area are also courteous and friendly so its not really a hassle.

Online said they had the item, ordered it. Then it got canceled because they did not have the item.
